I ordered 4 bags of dirt to be delivered to my condo on the second floor. Their delivery service left it outside my building. At 75 years old I needed it delivered to my DOOR. After multiple calls speaking to different associates I spoke with the Store Manager who only wanted to defend the outcome of the delivery. If I order for delivery to my door, I expect delivery to my door. I realize a $40 order is nothing to them in terms of a sale but word of mouth and sharing my experiences could have an impact and should have an impact. Also, one more point I would like to make. The web site says "Delivery" not "Curbside Delivery" as the Store Manager kept saying. If it had said "Curbside" I would have not placed the order.

We had the most amazing experience here recently. My husband and I went in to order blinds and had several questions. Anders and staff were beyond helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us tons of options to consider and helped us sort a solution. We ended up walking out with more than we expected because of the level of service. It was refreshing in a time where everyone is rude and cannot be bothered with doing a good job. Additionally, Anders was kind enough to donate to our youth event. It was above and beyond and we were grateful for that. We will be back and we highly recommend this store. There is an amazing staff here!

I ordered bags of sand for the back of my pickup in anticipation of the snow and ice storm headed our way. I requested curbside pickup and a nice young man came out and placed the sandbags in the back of my truck in the spots I requested. Excellent customer service by this young man. Thank you Lowe's for having good employees that are customer service focused!

I've been to lots of Lowe's stores and this one is by far the best one I've dealt with. I always get good customer service, the help that I need, and they are always kind. The online ordering has been flawless and the people working on that side of the business always thank me for using their services. I've never had an issue with this store and I'm in there 4-5 days a week and have been using them for over three years now. No complaints. Ya'll are doing a great job.

Terrible return policy experience of new, regularly stocked parts just outside of the 90 day return window. After the tens of thousands of dollars I’ve spent here over the years, this is the treatment I get. Sarah was rude and didn’t seem to care at all and did nothing to even slightly go out of her way to help and didn’t care at all telling me it was my fault and saying I “had plenty of time to return” my items, which is ridiculous and is obvious she has no idea what she’s talking about/ has never contracted a building job of any sort ever. I’m beyond angry and will never shop here again.They allow their store to be pillaged by the local criminals/homeless population, but I’m punished for following the rules and have to eat the cost for a multi-billion dollar per year organization..Absolutely ridiculous, Support local people, go to hardware sales or another mom and pop shop! I wish I could give less than one star

Do not go here to buy appliances. The employees here made it clear that assisting customers with appliances is a huge pain for them and isn't worth their time. Went in to buy a fridge today (1-28), the first employee that checked seemed annoyed that we were asking for assistance in getting a fridge from the top shelf. He wasn't able to assist us but instead asked a supervisor to pull it down for us. When the supervisor appeared, he was visibly very put out by assisting us. He heavily sighed after everything he said, he clipped the supply shelf with the lift as he was parking it and made me grab the fridge from over the safety barrier he had set up. Overall this supervisor seemed annoyed to assist customers and only concerned with safety to the point that he wouldn't get in trouble from his superiors.The shining light of our experience was Thom who checked us out. He was very kind and redeemed a bit of the experience for us.

This particular LOWES location is seriously focused on CUSTOMER SERVICE and in-stock availability. I always find a representative within each of the departments for helpful guidance, expertise, honest opinions and when required, assistance in loading my purchases. Saving 5% everyday with my Lowes CC is also helpful and, in the end, really adds up, surprisingly so! I HIGHLY recommend this location based on my experience with the competition, the orange guys, in this case there is no competition.

I have been a very loyal Lowes customer for years, but today they lost my business due to their ridiculously rigid 90 day return policy. As a home improvement store, you think they would understand that unexpected delays happen even on small projects. I had purchased a kitchen faucet on 12/20 for a laundry room renovation that was supposed to start in early January. However due to delays with my contractor, the project didn’t actually start until last week. Once the faucet was ready to install, he found out that it wouldn’t fit with my countertop depth. After a few days of troubleshooting, he told me that we’d have to find something else. Went to Lowes today with my receipt and they would not return the faucet or give me store credit. Even though I was only 8 days past the deadline. I can understand the need for cut offs with returns due to changing inventory, etc, but for a home renovation company to have such a short return period is ludicrous. Delays in these kinds of projects are frequent, even inevitable, and are often completely out of your control. So now you have to also add the stress of returning something unnecessarily within 90 days, then repurchasing, on the off chance that your purchase won’t fit in your project. This kind of inflexibility in these types of situations will make me never shop here again. There are many other options out there, including local companies, that I would rather give my business to in the future.

