Amazing selection of products and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. A little pricey, but in my opinion, worth it. They carry the best raw food brands at a price that's very competitive with any other option. That is huge for me. I have two cats, one of whom with stomach issues, so I'm just grateful this store exists. Everyone in the store is always eager to help but never pushy.

Wow, I don't plan to order my cat food/supplies/toys online any more. Mud Bay has everything I need - and the largest selection of creative and unique cat toys I've ever seen! - with friendly and helpful service from the staff. I was impressed. Highly recommended!

Has the best pet foods. The free samples are a plus. Try before you buy! Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Wish we had a store closer to Birch Bay. Thank you Mud Bay people ❤

It was my first time at a Mud Bay since I’m also a new kitty owner! I went in looking for something to help with brushing his teeth because the kitty does not like things in his mouth haha well I ended up finding plenty of options and everyone was so helpful!!! I’m definitely going back! :)

The muddies are always very friendly and helpful! Getting to sample products is very helpful as our pets can be very picky eaters. When our little doggo Nugget was still alive he loved coming in here and getting spoiled with treats and pets.

I really love and appreciate Mud Bay. The staff is always super friendly and nice. My cat had been having some digestive issues and a member of their team was able to help me find a product. He was very knowledgeable and I was impressed. Not only are the people working there amazing but they also give you a small treat for your cat or dog. My cats love the freeze dried chicken. This experience is why I choose places like this over Petco or Petsmart every time plus local support

Every time Morty and I visit, the staff just wanna play with him and give him treats!! Truth is, the Bark Pops 100 a bag last longer than any other store treats, and the wool toys last over 5 weeks!! The goods are great!

Visiting this Mudbay location has the been the highlight of my year! And Frankly im kicking myself for not checking them out soon. The staff are so unbelievably kind and helpful, and the store is stock full of healthy and affordable options. I've been struggling to find cat food that is actually beneficial to my cat at chain stores, and this whole time theres so many options right at Mudbay! I cannot wait to come again! This store really cares about your pets!

I can not speak highly enough about the beyond extraordinary experience I had with Richard. Not only did he give a personal shopping experience that was tailored to a first time pet owner but the entire door-to-door service took less than ten minutes. I called all over the county looking for one type of dog food. No one had it and I got the brush off from a lot of other pet stores when I called around. I called here, got amazing service on the phone, and a few options for comparables. Came in to get one, had continued stellar service. Got toys, got food! Lots of lovely items. My older dog has started to struggle with anxiety the past few weeks. The Associates were really helpful with helping me sort out the best treatment for him. He wouldn't eat the 1st choice/chewable, so they were willing for me to return it. I got him drops and they worked by me putting a couple on my finger and doing a quick wipe across the side of his teeth.

Amazing customer service! We call and ask for curbside service and give a budget to the staff to put together a bag of treats for our dog. Richard has put a bag together three times with a budget of $25-$30 and been spot on with the products he chooses. We are grateful Mud Bay staff know their products and can easily give recommendations of what our dog would love. And we can do it all curbside! A+ job Mud Bay!!

Great little place. For a small chain, they have a pretty decent selection. The employees are polite and helpful. I love the food options. However, I do wish they had some more items as far as litter and accessories, as well as cat beds and scratchers.

Nice upscale brick & mortar pet store. Very nice staff, multiple offers for assistance while shopping. Prices are moderately expensive compared to other local pet stores but they do carry unique items not found elsewhere. I enjoy shopping here on occasion for select items.
