The grooming salon is conveniently located, with lots of parking spaces and close to Target. Booking was done through a website that was easy to navigate. The service was great, and my puppy looks very cute. Since it was my puppy’s first full-body grooming, he spent three hours there. I received a call when he was ready for pickup. I will definitely book another appointment.

We have taken our standard poodle here twice now and have been incredibly happy both times. She does a fantastic job with the cut, especially around the face and ears. Our poodle does not like his ears being messed with but she has done the best job of any groomer we have tried at getting the hair out of inside. Pricing is also very reasonable.Would highly recommend to anyone!

I love that Nana’s specializes in small dogs. The little dogs can run around in their doggie playground while waiting their turn or to be picked up! My lil’ ShihTzu comes out so cute!

She did a great job on our rescue pup who had lots of mats that needed cut out, and got his nails trimmed which he does not normally allow without a fight. Will use her services again. In the mall near target. Currently by appointment only, and you call when you arrive for her to let you in for drop off.

We love coming to nana’s!Our little 7 pound papillon is terrified of other people (small dog problems) but she loves and trusts Hwa sun which never happens! She gets along great with nana and she is always shy with other dogs, so that’s a plus!Hwa sun always gets the little knots smoothed out great without chopping awkward little patches in her fur. We will always go to nana’s!

My dog was well cared for, groomed and trimmed just how I like and when I came in he was sitting on a little cushion just hanging out with Nana the shitzu. So much better than my last groomer where he was scared and shaking in a cage when I'd come for him. Calm atmosphere in the evenings and only took 2 hours for a full groom! Also very affordable.

This was our first time using this groomer. She did a great job grooming our yorkiepoo. We will be returning. Easy to book an appointment online on their website. Whole procedure took about 2 hours, which means you can shop in the mall dog free while your pooch gets pampered.

My dog was groomed at Nana Doggie Grooming for the first time today. His previous groomer (a DIFFERENT groomer in town) was extremely unkind and rough with him. When I dropped my boy off at Nana Doggie Grooming this morning, he was very nervous and shaking. The groomer gently pet him and talked to him sweetly and introduced him to her little dog. By the time I returned to pick up my boy, he was wagging his tail, trying to bum treats off of the groomer, and generally acting like he owned the place. I always gauge whether or not a groomer is a good fit by how my sensitive boy responds to them, and we will definitely be returning. As for the groom itself, she did EXACTLY what I asked her to. This is often really difficult to find as I request my doodle be trimmed in a way that is not fluffy, poodle-ish and impractical. Whereas other groomers think they know best and do what they want, she smiled, took me to the back to demonstrate the clipper length she though I wanted, and then listened to (and honored) every request I had. Great value, great groom, and so excited to have found her!

WOW!! We are so impressed with the grooming of our 2 year old mini aussie Blu!! Not only could Nana Doggie Grooming see us within one days notice (especially during Covid times), our pup came out smiling and so happy with his new haircut!! I love that he can move around and isn't stuck in a kennel after/during grooming. 5 stars isn't enough to express how much we loved our experience here and can't wait to share this place with everyone we know!! We are going to be repeat customers for sure!!! 10000/10 recommend!

The facility is bright and clean, and is located a just inside the Target entrance of the mall. The groomer/owner has an impressive resume with decades of training and experience. She has been running a grooming business from her home, but around 1.5 years ago, decided to expand into a brick and mortar. I appreciated that she had a check list specifying what a full grooming entails, and patiently listened to my particular requests/concerns. My cocker spaniel has separation anxiety but did very well with the groomer and looked perfect after her session. She also made friends with Nana, the owner's dog.

Worst place ever. My doodle has maybe 3 mats on her body and was shaven down completely. Her ears are also horrendous and all the fur was kept on her ears but nowhere else on her body. Her usual groomer, Bailey’s neighborhood pet, would always brush out her mats whether she has very few or many (this time was very few). She didn’t even give me a call to ask for permission for shaving. Please never take your dog here
