Waiting 10 minutes for an employee to unlock the toothpaste cabinet (at 8 AM an hour after opening) is unacceptable. Locking most of your hygiene and household products away is asinine, turning what could have been a quick 5 minute stop into an hour long ordeal. This company is a shell of its former self. Absolutely avoid!

I had an outstanding shopping experience at Target recently. The store was impeccably clean and well-organized, and the staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I was able to find everything I needed with ease and convenience, and the checkout process was swift and hassle-free. Thanks to the amazing deals and discounts offered through the Target app, I managed to save a remarkable amount of money. I am thoroughly impressed with Target's exceptional customer service, top-quality products, and unbeatable prices. Everything is locked behind doors. I wanted to make a quick stop to pick up some toothpaste and had to stand around for like 10 minutes waiting for someone to come unlock the door. A year ago I could've walked in, gotten the toothpaste, paid for it and walked out. I sincerely hope that Target ends up losing more revenue from potential sales than they ever hoped to save by preventing shrinkage.Update (4/2024): Wow this place just keeps on getting worse! They even shut down the self-checkout lanes and force everyone to go through the staffed checkout aisles. Not only is this taking much longer, but Target doesn’t even trust their own staff! I tried to buy a bottle of wine but the Target girl had to call over another worker to authorize her to check my ID, which made it an even longer wait. Coming here has become an absolutely horrible experience. No more 5 minute Target stops, it’s now a 25 minute minimum, most of that time spent either waiting for someone to come unlock the cabinet or waiting in the checkout line. This place deserves all the misfortune in the world.

So thankful for this Target’s help to find my lost wallet on Black Friday. The security officer Morgan was especially helpful, and led to the reunion of me with my valuables. A manager and I’m sure countless emoloyees were responsible for the safe finding and keeping and eventual return to me. The store has good energy and a nice bathroom. My favorite target forever!!Other visits have proven the employees to be incredibly friendly, complimenting on my outfit and truly making my day!

They didn’t have several things they claimed to have in stock online, and then multiple items were locked behind glass cases, so some poor employee had to come help me with several different items. I’m sure they were busy, because it took a 5-10 minute wait each time. Probably annoying as an employee, and definitely a huge hassle as a customer. I probably won’t shop here, just because it takes so long.

Worst Target experience I’ve ever had. I desperately needed a phone charger and stood in their electronics department for 20 minutes pressing the “need assistance” button, as everything was locked up. I ventured out a few times looking for someone, was told by another associate that someone would be right with me (five minutes in). Another employee who looked like they were getting ready to clock in let another employee know I was waiting and they said that someone else could get it, they were busy. Another customer came over looking at TV’s as minute fifteen rolled by, and about five minutes after he started browsing an employee came over to help him and ignored me completely. I finally just left. I still need a phone charger.

What a joke of a store. I went here for something like six different hygiene items (razors, deodorant, etc) and EVERYTHING was locked and needed an employee. After waiting about five minutes with no employee showing up, I left and ordered my stuff on Amazon. Shoplifting might hurt their bottom line, but so will making your shopping experience miserable. How clueless can a company be.

Terrible experience, needed to pick up some pain medication and after noticing that it was behind a lock I requested assistance and waited 10 minutes. Tried it again and waited a few more minutes but no one came to assist me. Went to pharmacy and requested assistance and was informed that since they are with CVS they can’t help me. Gave up and left. Worst experience at a Target I’ve ever had.

I was really surprised about all the negative comments but since I was staying at the Hampton across the road, of course I had to take a look. Unfortunately, I found out the store is small. Really small for a Target. Reminded me of the one near Time Square. There was very little in the Mens clothing and I think I even did notice items that were marked higher than the website, like some of the board games.

Loved this new Target near 116th and 4th streets corner. Plenty of indoor parking on level 2 - almost always being able to park by the elevators to the store entrance. Nice and clean inside with wide aisles.Also convenient to have Starbucks and CVS pharmacy inside the store. Limited fresh produce and frozen food items.

Brand new target, not so big, but has everything. Very clean. Very modern. I would say it’s better than other location because of the small size, you can quick in and out without the long match. Oh and check what you want on their app first!

The last few times I’ve been here there are no wipes to disinfect the carts or baskets. I checked both entrances. I finally asked someone once & waited 20 mins but no one ever showed up with fresh wipes.For a Bellevue location, I expected better.

Went there on the weekend, huge check out line due to only 6 self-checkout stations and no cashiers. Half the store is locked up too. In one of the safest area in the country. Bad service and paranoid management make for a really bad shopping experience. Avoid.

I used to buy Pair of Thieves underwear from them from time to time while stopping by for some groceries, but now that they are locked behind a glass case, I don't see myself buying from them again. Funny how that works!

I've purchased from this store four times, and not only is the service bad, but it's consistently bad.Every time I order something from the app, some items are always missing. Some of the shortages are consistently present, like headphones, which they never seem to have in stock. Other out-of-stock items are more baffling, like pork and bread (9 in 20 items were cancelled in that time). What's even more perplexing is that bread has been out of stock four times in a row, yet they still list it as 'in stock' on the app. I can't comprehend how they have the confidence to do this.Even worse, they employ the worst delivery personnel I have ever encountered. I requested that they call me so that I could come downstairs to collect the package, but the delivery person left the package in the wrong location and then called to tell me it was "downstairs". Then she left directly before I could even get downstairs. She was in such a hurry to do "great business" that she couldn't be bothered to figure out where the customer's address was, even though it would only take 10 seconds to find it using Google Maps. I've never encountered such a confident delivery person before.

Great baby shopping! Factorial Target is better and the one in issaquah is the best for baby products but this is decent for quick baby formula, diaper, wipes and medicine/ gadget needs.

Deceptive "discounts". I've been burned twice here. Most recently they put a sign on top of some diapers saying that if you buy 2 boxes you get a 15 dollar gift card. You might think that offer applied to the diapers behind the sign, but no, it doesn't. Be careful!

This target is so hit and miss. Had some great experiences with friendly employees go through great lengths to help my find what I was looking for.... But also some terrible employers who wouldn't honor promotions or one that was straight up ignoring customers and pretending they didn't exist.Also don't buy the target brand bread here it's always moldy.

Target, please stop doing pickup and driveup only promotions, if you don’t have enough staff to support it.I waited for more than 30min in driveup spot, then one guy came out to bring items for the car next to me, this car arrived later than mine for at least 5min.I can’t wait anymore, I went to the pickup desk, my order which been placed two days ago, was not ready yet, that’s ridiculous.Finally I had to pickup the items my self, it doesn’t make any sense.

A very limited inventory that's made worse by almost half the selves being empty and moldy produce...gross! Employees are not friendly, that is if you can find an employee. It is well lit but there is constant Marijuana smoke and people boozing in the parking garage...most likely because they are next to Dave & Busters. Becareful your children do get a contact buzz if you take them shopping.

Lazy, unprofessional kids staffing the store without supervision. At returns: " I can't returns this dish without receipt because it needs a barcode.. i can't look it up on my target phone because I don't know what it is.."Massive lines at the self checkout, while 3-4 teens are chatting and shuffling items around at customer service.Girl at returns is straight up lying to people because she doesn't want do extra work, other than scrolling phone
