Were there with family today, ordered cappuccino with almond milk, girl on a cashier asked me do you want to add some topings, i asked what kind of topimgs do you have, she doesn’t answer me.The second order was latte. But as s person who work in coffee industry i can say that it wasn’t a latte. It didnt have a foam on top and looked like a hot chocolate. And tasted not so good. I couldnt have a espresso coffee taste.

Thé branch interior is nice, service was polite, and the coffee was ok.The food was the disappointment. Maybe I should not put so much weight on the food - the apple coffee crumble cake - I think it was - since their main offering is coffee. But I do always buy coffee with something to eat, and and one does work to compliment the other.Thé cake - was like a whole bunch of air inside even though it looked solid from the outside. And true to its name, it crumbled away with one stab of the plastic fork. The rest of the time I was just continuously scraping and gathering the crumbles - probably ended up eating the surface of the plastic container as well.I have eaten many crumble cakes, and this one was expensive and horrible - which in turn made the latte taste terrible.I would still come back, maybe - for the latte, maybe - and try something else to eat - maybe.

I love Woods coffee. The coffee is always delicious and the food is good. Today we got the berry cream cheese loaf, a breakfast croissant, a vanilla cold brew, and a regular cold brew. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our questions about merchandise. The atmosphere is pleasant with plenty of places to sit including a private room that can be reserved.

Woods Coffee is located within Bellevue Mall. It felt warm, relaxed, and most of the tables were occupied with people on their laptop or reading. There was no wait, and it only took the barista a few minutes to make the coffee.* 16oz Iced Mocha - While the drink looked nice, it was very, very sweet. There was not much of a coffee taste. I generally like mochas that have a strong chocolate flavor, with a subtle coffee taste. However, this drink had neither. It oddly didn't have much chocolate taste, just like a sweet, almost vanilla syrup flavor. Even the whipped crème had the syrup flavor. I couldn't even drink 1/4 of it, and sadly had to throw it out. An iced mocha I really like is from Fulcrum Cafe for reference (that's a 5/5).Maybe the other coffees are better, but I don't recommend the iced mocha. The overall coffee shop is nice though. Overall, I'd try out other coffee shops before coming back.

I would say 3 stars due to the following issuesThe customer service is sub par, the price for the flavor of coffee isn’t good, (of course in my opinion) and nearly all locations I’ve tried just haven’t been that good of an experience.The atmosphere is the strong suit of the brand, it was clean, and the options food wise are much better tasting.Wheelchair accessibility: Room to roll in and out and elevators near by this spot.

We are traveling out of state and have been randomly picking coffee places to go to. This was the best coffee and service we have had. Both employees were extremely friendly and took the time to ask us questions and provided great advice for travelers. Very surprised by the Gluten free options for a quick breakfast. Would absolutely recommend.

This is my favorite branch of the brand. It is smaller and quieter (maybe I should not say that on here not to attract more people to it…..) the service as a result is more relaxed and there is less noise.Food is the same than other locations and need a better solution.

Great coffee, delicious burritos and amazing staff!The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to answer my questions related to lunch restaurants in the area! Eventually I ended up having lunch right here, and was not disappointed. Their Santa Fe Burrito is excellent. And their blended drink was absolutely delicious, they have very good coffee.

Decided to stop in while waiting in the area for a good cup of joe. Welcoming staff and good coffee! Was happy I was able to find local place inside the mall. They offer cakes pastries and other baked goods. The place is small but cute and could get tight when there is a long line and while I was there like kept building up. Their menu selection looked nice, I did the Americano and they made the drink just the way I liked will definitely visit Woods coffee hopefully I find other locations closer to downtown.

Great coffee. Really nice ambiance. Loved the whole experience. Recommend checking it out. The swag is a little on the expensive side but the coffee and snacks options were great and worth trying. Service was also very good.

I hadn't been to a Woods Coffee shop before... I met my son at Lincoln Square in Bellevue WA. He wanted some coffee and plain bagel bites, I had a hot chocolate. It was just the right temperature. I must admit that it was very tasty. I'm not a hot chocolate aficionado by any means...but this was different than say Starbucks. Richer, more of a cocoa flavor. I'm not sure what my son would say about his drink. I am definitely going to be back again!

Average place, but high quality of Iced Chai Tea Latte 🤞Not many booths to sit down, and most of the chairs are wooden, which are not the best for sitting for a long duration of time.However, their Iced Chai Tea Latte was right on the point for the ratio of milk & chai concentrate.

My favorite place in Bellevue to get coffee! it tastes soooo much better than the other places around! Always great customer service when we visit daily. But I have to mention a shoutout to Bethany she is beyond amazing! Super fast and it always tastes perfect! Always smiling with the best customer service! Avalanche is the best drink on the menu you have to try it!!

Visiting from Alberta and we stopped here several times for both hot drip coffee and frappes. This location is quiet with a very calm/relaxing atmosphere. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and courteous...I wish I had taken note of their names to give a shout out.I really enjoyed the coffee and wish there were locations outside WA. I did ask if they had their coffee for sale in Keurig pods, but unfortunately, they do not.Will definitely come back if in the area again.

Normally woods is the greatest. I may go back idk I’ve been getting the cran orange rush and have liked it so far. Today I got the 24oz and basically just paid like $6 for some club soda with no flavor and way too much sweet cream topper. The way it was given to me is insane too. I wanted a different cafe than Starbucks but looks like I get what I pay for there and not here. Bellevue should hold better standards.

I stopped at Woods Coffee this evening for a pick me up because I've been going since 6am this morning. As someone who's worked in customer service, most times it's not easy dealing with people with different personalities. I've has also made coffee for years I was so amazed at Matt's customer service. I knew exactly what I wanted coming in and Matt made my first experience there enjoyable. Having that customer service spark is big to me. Matt not only was attentive but he signed me up for rewards and helped me choose a cute rewards card. Definitely will be back at this location again and Matt if you read this. Stay you. cute little coffee shop in lincoln square north. Decent selection with some interest drinks and cute merchandise for sale. there’s a small meeting room that you can reserve ahead of time, seats about 7-8 people. The space is pretty small, maybe enough chairs and tables for 20-35 people max but it’s cozy and comfortable.
