I grabbed two 2.5 qt fruit trees and they were on sale for $15 for 2, but the cashier said it's the small size fruits. I was super confused and went out to check. Guess what? All of the pots in front of the sign is 2.5qt size! I then asked an employee and he said they can manually change the price since it's right in front of the sign, but when I went back to check out again, the "head cashier" said they have no control over garden prices and she can't give me a discount. I don't know what it means, but be careful of false advertisements here.Ps. Even if the sales period expired, the sign is still there which means the price is valid. However, nobody has any authority to do anything here or be responsible which is quite pathetic.

They have a wide selection of home repair and renovation items, from tools to supplies and from appliances to finishings. The prices are usually competitive. The drawback is that the staff aren't always knowledgeable or very helpful. It's hit or miss.

It's HomeDepot. You get what you expect.If you have nice weather or are going any time other than early or late, you might have to look or wait a little for parking if you have a trailer. Also lots of day laborers that hang out at every exit if that's your thing or a concern. Otherwise it's like any other spot, perhaps a little better since it's in Bellevue and not Seattle.

You know what's fun? Trying to find someone to help you at Home Depot of Bellevue. The number of times I've looked straight into the eyes of an employee and they seem to look right through me is pretty bonkers. When I finally flag one down (and I'm there with some regularity, so this isn't a one-time occurrence) they always seem grumpy about being asked a question. It's also fun when they make me feel stupid for not knowing something. Today, I was asking for some help on the right drill bit and screws to mount a lock box in concrete, and he looked smugly at what I was holding and told me I would need a different kind of screw, and told me roughly where I could find it, but that was the end of our exchange. No offer to help me find the right anchor. No question of what kind of drill I had -- just a snide "Well, you can do it if you have the right kind of drill."I know Home Depot really caters to pros, but they don't seem to take kindly to amateurs. Honestly, if you know what you need, chances are Home Depot is where you'll find it. But if you're an not expert-level DIYer, and you need a bit of helpful advice, best to avoid this location.

I’ve been to this exact location plenty of times which is convenient because of what I do for work. The service here is pretty good for the most part. Most employees are awesome now there was one incident with an employee in customer service which was annoying and should not have happened but for the most part the employees are awesome. This location also seems to have a good stock on whatever you may need to go purchase.

Most of the times I was able to pick what I was looking for. My main complaint is that staff won't be available to help you in aisles and requires lot of walking/ time to find them.It's easy to check out and returns as well.

I shop here often as they have a great selection of items and are always willing to help out. My only complaint, is, as it has occurred more than once which I will no longer do, is ordering paint for pick-up as both times the color was not added. I went in yesterday (1/6/24) around 4 pm to have the color added and the young guy at the paint center rolled his eyes, made no eye contact, and walked away to add the paint. Minimal customer service with him. Everyone else in the paint center are very friendly.

I frequently visit the garden center here and always find what I need. This Home Depot stays pretty busy, especially on nice days and all weekends. There are literally tons of options for soil, compost, and the full range of landscaping needs. otherwise it's your standard Home Depot with all the tools and appliances you would expect.Olympic Otter

They have very good inventory ,and that is the only best consistent factor about HD. Most of the time they have what is needed.and we appreciate that very much, But their customer service is not good., Actually sometimes it is terrible.And those employees in different shifts who work in plumbing department are MIA & have grumpy & rude attitude most of the time, not Willing to help customers.Update09.2022 Jerry in plumbing dept. From bad to worse( in every category) here is the photos of the new pair. If you want to know what a terrible return experience is then let this pair serve you. Thank youMost Employees are so overwhelmed, and not willing to help.HD phone customer service is like run around , and get tied up on the phone for so long , and then at the end , just get no where.Their paint brand Behr is not really good, it is so thin, and it drips easily, and you have to apply several coats to get good coverage, it takes little longer to dry .it is not durable , it does not stick well, peels off after short while,unless you choose the most expensive top level ,but then you are spending so much money unnecessary. When you can choose another brand that performs much better,and do real well such as ValsparThey also have truck,and tool rental .and customer service in this department is also terrible.

