I showed up on Saturday afternoon needing four tires so I could drive an old truck I had just purchased back to Kansas City MO. Had one lug nut that really gave them trouble but they worked thru it and was able to get me on my way. If they hadn't done that the snow and ice I went thru driving over the mountains may have ended me, literally. So many thanks for powering thru guys my trip went great and got lots of comments every time stopped for gas. Five stars isn't enough for that crew they deserve ten.

The service is always great and done well. They just need to work on the scheduling side of things otherwise it would be a 5 star review. When setting an appointment and communicating a timeline, it should be adhered to as much as possible. They continue to be my tire supplier of choice.

Came in and asked for wipers to be changed, check tire sensors, and to take off winter tires. Only one of these things was done. I paid for new wipers and found out two months later when they weren’t working, that they had not been changed even though I paid for that service. When picking up my car, I asked if they changed the tire sensor which they said no and delayed my service by an additional 30 minutes. Seems like there are some big communication issues here between the front desk and the mechanics

I’ve always thought that discount tires does a good job with pricing for tires and for letting you know when they need to be rotated. The crew here was very kind, and even though they were behind, they made accommodations to make up for being late/behind.

Fair warning, this place will try anything to upcharge you. They would not patch my tire because it was "too close to the sidewall", even though the puncture was clearly in the serviceable area (according to their own picture). They ended up damaging my tire more; to the extent it had to be replaced. Do not shop at this location, they are dishonest.

We are very happy with the prices and customer service at the Discount tire on Bakerview Rd. We had some issues when we got some new wheels there, but Brandon was so helpful in getting us new ones at no charge, as well as giving us a discount on our tires. Highly recommend this business!

First time in there they gave me a new tire for free because they said they messed up when they took it off. Even though it leaked really bad, they were honest and fixed it on their dime. Second time I went in there for a different tire they took the nail out repaired it for free.Customer for life here. I'll always buy tires from this place for now on, because this type of service is non existent and we need more places like this.

I worked with zakee. His service was outstanding and he is very knowledgeable friendly and gets right to the point he assists with finding you discounts which I was very impressed with and he got us in and out in less than 4 hours I highly recommend a discount tire they have great prices on tires as well as they guarantee them pretty much for the life of the tire and it is a pleasure to have done business with them.

I came in because my tire sensor light was on and the guys were professional helpful. They told me exactly it was wrong exactly what it would cost and they got me in an under the time that they said they would and they explained the process to me from beginning to end, I would recommend them over any other tire place from start to finish.

These guys are fantastic and I would highly recommend. My mom's tire exploded on her drive to Bellingham and she had to get the donut changed Pronto. Went there an hr before their closing time and they got her in, took care of her with smiles, jokes and in a very timely manner. I appreciate the efforts they made

Costs are the lowest, but the work is not very good. I went in for a tire rotation and they only rotated one side of my car. They also didn’t fully secure one of my center caps, and I ended up losing that cap shortly later while driving.

I went in the Friday before Christmas with a nail in a tire. This group worked me in and got me out in a very quick time. What I was most impressed with was the contact from the minute I walked through the door until a very last minute they gave me my truck back. The personal contact at each stage is highly unusual these days and I appreciated it very much. This group was extremely busy, but they took the time to make me feel that I was important to them.

I visited this location twice in one week and I’m from Canada..First to get new tires for my Tesla MYLR. Noah was the man who spoke to me each time I called and was the person I dealt with at the front counter and he was super kind, helpful and overall a wonderful gentleman who even remembers a lot of details about me and my vehicles which caught me by surprise. The entire crew in the shop were very professional, experienced and seemed to work with great morals and ethics and want the best work performed on each customers vehicles. After the first day I drove back home and needed tires rotated for my Kona EV. I called a bunch of Canadian stores but all of them were $60+ except Costco being about $35 or so. I decided to call back Discount Tire and Noah once again picked up and happily informed me they would do it for free! Booked the appointment and got that done yesterday and I can confidently say everything tire related will be done at Discount Tire Bellingham because it truly is worth the drive across the border to have peace of mind that your car is in good hands.Special shout-out to Noah, and Davin was also great to speak with. I recommend everyone visit this location.

We drove over what turned out be a bungee cord hook on the highway just before crossing the border into the US, and had a flat tire. So we swapped out the tile with the spare wheel and drove on to Bellingham straight to Discount Tire on Bakerview St. They promptly attended to us. We did not buy any service or product since they advised the tire was far to damaged to be repaired, but they were most professional, had the spare inflated to the right pressure, checked the other 3 tires and we were on our way to pick up a package and return to Canada. We were so impressed with their service and professionalism, that we will probably buy our next set of tires from them.

had an appointment, still took 3 hrs. checked the progress on my car and it was STILL waiting to be seen for 2 of those hours. finally got my car back and was told “light should disappear after a 10-20 min of driving.” it’s been 2 weeks and i finally got it fixed correctly at a DIFFERENT location. super sweet people tho so i’m not even that mad but why did i pay 70$ for my car to not even be fixed? 💔

I purchased 4 tires for my truck just over a year ago along with a warranty. I stopped in today because one tire was losing air. I was told I would have to make an appointment to get it looked at... Really? So i called later that day to make an appointment and was put on hold for 25 minutes. I finally gave up and called back figuring they forgot about me and waited another 15 minutes on hold with no answer. Now I have to take time out of my day tomorrow to drive over just to make an appointment in person since they can't figure out how the phone works. Going back to buying from Les Schwabb from now on.

We had a bolt in our tire. They were so helpful and went the extra mile to find the warranty! We needed a new tire for this one. They didn't try to oversell or pressure me and had me back on the road in 30 min! Very happy with their service today!

I don't think I've ever had better customer service anywhere. The employees always seem happy, and they're always helpful with pro-rated mileage warrantees etc.
