The offer of free coffee refills adds a nice touch, enhancing the value and experience for anyone looking to spend some time working or relaxing with a good cup of joe.However, my recent visit left me with mixed feelings. I was excited to try the Indian filter coffee, expecting an authentic and robust flavor, especially given that the owners are Indian and presumably well-versed in this particular brew. Unfortunately, the coffee did not meet my expectations. It was unexpectedly sweet and not traditional which masked the rich, intricate flavors I was looking forward to, ultimately leaving me disappointed.While Third Culture Coffee does a lot right, particularly with its ambiance and customer-friendly policies like free refills, they might need to revisit how some of their specialty coffees are prepared. For aficionados of traditional Indian filter coffee, this might not be the spot to find an authentic taste.

Indian filter coffee was great. A must have. I think the elaichi chai could have been more creamy and rich. It felt as though the tea wasn’t brewed properly and a creamer was added instead of proper steamed milk.If you’re looking for authentic Indian chai this isn’t the place. Otherwise if you enjoy the flavor go for it.I loved the coffee 10/10. The ambience and the atmosphere was great. The swing is another beautiful cultural touch to the place.

I am so happy to see that they have filter coffee 🤗We ordered filter coffee and pistachio rose cake 🍰. ☕️ Coffee break: Third culture coffee, Bellevue, WAI read through the first couple of lines on their eclectic menu, and I was like, Wow! HALDI DOOOODH!! Not that I particularly like turmeric + milk. But that something so very Indian had made its way to the mainstream menu of a Seattle Café made me feel a brief sense of pride (yes, I'm like that!). Perhaps I was a little loud because the nice lady next to me told me she loves it too and then informed me that the Café is owned by a person of Indian origin. Maybe she was just trying to make small talk, but "Oh, is it? was all I could say to her.Anyway, long story short, finding something from back home in a foreign land unexpectedly makes for a special memory.I did not buy the haldi doodh, but I did get the filter coffee, which was A-mazing! They also have a great selection of tea and other beverages from around the world!

Really good filter coffee. The place can get pretty crowded on the weekends and might get difficult to get seating inside. There is limited street parking outside the cafe. You can also park in the Bellevue downtown park which is a 2 Min walk from this cafe.

Coffee taste great. Got a oat milk latte , pretty pleased with everything from flavor, temperature and texture , the place has high ceiling and large windows and is built in one of those apartment complex, so the place is nothing special visually in my opinion, appart from the giant swing to give it character it’s nothing special .. not a place where I would enjoy a relaxing moment but will definitely grab another latte .

Edit 2: I am Kashmiri and it is never not prepared without almonds, cardamom, etc. The flavors in the tea are much stronger while yours were just bland. Having grown up drinking Kehwa as my favorite beverage, I was excited to try this, just was utterly disappointed, because the tea has a stronger flavor and nuts balance it out well. Even if you want to remove the nuts, how do you justify charging $$$ for that cup of flavor water??!Edit: Kehwa was a disaster, watery without any chopped nuts on the top - nowhere close to what it should be. In the name of including an exotic Indian tea, please don’t create something so random. Other than the ambiance, there’s nothing special.We got the Ethiopian pour over, filter coffee and plain croissant. Coffee was not very hot but decent; croissant was yummy.

Visiting Bellevue for the holidays and saw that Third Culture was open late so we had to stop by. The place looks awesome, the staff was really friendly and the coffee was the great. It’s always fun to visit coffee shops in the Seattle area, this place did not disappoint.

Great ambience, lovely staff and their coffee is yummy! I didn’t expect to see a whole lot of coffee beverages from across the world! I tried the Indian filter coffee, it was good. Not exactly like it is in India, but very close! I really loved the ‘tumbler and dabara’(the stainless steal cup and saucer) effort!Also a word about their lemon lavender cake - 😍 OMG! It was delicious! I’m usually disappointed with lavender cakes as they’re often overpowering. But this one had subtle lavender flavors and was yummy!Definitely give this coffee place a try!

We didn’t have a good experience.The place is dirty. I had to clean the couch to sit on it and didn’t feel comfortable putting my stuff anywhere. The coffee is more expensive than a typical place. They got my order wrong and when I told them the lady told me that is the kid size steam milk. I explained that I ordered a normal size milk. The other person was helpful and acknowledged my order and replaced it. Overall wasn’t the e weekend coffee shop vibe I was looking for.

A cute coffee located steps away from the Bellevue downtown park. Loved everything about this place - the vibe, the layout, the food and drink. The indian fliter coffee was great and the banana bread and almond cake were delicious as well. There is no designated parking. You have to park either on the streets or at Bellevue downtown park.

I don't think I'll be back. I had, based on the recommendation of a lady in front of me, the pour over coffee. While it seemed to have good taste, it could have been a lot more darker and robust. My main problem with it is it was just barely above warm when served to me. I'm sorry but I like my coffee hot, not just barely warm. Certainly not good value for the money I paid. Atmosphere wise, you have concrete floors, glass and metal. Not a whole lot of wood but the decorations inside are well done.Parking: This part of old Bellevue is always hard to find parking for. When developed, they just didn't put in any thought towards making it convenient to park.

Stumbled upon this gem when looking online for Vietnamese coffee after an early morning appointment down the street. Tried the Cafe Bombon ($4) and Indian Filter Coffee ($5), and loved both! Super high quality ingredients, beautiful presentation, and delicious drinks. Totally worth the price, so don't be scared off!Reading a bit about the owners' story added depth to the experience for me. They really care about the basics, adding love and passion to their craft, and offering patrons a beautiful space to connect around the global staples of coffee, tea, and alcohol. Enjoy!

The Indian filter coffee is on point!! Wish they had a few more snack options as well. Liked the vibe, its a shame they close so early on weekdays. Had to trace the timing for a long time to be able to make it here for a coffee. Overall, loved the coffee and will be back to try the other varieties.

I really like this place and their coffee! You really cannot go wrong with the variety, options and choices here. There's something for everyone - coffees, teas, cold options or hot. Whenever I need a coffee fix and am in the area, I usually always get their mocha and have tried their different teas over the years. The coffee tastes exactly how I like it - strong, fresh and combined well with the chocolate (for the mocha). I have tried their eating options but am not really a fan - their avocado toast was an a semolina bread with balsamic drizzle which was not how I enjoy my avocado toast. So that was disappointing. But I have realized over my numerous visits that I should just stick to what they do best which is the coffee and tea!Also I love the place and neighborhood this coffee place is located at! The cafe is spacious, welcoming and very relaxing.

Awesome spot with awesome service.. we asked tons or questions and the staff answered without any hesitation/frustration... tried the indian filter coffee... was very good.. better than I expected.. also had a cortado.. well made! Would def come back when in the area. Nice trendy ambiance with plenty of space. Would highly recommend.
