Awesome store. Everything is very well priced, clothing is a mix of trendy sweaters and pants as well as outdoor gear and technical layers. West at Madrona fixed an expensive pair of waterproof mountain bike pants that had several holes worn into the seat area- no one wants wet cake while on a long ride.The cost of the repair was less than 25% of buying a replacement pair of pants, which I was very happy with.If I saw these pants on the shelf at a store looking like they do now, I wouldn’t know they weren’t designed that way.Super friendly, easygoing, flexible, and a very valuable resource for the outdoor community. My pants were finished when I was told they would be and West was very prompt at notifying me they were ready for pickup.11/10 service. This is a business that I’m really excited to support.

Needed a jacket zipper slider replaced since the old one broke. Sent in a request, came by, and was able to get it fixed in less than 10 minutes on the spot. Even sewed on the piece of cloth from the old zipper. Only cost about $13, much cheaper and more convenient than shipping it out for a replacement.

I have a few pair of my favorite flannel lined pants, and they're nearly perfect. One issue: The zippers just decide to unzip seemingly whenever they wish. Result: I'm always trying to discreetly rezip in public.I get weird looks.No more! West reformed my favorite pants with zippers that are more secure, and we're back in business. Awesome, friendly service and excellent tent repair. They fixed two broken zippers and patched a hole in the netting that I hadn't even mentioned. My only complaint is that the price was too low, and I feel a bit guilty as I expected it to be way more expensive.

I LOVE my Madrona Wear:). Love mine for gardening, hanging out and even with a nicer to and going out to dinner. I have the custom pants with a super fun gusset color in orange. I also have the hemp pants, which fit to a tee and look great for work or going out. My favorite part is the zip side pocket for my phone, but the fit is really amazing as well.I have also sent in many items for repair, the most important one was my 20yr old favorite ski jacket. My dog has somehow found cookies in the pockets and shredded every pocket. West noticed when he was doing the repair that the zipper had also failed, and he fixed that as well. Love Madrona Wear!!!

I have to give a shout out to Ruby on the repairs of two important personal items. First, a durable but discreet repair on a bad rip to the upper back (almost butt cheek) leg of a fairly new pair of double front Carhartt work pants. They are back on the job.Second, the return to duty of my Dakine ski pack. A rip to the top edge, between the main pocket and helmet thin zippers. As pic shows, a though repair. Please check this place out. My husband has his favorite jacket back. The zipper pull needed to be replaced. The guy was quick, efficient and super friendly and he knew what he was doing. If we have anything else we need repaired, we will definitely be back!

I broke the main zipper on one of my motorcycle jackets, it's hard enough to zip it with gloves on. Madrona replaced the zipper pull really quickly and with a blue zipper to match my gear and a small knot to grab with gloves on! Highly impressed with their work and their turnaround! Good price too. Will bring them all my future repairs!

Wow! I was impressed with all of the repairs that Madrona Wear did for me! I had three zippers replaced, all with quality zippers and meticulous done. One item was a vintage wool coat that needed a quality repair by a skilled trades-person. This repair particularly far exceed my expectations! I also had numerous dresses and skirts mended. Madrona Wear demonstrated to us that they can repair a backpack as well as treasured clothing items prolonging their life. The customer service was also outstanding. I had my repairs returned to me in a very timely fashion.
