SCAM COMPANY!!! I ordered the wine opening set that they were selling the day after Thanksgiving as a Christmas gift for my wife. The item has yet to arrive. They answered the first of 4 emails between 12/25/23 and 3/4/24. I’m obviously not getting my item. It’s a shame that companies take advantage of customers and steal money. Please see the error in your ways and make it right with all the people you’ve stolen money from.

UNTRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE FROM TATTOOS TO ORDERS. As one can easily see this shop gives one excuse in someone's review and then another excuse in another review for the same issue, ultimately if you compare responses it shows the person responding to these is clearly lying. Get off the drugs and maybe you can figure out how to keep your excuses the same.

Followed these guys on TikTok for awhile they are really cool, my favorite video they made was when they gave temporary tattoos to kids that were special needs what an amazing group of humans! I recently bought a wine opener during christmas from them, the shop had a special offer with another TikTok creator it blew up they sold a lot and my order was delayed, at first I was upset because it didn’t arrive in time for a party I was going to but the team was so helpful and communicative they even sent me a second set and some vacuum sealers free for my trouble! I spoke to Jeff who was such a nice and warm helpful person and I worked with his assistant Jake and together they made my day ! When I got the package I immediately opened a bottle of wine to celebrate and I haven’t stopped drinking wine since! I should probably sold before it becomes a problem ! Thank you for getting me away from using my shoe to get into my wine! Better to be safe than sober !

I really appreciate Rhi squeezing in to make time for me when I came in the shop. Everything was quick! In and out of the shop within 10 mins. I’d definitely go back to get more piercings from her. She also did 2 of my kids’ ear piercings. Super happy abt that too

Went in as a walk in initially and have had so much work done since! Emma is amazing! She will literally create a piece of art and put it on you. Her line work is smooth and colors have stayed true! I literally recommend her to ANYONE who asks about my work.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! I ordered a product on December 5th for a Christmas Gift and it has never shown up! They won’t send me any shipping info even though I have asked multiple times. I have also reached out to them on Facebook about this but they read my messages and then never replied. They will steal your money!

I wanted to give this place a good review but I can’t. Sad to say I’ll never be back. Came in as a walk in with my friends to get small matching tattoos, but they aren’t matching. The artists didn’t coordinate with each other and all 3 tattoos are different. Also, my sandi derm was sloppily put on so it’s coming off the next day after they told me to leave it for a week yet the have me 0 after care. Not very professional.Service: Tattoos

I had the pleasure of working with Carrie after I went in only for a consultation. She took the picture of the tattoo I wanted and she turned into something great! She made sure I felt comfortable the whole time while I was getting tattooed and she did an amazing job. The line work, the input of adding some shading to give it some depth and just add more to the piece truly shows her knowledge of her job! She has a great personality and she’s so sweet, I’m can’t explain how happy I am that she did this tattoo for me. Staff was nice but tattoo is awful. I had my fingers tattoo and although it is difficult spot to work on. The artist did not go deep enough and the tattoos are virtually gone. I paid a huge amount of money for absolutely nothing. I also felt like they weren’t very interested in doing the tattoo and was I handed over to someone with just a year of experience. Super disappointed on my experience.

The consultation and scheduling was straightforward. I highly recommend checking out the tattoo artist biographies on their website because you can get a sense of the artist and their pricing. The shop is clean and comfortable. Carrie Berg did two custom tattoos for me and I'm happy with the outcome!Edit: I recently had the pleasure of getting a flash piece from Rusty for their Black Friday deal.

I am just going to hop on here and write a lil review on how my experience was today when I came into the shop , I was setting up an appointment to get a tattoo and I was un aware that tattoo shops can ask u personal questions where u work what u do for work and if u have any life goals like I didn’t know that was a thing ? But that’s never happened to me before I’ve been to plenty of tattoo shops and never got that. It was the rudeness for me and the extra charging for a small tattoo. And the lady who was setting my appotattoo weird I just found that really disrespectful. all my tattoos have a meaning behind them and I didn’t appreciate that at all. I felt very uncomfortable.

Great shop very clean and sanitary. Rusty was a great tattoo artist. He explained everything that was happening and worked through the design with me there to make sure it was what I wanted. The overall piece turned our really awesome and had good clean lines throughout. Jeff the owner was up front in the shop tattooing. Though he spent his time working on a really great and inspiring piece he took the chance to welcome people when they came in without degrading quality and sanitation. When all was said and done Jesse did a great job taking pictures of the final product making the experience awesome. I look forward to returning and getting another piece of art next time I'm in town.

I've been coming to this shop on and off for years, and all the tattoos I've gotten here are amazing! As of now I'm working on a back piece with Jeff (who is an magnificent artist who was able to just sketch up my beautiful piece in less than 10 minutes) and he is so understanding, kind, and extremely versatile. The passion he has for tattooing is obvious as soon as you walk into his shop, it doesn't hurt that I get to watch movies while getting tattoos as well 😉

If I could give NO STARS, I would..Do NOT go here for a face dermal. For one they were absolutely Rude when I came in to get it checked a few months after, when they gave me zero instructions on how to properly care after. For it to reject over a year later and when I got it removed from a professional piercing shop, they even quoted this place doesn’t know what they are doing.. I took the most care of my favorite piercing with proper care after doing more research myself .. Big thanks and Shout Out to Jeff Holmes, who was also extremely rude and cocky the entire time, for ruining my dream piercing that wasn’t done properly.I Will NEVER go here again !
