Not entirely sure a lot of reviewers here understand how pharmacies run or the extreme time and accuracy pressures pharmacists work under - filling all those prescriptions accurately. It’s healthcare, not McDonald’s. In any case, I have to say that the service we received was polite, professional, and timely. They managed to resolve an issue with miscommunication between an ordering provider sending a prescription to a different pharmacy. Frustrating, sure. But they did what was in their power to fix things. Kudos.

My family doctor sent a request to this pharmacy for my medicine and they didn't have it. They said it'll be here at 2PM today when it was like 10AM or pick it up on Friday. Went there again on Friday, still no order and they said they'll let us know once they received it. Two weeks later, they said I will order it again tomorrow. WHAT ARE THEY DOING?!

Always a pleasant experience here, granted avoiding busy hours of course, aside from that the wait time is very easy if there is any :) and good customer service each time. Just remember people; we are all human - we make mistakes - have bad days - and that is okay! Just please don't take it out on the workers; they work hard to bring you service!

Worst experience ever. I have been there 3 times in one day and they told me that their electronic prescription system is down. This is a matter of life and death and they just don't care!

It has usually taken me an average ~40 minutes to receive a prescription from here. Once, it took me over an hour. There's confusion on where to wait in line and its poorly organized from the vaccination lines. I've also had cases where they have given me the wrong form of a prescription.They are impossible to reach over the phone. Often I've had to wait in person for them to fill prescriptions even if they were sent in days ago. (again calling ahead is impossible) Once you get to the counter, the pharmacy staff are pretty nice. However, if you would like to pick up prescriptions in a timely manner and cannot budget an hour I would recommend choosing a different pharmacy.

This pharmacy exceeded my expectations. A flu shot is something that is mundane. However, Safeway's pharmacists went above and beyond to help me and my family receive our flu shots. Akram, the pharmacy manager, called to help me fix everything with insurance and ensure my kids would be able to get their shots at Safeway in time for school.Moreover, the pharmacists, Arkram, Jenny, Heart and many more, inside Safeway helped my kids feel comfortable and safe. They didn't wait more than 10 minutes for their appointment, and I appreciate all the hard work that went into making this possible. I am very grateful for their kindness, generosity with time and energy, and patience with all their customers. I highly recommend this Safeway pharmacy to anyone. Even if it becomes busy during lunch or in the evenings, I am sure I will always receive good service and a satisfactory experience here. #1 Pharmacy @ Bellevue!!

Literally the worst pharmacy I ever used. I transferred my prescriptions to this location about 6 weeks ago because it's a more convenient location (I had been getting my meds at the Safeway on 140th prior, and they're great).I have never, ever had so many issues getting my medications. They're never filled on time even if I call a bunch I always have to wait atleast 30 minutes because they're never done with my order when I get there like they say they will be. I have auto refills on my meds and they still can't get it right and often tell me they never got the prescription from my doctor... When I literally got the medication from them 4 weeks ago and it has refills. Just overall a bad bad bad pharmacyI'm going to start getting my meds else where.

Worst experience ever! The cashier (according to my receipt, her name was Jenny) took her sweet time serving the customers ahead of me. It took her over half an hour to help an old lady, then, she spent a lot of time on the remaining 2 (two) customers. The cashier look lost and disorganized. She kept running away to consult her coworkers. She did not seem to care about the customers in line. I will transfer my prescription out of this place and ever look back!

The pharmacy kept me waiting for more than 2 hours after check-in even though I had an appointment. It was even more ridiculous that people came much later than me got vaccinated earlier than me.The pharmacist refused to provide the requested vaccine after my 2 hours waiting. They were just reluctant to let me know this beforehand when I schedule the appointment online or at check-in.

Rude pharmacy tech that talked to me like a child when I came in for a 2nd booster shot and was denied despite their website and the CDC saying I could get it and also a previous technician there said I could come back for it. I even went in prior and they wrote on my vaccine card before turning me away and told me to come back since the shots would’ve been too close together so now my vaccine card has a random date on it and they also wrote the wrong date on my card when I went in for my first booster shot so I have to explain to my doctors why it says the wrong date.

I made an appointment to have Moderna Covid-19 booster. But the pharmacist told me that my reserved vaccine was not available due to either inadequate info on the appointment website or walk-ins using up the vaccines.

Incredibly bad experience. Waited for days. Was told to come the next day and definitely pick it up. I go, I'm very limited traveling, because my condition. Nothing. I'm running out, I can't not have the medicine. They transfer to another Pharmacy. I go there. They haven't received nothing. Horror show!

Not following CDC guideline for booster shot and hung up the phone with bad attitude. Not impressed. Also, saw a guy (potentially sick) not wearing a mask in the waiting line but no one cares to remind him to do so.

This is only Safeway pharmacy I really love and have transferred all my medication to.The pharmacist Akram is a very lovely woman. She is very patient and answers all my questions. She is very caring, and no matter how busy she is, she would care about every single patient.Akram is what makes this Safeway pharmacy the best! Please hire more pharmacists like her.

Not impressed. Went in for a shot prior to traveling and was told they couldn’t do it because it was too late. It was still an hour before closing and they clearly didn’t want to be bothered. I told them I’d be in first thing in the morning and was told to come in a little later because they’ll be busy in the morning! Poor customer service.

Pharmacist here NOT wearing masks!Were using a small plastic face shield instead. CDC says: "CDC does not currently recommend use of face shields as a substitute for masks."Multiple customers in the store with the mask around their chin, and not being approached to wear it correctly.
