I cannot recommend this place enough. My husband has suffered with ear problems for many years and we’ve been to a couple of ear cleaning places in Canada with no results. We heard about this place so we travelled to the US just to see her. She was the only one who was able to get the plug out of his ear! If you’re considering going, GO!! She is so so good! Very professional, spotless office, and most importantly she is very good at what she does.

So extremely happy with this service.Came over from Vancouver cause the wait time in Canada was too long. Took 20 minutes for her to take the ear wax out and I can finally hear again!!!Such an amazing relief.It was almost completely painless as well and she was very gentle plus cognizant of the dangers of the instruments in the ear so she was very careful to not harm any of the inner parts of the ear.Thank you again.

I booked a appointment online very easily, got a confirmation of appointment very quickly and a reminder message the day before. Alisha was fantastic! Very friendly and professional registered nurse. She makes you feel at ease and explains the procedure. She was very gentle with removing wax and was very accommodating. I highly recommend her services. Having wax removed professionally is a game changer.

🎶 I can hear clearly now the wax is gone🎶 I am singing this song of joy all day to my friends after getting my ears unclogged and all the wax cleaned out by Alisha today. I had been experiencing a heavy pressure on my ear drum all weekend, loss of hearing, and my ear was starting to hurt after attempts of trying to get the wax out myself. I was miserable all weekend and it really showed how important it was to keep my ears cleaned of the excess wax. Alisha’s office space was inviting, the decor was calming which was nice when anticipating a slightly stressful procedure of sticking a suctioning tube into your ears. Alisha herself was also pleasant and thoughtful, asking me periodically if I experienced any discomfort and would give me a heads up if I would feel a pressure or if a particular sound might be loud. I was afraid that it might be painful as I experienced pain trying to clean the ear myself, but surprisingly she was gentle enough in the procedure that I didn’t experience any pain at all. I was really happy to learn that she is a nurse as well, trusting that this means patient care was important to her. After roughly 10ish minutes we had both ears cleaned out and I was myself again. I vowed to never let my ear wax get this bad again. Thanks Alisha for saving my week!

Incredibly happy with the results of my appointment. I was 100% blocked in both ears and having a lot of trouble sleeping and Alisha was able to gently remove all of it.
