This place is the best 7-eleven I’ve ever been to in my life!! It seriously has changed my whole perspective on customer service and raised the bar immensely on the standard for convenience store experiences. This is all 100% thanks to Mani, he is one of the best, friendliest, and funniest employee I’ve ever met. He has made my experiences always a good time and has improved my life! I was blind before I came to this 7-eleven but Mani healed my vision!! Please come to this store 🙏 you will never regret your experience

Gotta be one of my favorite places to pick up late snacks and drinks when my girlfriend and I have a movie night. The staff is always nice and very helpful. Especially the late night cashier mani. Whenever I see him I know my experience is gonna be a good one. :)

This is the best 7-11 I’ve ever been to. Every time I go in some silly things happen, like this guy put his finger in the fan for no reason and I haven’t stopped laughing since. 10/10 please hire more people like this

I come here every day for coffee. The place is inviting and the people there are grate. Jake is the nicest guy. Gives me free coffee and muffins.

This place is shady, I had to report them to the Washington lottery because they scanned my scratch ticket and didn’t give me cash after that i started going to Alabama 711 and that one is shady too cuz all 711s are but there slurpee machine has yet to be broken it’s always working and the lady that works nights is nice so I’ll take that one over this one

The store employees are amazing and the establishment deserves the ratings but the owner may need to freshen up on his own customer service skills. My family and I are regulars and are in often. We got snapped at by someone whom we never see. I was told it was the owner, so let's hope that there was a mistake. I understand people have their bad days but doesn't excuse the rudeness. Again, overall experience is great but that sour encounter, especially since it was done in front of small children, is lasting. The manager of the store is awesome btw!

So unbelievably expensive! I can go with just my boyfriend for us each to get a couple little snacks and something to drink and easily spend 60 to $80! It's insane. The only reason I ever shopped there is because they are the only store in all of town that is open 24 hours a day besides the ampm that's on the other side of town. If it wasn't for that I would never ever even bother to spend my money here because I have nothing left for dinner afterwards

Everytime me and my girlfriend go in the 7 eleven we get followed to make sure we aren't stealing by a old lady with red hair we have never stolen or even been suspicious so I'm not sure why she targets us. We have never seen her follow anyone else so at this point its harassment. So instead of shopping there since we get followed we decided to uber food pickup, and we were 7 min away and our food was freezing cold when we picked it up, and had to tell her (the same lady) multiple times it's our food and she yelled at my girlfriend for no reason saying she needs to show her and she had it on my phone and told her the name for the order. The owner isn't much better he always has headphones on and is on his phone and will let you sit there for minutes on end till he's ready.

I just tried to call like 4 times. No answer. My boyfriend ordered an energy from your store through uber eats yesterday. He drank it. he has been puking ever since. Turns out the drink was a year expired?? We need a refund and for you to check all your products. He can't hold down any food or drinks.

The store owner is literally the rudest person I have ever met. I went in a bought an energy drink and was confused about the price because the price tags slide down. I told him im fine with the price. The owner then proceded to yell and slander me. He went on a crazy rant about TV's and speeding tickets and living in the real world. I tried to apoligize for upsetting him and he continued to yell at me. It was one of strangest interactions I ever had with a human being. I have been shopping there for 25 years AND I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

I understand there are many things needed in todays business, and its impissable to keep everything perfect. they are just people in the end.But every time for several years i choose things based on the prices marked , and everything is increased when it gets rung up. And their attitude is that its normal because the computer rings it up. This is unacceptable and extremly frustrating this cant continue .its like im on the price is rite except its always wrongSo wrong i try my hardest to avoid this place . I dont know who to blame it cant be the employees fsult the system must be broken so upsetting everytine i go there

Stopped in at this establishment to grab my kids a snack and let them use the bathroom after a long road trip. Apon entering the store I asked if there was a bathroom my 2 year old could use and was told by the owner that the store pipes were antiques and would not be able to handle my child's urine. Was very surprised as I have frequented this location before and never had any issues using the bathroom. I would highly recommend avoiding this location as it seems to be under the ownership of a very self centered egotistical and rude specimen of a human being.

