I can't recall a single time I've left this store feeling anything less than satisfied. Prices are competitive, but still affordable. The staff are always super helpful and friendly, greeting customers with a smile. Thank you, PetSmart staff, keep up the good work! 😊

We had placed a pick up order and the items we ordered ended up out of stock due go a computer inventory communication issue. James gave us a call and let us know what happened and how they could try to still help us get what we were looking for, they were very kind and so helpful in finding adequate substitutes and the cats and guinea pigs are happy too! Thank you so much for taking the time to find a solution instead of just cancelling the order your extra efforts are greatly appreciated!!

Seriously, you guys. There’s no reason the check out line should be this bad consistently. If you’re going to run lean on staff, lower the threshold to call for backup. A revolving door of 6 customers is insane, especially when there’s almost a guaranteed shot that one of them is elderly and needs a little extra attention. Wanna lose your battle with online retailers? Staffing your store like this will surely help. Word of advice, a part time minimum wage person staffed during peak times isn’t expensive. You’re skipping over dollars to pick up pennies.

Came in for a jacket / coat for our new puppy, staff was helpful, they took the time to say hi to the puppy and assisted with getting him into a coat.Even asked if we would be interested in training, we are going to PetSmart training, but at different location in our home town

Very nice staff, the store could do with a make over. The lighting feels quite old, but the store itself is pretty nice. Shelves were well kept, staff won't bother you.

This location is sooo much better than the petco store down the street in terms of layout and options. Staff at both locations were great. I made an online order for a 20% discount and was able to pick up the item in 30 minutes.

Good service and helpful staff at PetSmart. Prices are higher than online pet supply stores but PetSmart has goods when you need them. Their fish selection is maybe a 6 out of 10. But they have a wide selection for dogs and cats. We like looking at the cute kittens too. Their sale stuff is great. Def watch for those items. Banfield sucks. Don't go there.

I'm always hard-pressed to give high stars to a big box store. However, these guys probably have the most variety of products in town. It is hard to get the service you want for certain things. For instance, getting good advice and a fitting for a large dog and a harness was not possible, perhaps because of being under staffed, or maybe no training for such a task. They are right next door to Banfield Emergency vet.

Even with an appointment, I was looking at a wait time of 3-4 hours. Which is whatever, she's a Pomeranian. Thinking she was going to be carefully clipped with scissors and groomed. 3.5 hours later I get her and she, the best way to put it, is laughably horrible. She was buzzed cut around her body, her tail brushed, and head untouched. Very uneven in multiple places with random snips of hair you can see here and there. Didn't touch her ears and obviously bunched up her tail fur and snipped it all at once Then lightly powdered with, what smells like, pet carpet cleaner. It took 3 and a half hours to buzz cut and powder a 7 lbs dog.If you have a short hair dog that needs minimal grooming. Sure, maybe. Even then I'd be cautious. Anything with long or fine hair, for your sake and even mines. Take it somewhere else. If you look at my previous grooming, she looks much better in half the time for slightly more. Yeah I'm not using her as a show dog, but we paid 65 dollars for something we should have just done at home for free.

Tried their hornworms twice and they all were dead in days. The mold was so bad I couldn't keep them clean. The staff were excellent with replacements and gave me a small discount for my troubles. Selection is good but not the best.

Great, all around, pet store. The staff have always been friendly to me since I was a child. I grew up here in Bellingham and have been going here for basically all of my pets needs the entire time. Fun story; I brought my latest puppy in to grab some things (it was her first time away from mom and first trip in a car) and she #2'd in the cart and it wasn't solid so it was dripping all over the floor and when I got a workers attention and asked for towels to clean it up they refused and assured me that it's their job and not to even worry about it, of course I insisted and was still able to help but I did not feel frowned upon or disappointing in that moment. I'm thankful to have these guys in our community!

We adopted our puppy from here! They work with pet rescues around the country to get pets adopted. They provide a lot of resources to help the rescues out. PetSmart has lots of stuff for all types of animals and gave us a coupon book for adopting there. Good experiences when we go in. The employees love animals, you can tell.

Busy place, so it's not as quick as a store that doesn't sell living things. But I buy a great deal of my products here and a few family additions from time to time. Always nice people, but Jill is the best especially when it's about fish. So knowledgeable and very helpful every time. I'll be shopping there for awhile. All of the staff are remarkably helpful. You can tell they enjoy their jobs.

The workers really made my family’s day today. We came in to grab dog food, but we detoured to look at the animals. The staff went above and beyond when they saw my daughter looking at the turtles, they came over and offered to feed the turtles so she could watch. She was in absolute heaven. They went completely out of their way to make an ordinary trip to PetSmart for dog food like a trip to Disneyland for her. She loves animals so thank you for interacting with her and making her trip to do errands with mom and dad special!!

Good selection of variety of pet products at prices comparable to other chain pet stores. I have seen issues with the husbandry of the small animals sold there and have complained to management about my concerns, they always acknowledge my complaints but I haven't seen any changes. The employees are often rude and disinterested in helping with very limited product knowledge. Items have recently been frequently out of stock, but I realize there's supply chain and manufacturing issues still following the pandemic, so the store has only limited control of this issue. There's issues with employees and management not adhering to policies as written and posted on their website regarding things like returns and exchanges, apparently those are open to interpretation which is not fair to customers and seems dishonest.

Way better than Petco, )who drilled me on my tank set up then refused to sell me fish.) PetSmart 4ever. Y'all got me right and tight. Fish are thriving and something that also rhymes with that.
