Went there to get fuel injection cleaner for my friend's car as your car wasn't running correct spoke to the clerk at the store ask me about stealing car he's very knowledgeable about the products and how they work. He also gave me information I'm where the fuel pump and everything was located in the vehicle this is very helpful.

Management please honour and highly recognize this fine employee for truly exemplifying the true meaning of Excellence in Customer Service. Alex is an extremely reputable and responsible ambassador of the O'Reilly brand.Visiting from Canada on a day trip, I had an issue where my car began to have a loud rattle sound from the under carrage of my Toyota. I felt stranded and uncertain but your staff were highly professional and went beyond to ensure my car issue was addressed as best they could: which was exceptional.Being a Sunday and after 6pm no repair shops were open. I didn't know if I should drive or get towed to the boarder. Or if something was going to fall off if I tried to drive and result in a worse issue. I wasn't sure what the issue was. AAA was not helpful. The call center only wanted to tow. The clerk first said they could check it but then said they needed a tow destination. Wasted call.I called my Daughter and sge suggested going and asking at O''Reilly's. She's an avid SCION car club member and highly knowledgeable about cars. She installed my brakes Red B's.I thought it was a long shot, but I took her advice. I went to the closest O'Reilly's, and told Alex my situation. He immediatly went outside and had me turn on the engine. The rattle was clear. He then looked and actually crawld under the car. He said the bolt was in place on the heat pan but it was sheered.He couldn't fix it without a hoist but he could do a temp fix by zap strapping the heat pan to stop the rattling. Which would hopefully but he was clear , no guarantees, but it should allow me to get back home.I turned on the engine. It was perfect, no rattle. I drove back to the Canadian boarder with no issue and no rattle. Thank you so much. That was excellent customer service.I will be taking it in to get the bolt repaired and having the car checked over to avoid any other issues to rule out anything else needing attention. .I feel very fortunate to have had such an excellent experience and extend my sincere gratitude and Thank you, to Alex and the O'Reilly team for their excellent customer service. I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto parts. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

GIVEN WRONG PARTS - REPAIRING THEIR MISTAKE COST ME OVER $1600. On three separate occasions, we received the wrong parts for a few different vehicles (coils, spark plugs, and alternator). Had to have these errors remedied at local dealerships and ended up paying an additional $1600 because I received the wrong parts. Since the wrong parts were discarded by the dealership, I can't even return them for a refund. Given O'Reilly's reputation for KNOWLEDGEABLE service, my family and I trusted their expertise and I am immensely disappointed that they didn't deliver on MULTIPLE occasions. Be extremely cautious when buying parts for your vehicle!

This use to be a great parts store to going in and get help with auto parts from people that are very knowledgable. Now they have new kids in here that don't know what they are doing and argue with each other. Such a bummer.