I came in to buy a drill and asked an associate to help me find one in my price point. As we were discussing the different drills, another associate, a man, came up to me and described the difference between a corded or uncorded drill. I am not stupid. I know the difference. It was very condescending for him to come and make those remarks to me just because I am a woman. Really makes me not want to come back.

My opinion of Lowe’s is terrible after our horrible experience with a flooring installation project. Employees are incompetent and have slowed the project down at every turn. Forgetting to submit multiple estimates, 2 week lag in ordering replacement items needed to finish our job despite getting the request on the very first day of the job. Placing me on hold for an HOUR+ while figuring out how to charge me for added floor leveling labor and supplies.I’ve hated every moment of this experience we’ve spent 10’s of thousands of dollars on.

Went in to buy an appliance. The clerk ignored me and continued chatting with 2 different friends. She asked once if she could help to which I said that I was there to buy a stove. She never got up or offered any suggestions. Now she began talking to another friend. I finally asked if I could get some help. There was another person trying to get help, too. What a ridiculous experience.

The cashiers lacked more training because I bought a plant in the store and it didn't have the price and there were 3 people looking for the price per line and they couldn't find it instead of them going to check where the plants are, there is this price but everything for not wanting to go check the price.

Ordered online. Updates to order are non-existant. They are either short handed or just slow as a snail. After four days it still says processing order for shipment to store.Called in for days later and they still cannot tell me where my order ID or where it's coming from.Incompetent at best.

It has what you'd expect. Can't ding off stars for that. Staff is usually knowledgeable. Check out lines are normal. If you're going to Lowes, chances are it's for something specific and you'll probably find it.

I was very disappointed to come to the store and be told by two of the employees that they did not have plastic sheeting they invited me to go ahead and leave the store which I found a little bit confusing when I looked it up on my phone they had 20 different kinds of plastic sheets coz I'll treat you according to however my review for this Lowe's would be less than one star if there was an option to that

Stopped in for the first time this evening and Canaan was very helpful, kind, and friendly! He brought treats for my dog and even played with her. What wonderful employees! The store is dog-friendly and all of the employees I saw were wearing masks! 5/5

For a big box, Lowes is pretty good. Large number of skew items so you can reasonably expect to find what you need...eventually. I find that virtually every DIY project takes three visits. These visits to Lowes are reasonably pain-free.

Awful customer service!!! I will never spend another dollar at Lowe's. Our refrigerator broke so we ordered one. First it took 5 days to get it....while living out of a cooler. Then the delivery wasted my entire day by missing their 4 hour window and never informing us they had tried to deliver to the wrong house and returned to the warehouse. That phone call took over an hour. Then upper management was supposed to call and reschedule....wrong!!!! Never called. Trying to get anyone to answer the phone is impossible. Lowe's simply does not care about customers. I will never buy another thing at Lowe's.

Customer Srvuce Rep Bella did a very good job. It shows she really cares about the consumer and consumer questions. I enjoyed talking with her. She would be good in upper management. Now on the otherside of the coin. Received the lawn mower, but looking at it closely..it was scratched on the upper back left side! Paying the amount I paid for it, it shouldnt have had any type of damages. See the picture.Thank you

The employees at the lumber yard were especially helpful with assisting me load up bags of concrete into my vehicle despite being busy with closing preparations themselves.The employees that helped me load get 5 ⭐️, the reason for the 4 stars is my overall experience. The plumbing section for copper fittings was a complete disaster. Couldn’t find hardly any of the common 1/2 & 3/4 sizes needed for my project. While other Lowes stores I’ve been to have had similarly bad situations for the copper fittings … This store took it to another level; unless you had 1-1/4” pipe or small refrigerant lines you were going home empty handed.
