Been coming here for ages so it’s high time to leave a review! I love Adagio — it’s my third place. I come here almost every other day to write for a few hours in the morning. The coffee is always good, the pastries are delicious, there’s ample seating and even on busy mornings, I’ve never not been able to snag a table. The atmosphere is great. It’s low key, friendly, and relaxed. 10/10 best coffee shop in town.

I love Cafe Adagio! It’s located on Railroad so there is lots of parking out front. There are also lots of places to sit so you aren’t standing with your treats waiting for a table! Their coffees and teas are delicious, but so are their breakfast sandwiches! I had a spinach and feta thingy that was just delightful!Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options!

Awesome little farm to table spot. Good atmosphere. Comfy couches. The service is always great. Not a hurry up place, so if you are impatient go to McDonald's or something. Garden veggie breakfast sandwich was good, though the topping to bread ratio was a little off. Double the toppings would be great. American cappuccino I've had a few times. It's always good. It's right next to the bus station, and I always wait here for the bus.

You know a coffee shop is great when it’s packed at 1:30pm. This classic Italian coffee shop is on the edge of the City Center neighborhood of Bellingham. It has plenty of space to meet up with friends and a few cozy places to enjoy an afternoon coffee on your own. My Latte was smooth and rich. And it went nicely with the Dutch Apple Turnover.

One of the OG coffee spots in Bellingham. I love to come down here on a rainy day and throw on the headphones and work when I’ve been cooped up in the office for too long.You definitely have a crowd of regulars unsurprising as this place has been here forever.There paninis are great, their soup specials are usually really good and their coffee is good too.If you’re visiting Bellingham for a few days or just moved here, you definitely should come check place out for a coffee or lunch.

We were looking for and found a nice, relaxing place to stop for a quick bite. This is an amazingly huge cafe and coffee shop. There are plenty of tables and comfortable chairs to sit and eat. The muffins are great and they have Cafe Darte coffee. Their breakfast sandwiches are on focaccia bread so they are very filling. Great stop in downtown Bellingham!Vegetarian options: They have a veggie breakfast sandwich option.

We stopped in fairly early in the day (8am, they open at 7) for a vegetarian breakfast sandwich and and espresso (Americano). Both were very good. Service was friendly and there were many tables available in the very spacious cafe area. (Tables available outdoors too.) They had a wide variety of baked goods from Mount Bakery on display (maybe even more than I typically see at the actual Mount Bakery!). The breakfast sandwich was *almost* as good as Camber's (summer-recipe) biscuit sandwich. TIP: Order the sandwich with the grilled onions and jalapeno aoili (we did this) and ask for the sandwich to spend a little extra time on the grill. (I plan to do this next time. Mine was warm enough but the cheese wasn't fully melty and it would have been even better with a bit of crispness in the focaccia.)Vegetarian options: Very good ovo-lacto breakfast sandwich.

A Cafe with alot of depth: Adagio has a warm and welcoming atmosphere on a rainy day. It becomes a dim and quiet corner when the sun is too bright. The coffee is good and reasonably price with a few option presenting a unique experience. The soups are always a delightful, I can always taste the excellent ingredients. The greatest criticism I can levy are the sandwiches. Although they share high quality ingredients with the soups their simplicity makes them taste bland and the ingredients make them smaller and more expensive compared to other cafés. Also, the sides are really bad. Of all the cafés downtown by far the best to be a regular of. The cheap prices and atmosphere make it great for taking time to enjoy a cup of coffee preparing you to succeed in whatever challenges your day will bring.

Adagio has a small farm in the county and adds its own produce to its yummy menu. They also have some of their produce for sale. I have been going to Adagio for years and have always been satisfied by their espresso drinks and treats. Some of the bakery items they make and others are from a local bakery. And, the atmosphere is just right for meeting up with someone or just hanging out on your own.

I love this place. I actually discovered it after the start of quarantine, and it has given me something to look forward to a few times a week. They make hands-down the best half-sweet hot mocha I've ever had, and it's consistently good no matter who makes it. Can't wait to spend time here when I can actually sit down and enjoy the atmosphere. Kind staff, and the music choices are always good.Update 2022: They are so sweet, they celebrated my day off! Excellent coffee, excellent service, lots of seating after the new expansion. I come here every chance I get. The sandwiches and salad are delicious. Everything is reasonably priced as well. Only challenge is to find an outlet. This is my favorite coffee place to visitUpdate: Best (traditional) macchiatos. The milk foam is lovely. I will sorely miss this when I leave Bellingham and regret not discovering this amazing gem of a macchiato earlier.

This is my favorite cafe this side of the Atlantic. Unlike most of the northwest, their roast doesn't taste scorched. There isn't much for breakfast, just pastries, but their sandwiches rock. There's comfortable seeting and tasteful music.
