Before Covid, this place was nice and full and very clean. Now they put up fake walls to cut the size to a half or 1/3 of the original size. They also block off the restrooms off. They closed the main fitting room and downsized them to 2 little stall.The place is a BIG TIME MESS. More items on the floor than the rack.

This location has more items than Ross, Marshall, or TJ max. However, no washroom, no change room to try it on. A lot of items are not organized and on the floor.Despite this, if you could find something you like, then the price might be cheaper than the other stores.

I think it's time for the walls to come down. The place is overflowing. It's starting to look more like Ross in here. And now there's no washrooms. It's hard to shop when all you can think about is the bathroom.Update March 28th 2024- still a mess. Now you need to stop on your way in to have ur picture taken for security.

I felt like I was entering a jail when I arrived. A guard at the door and another guard letting people in one by one. It was like mid 2020 all over again. They didn't have a whole lot of dress shirts for men, or really much for men's clothing. What they did have was either severely overpriced or ugly as sin. Nobody working there looked happy. Yikes.

The store is a mess it needs to be cleaned up they're so worried about theft that you have to go through this system to get in but yet even if somebody was stealing they certainly can't stop them anyways so they should spend more time putting all of the stuff back on the shelves nicely and restocking the store they do finally have shopping carts after 3 years so that's a good point but you can't leave the store with them but they will help you carry your packages out to your vehicle which I thought was outstanding but definitely needs improvement.

Great place to find good deals. Your money goes further here. Inexpensive goods and clothing from infants to adult clothing and shoes. They have a great selection of infant supplies. Also, they carry housewares, linen, cleaning supplies, art, decor, toys, etc...Unfortunately, like others, they have downsized due to Covid. I always find many good deals here.The employees have always been welcoming and nice and happy to help.Large parking lot with free parking.

Obsessed with this store :) i could browse all day and find so many treasures ! It was recently organized too and looks so good. Only complaint is keep changerooms open from start to close. I just end up putting things back when i probs wouldave bought if i could try on!

As with all locations, variable. Still not having much luck at any of them finding men's dress wear. Layouts never seem to be consistent. Organization can definitely be improved.

Not what it once was. Now in disarray, with staff seemingly unable to keep up with thoughtless, ill-behaved customers to take things off the shelves and racks, try them on and then toss them around. So the merchandise is not nearly organized, particularly footwear. Not a pleasant shopping experience any more.

Unfortunately this is the place I normally came to get things but you're not even allowed to take a shopping cart with kids into the shoe section? I'm sorry but when you have little ones under 2 years old and they can't sit in a cart while you look for shoes, then that is ridiculous. They also took your carts away earlier in the year and you were not able to walk around with your small children unless you had a stroller. They are going down in business and I'm surprised they are still around and not closed with all the stuff you can not do.

Really enjoy the prices and everything inside the store, but one thing I find pretty disgusting. Is how every time I go there, the trash cans outside are over flowing and there is trash all over the outside of their building. They have enough employees, somebody needs to fix that issue asap.EditYears later, and still every time I visit this location, the trash is everywhere. Seriously, how hard is it to tell your employees to take out the trash when they are stuffed full. Do they not realize that they are losing a lot of business because of the amount of trash everywhere outside? It is a shame because they can have some good priced items.

The inventory has shrunk so much that a large portion of the store is now walled off and not in use. The storefront is always dirty with garbage cans overflowing. The store is a mess with inventory scattered on the floor. This place was once a store I looked forward to shopping at, but today's visit will be my last. Sad to see the decline.

I have never seen a store in such a disastrous state. There was clothes and merchandise all over the floor. Absolutely nothing was in its place. It's like the staff and management didn't care at all about this store. I would never set foot back in the store again. So disappointing to see a Burlington coat factory in this condition.

I went in to buy a new winter coat, and I was assailed at the entry foyer because I carry a backpack. I am a student at WCC, and I carry a laptop and a IPAD in my backpack. He suggested I leave it at the front. I am not about to let some moron making minimum wage guard my valuables. So, I called the manager, and explained the situation her, and she was hostile and rude, trying to explain it was policy to target students that take WTA. Women that carry large purses are exempt from this policy...just students are targets. So, I went to Kohl's where I was greeted with high quality customer service, and the lady at Kohl's helped me even pick out a coat. Next time you need a coat DON'T GO TO BURLINGTON!!!! They are jerks if you are a student carrying your valuables.

Nice store. I was looking for spring and summer outfits for my 3 year old granddaughter. I didn’t find to much in her size and some of the quality wasn’t the best. I did find a few pieces. The staff was friendly

The outside needs cleaning and maintenance. Like other Burlington Coat factories. This store is okay if you have time to browse a lot. Baby shower gifts they usually have great prices on those baby things and clearance sections for kids shoes helps too since I buy ahead of growth spurts. But I just wish the stores went back to pre-covid size. Many of these stores downsized after covid and this limits stock and options.

Admittedly, I have not been to this store in several years. I was surprised to see it was half the size it used to be. I didn't read these reviews before I went or I would have known that. I used to buy men's dress clothes here for my family: dress shirts, jackets, ties, dress pants, etc. There was very low supply of these items. I told my son to pick out a new tie and he couldn't find any ties. Mens dress shirts don't have their own section, they are just in with long sleeve tops and there isn't many.There were some cool Guess t-shirts for both men and women and a some MK in the men's section. For the most part I was surprised at how small the store was and that obviously reduces the amount of stock and choices. Three of us went but none of us purchased anything. I'm not sure if other locations have more stock. Oh!!!! Fitting rooms are closed! I have not come across any other store recently that still hasn't re-opened their fitting room. That was a surprise.

This store is awful. I used to love Burlington but when I was looking at shoes with my daughter, an older fella nearly elbowed me away from the shelves. After realizing that he was following us about the store (loss prevention)I decided to only purchase what I absolutely needed and left. Shelves were nearly bare and so very disorganized, staff in their phones or up our back ends. I'll never spend another cent at Burlington.

Customer service on phone is NOTHING but RUDE! UPDATE YOUR STORE HOURS AND DO NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONE IF YOUR CLOSED FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!! Online and phone hours BOTH said open till 10pm called at 9:15 they answer and tell me yeah I can’t tell you anything we’re closed… I proceeded to tell them both online and phone say 10pm all he says is yeahhh but we’re closed!

I have shopped at Burlington for many years and at numerous store locations around the country. This was my first visit to the Bellingham store and it was a sad disappointment. I went with the intention of buying both a coat and a jacket and for the first time I could not find either nor anything else that I wished to purchase in the store. The first thing you notice is that they have partitioned the store to have approximately a quarter to a third of the original floor space. There was little stock available even with the reduced footprint. Shelves were mostly empty and clothing racks had little to choose from. Burlington has always been my go-to store for coats and jackets so I was stunned to find neither. There was an employee at the front door greeting people and I stopped to ask him if the store was going out of business. I was surprised to hear that they were not. The young man explained that since the Covid pandemic they had a lot fewer employees and they had experienced a lot of shoplifting and those with the reasons that they decided to opt for a much smaller store layout. I can't see how they will be able to stay in business. I won't be back.