Pros: low prices. Convenient location.Cons: Not enough parking. Many rude employees. They answer the phone 50% of the time.Have made dozens of trips to this store and had some good and bad experiences, but the bad outnumber the good. Some highlights are ordering a new grill online to be delivered and having it arrive filthy. Looks like they gave us the display mode that was sitting outside in front of the store. We tried to order carpet and have it installed from this store. It was a disaster. They kept delaying the install. We tried to cancel, but they just kept telling us into waiting. When they did finally arrive over two months later, the installers had been given instructions for the wrong carpet type, so they couldn’t complete the job properly. We asked to cancel our order and they kept stalling. Then they’d cancel it but change 15% “restocking fee”. I refused to pay for their mistake. After calling for several days in a row we talked to store manager and he agreed to full refund. Their subcontractor Hom Solutions is terrible. Rude and poorly organized. They always call from a blocked number...should have taken that as a warning sign.I will continue to shop here for small things for home improvement projects due to its convenience. But will never use them again for any major home projects. And next time I make a significant purchase, I won’t trust their online-order and store delivery service.

I placed an order for a commercial mixer than ended up being lost in transit! I called up customer service and they were able to connect me to the district manager who was able to refund me for my original order and then place a new one for me for a better product with a discount too that ended up being less than the original amount I paid :,) Not to mention, he went a step ahead to even personally deliver the product to my workplace even though my original order was in store pick up. Definitely recommend shopping at home depot (not just in Bellevue) for the insanely above and beyond customer service :))

Seems like Home Depot needs to hire more people or stop firing people so often. Many of their products are missing and or just not pushed forward. It's kind of chaos. But at least they have self checkout!

The gentleman at gardening checkout desk was very rude and unprofessional. I don’t think it is right to bring politics to work and put his idea on customers. He asked me and my family if we are Chinese. When we said we are Taiwanese, he questioned “what is the difference between Chinese and Taiwanese?”. Asking people’s race and ethnicity was not right in the beginning anyway, and his reaction made it worse. How dare him.

I usually go to this store and it is convenient and fulfill most of my need. However, I had bad experience on both customer service both onsite and on phone. I had an pick up order.• Went to pick up and they gave me less items first time and called me to pick up the remaining ones again.• Then I found there was another missing item in my order. I went to customer service in the store and hoped they can help to find but they just redirected me to a general bot phone number and asked me to call.•. Called and they said the item might be just lost in truck and didn't even try to find the item and they could only refund.What a waster of time! Now I have to order it again and wait for another 7 days for pick up.

Everything needed for painting but do not use the cheaper paint , anything that is speedwall is total junk,, cheap paint means many coats, it take longer and never looks as good. Don’t bother with cheap paint , yes there is a big difference.

My favorite go to store, with plenty of helpful staff to guide you around where the things are, vs. exploring the whole warehouse... saves you time and more importantly avoiding the frustration for having to chase ghosts throughout the store.For mini projects, in and out in 15min is the ultimate goal...

They have the goods you need, if only they could find the staff they need! Most of the time it's easy to find items, but sometimes a helpful employee would be just the thing. We've shopped here a lot, and found that if you try to go during the less busy hours it is a much better experience, especially if you need to make a return. Use Google's info on when they're most busy and plan accordingly.

Home Depot Bellevue, (RECEIVING DEPAETMENT), The WORST BUNCH of INCOMPETENT employees around. LACK OF WORK ETHICS, Lack of common sense and just allaround LAZINESS.As a delivery drive of products to their facility, one would think that they would be motivated to receive their items, but I suppose when it's not your own business, the product doesn't really matter as long as you are just there for a Paycheck. Maybe Hone Depot will start looking more closely as to who they are hiring in the future.I have worked most of my life in customer service, and I know firsthand that we all have bad days, but that is not how you treat other people trying to deliver your products, Just because you don't want to work or whatever issues you are having gives you NO RIGHT to take your bad day out other people.