One of my favorite places, they really do try to help the community where each 7-eleven is located by changing up the store , adding a pizza oven , carrying more regular food.

As a regular to this store, I have nothing but praise for the staff for the work that they do into keeping this store running. Really friendly and efficient service. And the hot foods that they sell at the counter are honestly amazing. Especially the Sriracha chicken skewers.

This has to be one of the friendliest and cleanest 7-11 I've ever been to. Jack takes food donations for the food bank and often has a sign for free hot dogs if you're having a tough time. I've never had a bad experience there. I live in the neighborhood so I've been in there all times of day. I think I know every employee by at least sight, if not by name. They're all friendly people. :D

The clerk was wearing his mask below his nose. And he got uncomfortably close when he talked to me. When I commented about it he was just rude and belligerent. We've had two years to learn how to properly wear a mask and socially distance. At this point there is no excuse for this. This is a hard location to want to do business with already. Add in total disrespect for the sick and the dead and it becomes nearly impossible to want to ever walk in there ever again.

Going to this 7-11 always brings me joy. It's amazing to walk in and find the staff to be incredibly friendly and considerate of the community. I've had the privilege of knowing the owners who go in there to check in that there costumers are provided the best service. If you're going to a corner store, this one should be your top choice!

The old lady that works nights with the red hair scares me. Sometimes she's nice, other times it's like someone just kicked a litter of puppies in front of her and then told her to get back to work.One of the other clerk's can be very condescending and just have a real attitude. I've been in there and watched him walk out of the store and yell at people over the phone or truck drivers for various reasons. He's also told me before to stop being stupid and find things with my own eyes.

The owner is great! However, there is an older lady that works there that is EXTREMELY unfriendly. She has been rude, dismissive and condescending on multiple occasions. I just avoid the times she works there, that's why I can still give it 5 stars!

I absolutely love coming to this 7-11 to visit Jack and his employees. Whether it be for my morning coffee or for some late night munchies, I am always greeted with a big smile . I have never left this place angry or dissatisfied. Very grateful for this very convenient location.

I just moved to the area and thus this 711 became my local convenient store. All staff have always been friendly and helpful. The guy in the morning (I wish I could remember his name). Has gone above and beyond more then once. Thanks guy's for the hard work.

This is one of my favorite one stop shops! Although navigating the parking lot can be tricky as it is almost a one way in, one way out kind of deal that should not be too much of an issue since it is so centrally located to a lot of surrounding attractions. The local road ways make it easy to walk to also.It does not really matter what you need this store has it all. And the best part is that the store is open twenty four seven! There is a large selection of every thing - candy, cookies, snacks, car supplies, drinks, beer, of course the fabled Slushee machine, an Automated Teller Machine that can work with some of the local banks to not charge you a withdrawal fee. There is a huge selection pre cooked foods as well and there are always some sort of deal to be had. You can stop in for tons of breakfast choices and coffee as well. One of my favorite cashiers is tuned in to the tobacco cigars. If you need advice on which is the best Swisher to buy I can not recommend this store enough. I think the only thing missing from it is a gas station!

Whenever I visit Bellingham or Canada, I visit this 7-eleven. Jack and his employees are great. I get everything I need and this store saves me time to go to safeway or any other big store. Prices are way better than other grocery stores. Food is always served fresh. And if you need super fresh, you can always tell them and they will cook fresh food in front of your eyes.

That was the worst treatment I've ever had by a store clerk... I don't expect much from a clerk but politeness is important. If he worked for me I would have fired him. My Wife asked him a question he pointed and said right there she was looking he then said if she would open her eyes she would see them. As someone traveling I will never stop here again I will go out of my way instead....

These guys are awesome . they have good staff, who knows how to serve customers. they are pretty conscious about their business . i oftenly go there for fresh food. manager jack , he is very polite and respective towards customer.. Love this place

Not a great experience, bald rude cashier made my friends young gf feel uncomfortable. The floor is sticky and I'm pretty sure the roof has a leak in it.
