I had never been to a place like this. My podiatrist recommended after a foot injury. The staff were so supportive and flexible. I never felt rushed. The prices were totally fair to what you find online, but the return policy here is profound. I must have tried on 6 or 7 pairs of shoes and until I had decided what was best for me the staff member was willing to keep going. I am very impressed with their knowledge and customer service. Highly recommend.

I've developed a significant arthritis issue with the MTP joint in my right big toe and need new footwear to lessen the pain. The many options at Fairhaven Runners were all high quality. The staff, especially Evelyn, were extremely patient and knowledgeable in helping me find an excellent choice. An extra bonus: it feels great supporting a local, high quality business.

Lovely store with even more lovely staff. I was helped by Emily today who made me feel welcomed, heard, and understood when I expressed the difficulties I have faced with the running shoe world as someone who has high arches, a bit of over pronation, and plantar fasciitis. Emily was very patient, she went above and beyond for me, having me try over 7 pairs of shoes to make sure we got the perfect fit and she was willing to keep on going if necessary! I ended up going with the New Balance Fresh Foam X 1080 pair. Thank you Emily for all you did today!By the way, this store is dog friendly! Just be mindful of how your dog behaved in busy areas as their store can get quite busy at different hours of the day. If your dog does better in quieter spaces, go to the store closer to when they open or in the middle of the day like 2pm where you don't have to worry about a lunch rush or afternoon rush from people getting off work.

Outstanding. Knowledgeable. Patient. I absolutely love this shop. I won’t buy shoes anywhere else if I can help it. I’m a difficult customer because I have a chronic condition that I have to wear a prosthetic device to correct. Every customer service expert that has helped me year after year has listened carefully and done their absolute best to accommodate my needs. The staff are amazing. Brian, my genius shoe fitter today was amazing and I’m so grateful for his patience, knowledge and perseverance in getting me into a comfortable shoe with such a difficult device to deal with. He was so kind and I really appreciate this shop for everything it brings to the lovely Bham local community. Thank you for making me feel special and not disabled.

These guys are seriously thorough walked in with daily foot pain months ago and through their help I have minimal pain now, and can work out a lot easier. Don't put off the pain like I did these guys are amazing!

I’m new to running and needed help finding running shoes. I found this store online and gave it a try. From the second I walked in I was welcomed in and someone was ready to help me. They watched me walk and sized my foot. They had many shoes in stock to try on and I found a pair that I liked. This was an awesome experience and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

Great service! I walked in there with strange feet, strange requirements, and walked out with a shoe brand I'd never heard of before (ON.) Maria listened closely, ignored other people talking to her, and brought out several shoes for me to try. The fourth pair were the ONs, and she saved them for last because she knew they'd fit my weird (narrow, low volume, but long) feet. Two runs in them since last week and my feet are happy. Thanks, Maria!

We have had numerous positive experiences with Fairhaven Runners over the years. My entire family shops here when they need new walking or running shoes. Recently, we took my mother-in-law in to get her fit for walking shoes. Emily was so fantastic, patient and kind. She took time to understand the challenges she has with her feet and her special requests for shoes. My MIL was so thrilled with the pair she chose, and kept commenting excitedly how great they felt while out on walks. Emily was an absolute delight! We've had multiple interactions with her that left us so happy to support this business. The whole team is so kind, warm and helpful. Good selection and fantastic service. I needed a good walking shoe, but I have a very high arch and am hard to fit. Sierra worked with me for quite some time, trying different shoes, orthotics, etc. We finally found a shoe with a good fit and I just took them on a test walk. They are perfect. I appreciated that while I came in pretty close to closing time, the person who helped me did not rush, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and helped me try on some great options. They're always so friendly and helpful. The amount of shoes they have in stock is surprising given the store's small size. I have larger feet and every time I shop here they have the shoes I want in my size which is rare in my experience given the size of my feet. I love going here and wouldn't go anywhere else in the area for running shoes.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, the shoes I initially bought ended up not fitting correctly. They took them back without question and gave me a full refund. I now have shows that are a better fit. Sometimes it it difficult to tell for sure how a show will actually respond by just wearing it in the store. The option of returning for a full refund or exchanging is much appreciated.I will definitely keep shopping here.

My wife bought some shoes here earlier this week and loved them so much she had to bring me to have me sized up for my own pair. Needless to say the near 5 star review is very accurate. The staff is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly with giving advice and finding the right fit for you. They took the right amount of time to get to know me and my running style, habits, and future running goals. 10/10 would recommend anyone to get their running shoes from here.

The selection of shoes and gear is fabulous, but the real highlight here is the staff. I came in with my 4 months old twin babies and my 8 month old puppy, bringing essentially a 3-ring circus into the store, and every single staff member went above and beyond to help me find the right shoes, attempt to calm the babies (literally walking them around the store while I tested shoes), offering to hold my dog, putting shoes on hold for me, and never making me feel rushed or like I needed to leave because of my boisterous entourage. To everyone who helped me today, I cannot thank you enough for accommodating my needs and helping me make my purchase so I can keep my sanity and keep running.

This is the BEST shoe store I have ever frequented. Amazing, knowledgeable service, patient and kind folks who will put you in the best shoes you have ever worn. I travel from Woodinville to buy my shoes from them. During COVID, fantastic salesperson Chris stayed on the phone with me and talked me through buying some much needed new trail shoes. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
