Good selection, quality products. The self checkout drops two stars - it's awful. I don't remember the last time I was here and an employee didn't have to clear a "help is on the way" screen. I'd use a cashier, but there's not enough lanes open to keep a short wait. I don't have these issues at whole foods.

Bad store. Came to spirits section and there was a button to call somebody to open gates so I can get something to drink. And 5 minutes later I figure out nobody cares and I had to go to the cashier to open it. She told me right after customer she will come and open it. How I expected nobody came but after 10 mins a nice guy came and just because of him I decided to give 3 starts otherwise would be 1 star. We are the customers, all we want just a regular service. Not a perfect service, just a regular service! That’s what we expect from stores. If that would happen again to me I would just change my mind to Target store. It won’t affect to QFC , it’s just 1 by 1 you would loose customers:)

This QFC is very nice super market. Clean, organized and employees are very helpful and polite. You can find anything you need like your groceries, Kitchen tools, and other supplies to pharmacy! The flower shop here has so much variety of each kinds you should come and check their flowers so beautiful! The prices are reasonable specially if you have QFC card you can find some deals around this store!

This review is for the downtown Bellevue QFC. Very large QFC, stocked with just about anything you could want. They have a huge wine section, huge floral section, huge produce section , the meat department stocks Prime grade of beef and they have a huge bakery w/the finest cookies,cakes,pastries and the like. There's also a section where you can buy cookery and stuff for your kitchen, a Bank of America branch inside and a Starbucks as well. This is a flagship QFC store and I believe the main branch of the office is here as well. The prices at QFC maybe a little more, but if your looking for special things that need to be just a little bit better than average, this is your place. There is also a Bartell Drugs located right next door. Parking can get a bit cramped on Friday and the weekends out front, but there is extra parking on the sides and in the back as well.

It's a nice QFC! :)I really wish they still had hand baskets, but I think they aren't ordering them anymore because everyone keeps stealing them. :/

I don’t know what it is about this QFC but they have the weirdest employees and customers. Their produce is hit and miss in quality. It feels like half the time, things are either expired or open. And the music is insanely outdated, it grinds on the nerves.

Rating: 4.0/5.0This location is my go-to QFC, and I come here at least once a week to browse the weekly sale and reduced-price items. It is always a treat when dips (especially hummus!) and produce (e.g., salad kits and bananas) are discounted as I am on a tight budget, being unemployed and all. Needless to say, I am grateful for the "Oops We Baked Too Much" and "Imperfect But Perfectly Delicious" sections; where else can you get bananas for $0.49/lb. - prepandemic price - and cheaper baked goods?Deals and steals aside, this QFC is generally large and spacious though cramped in a few aisles. There are also enough self-checkout machines, so I never have to wait long - if at all - to purchase something. I find the customers and security guards here quite friendly as well. I once left my phone at the self-checkout area, and a customer turned it in to a store employee upon which a security guard reached out to me (thankfully, I was still in the store). And sometimes, another customer passing through the same aisle will strike up a conversation with me. It is the little things that make life so special 🙂In short, thank goodness for QFC!

Clean store. Friendly staff. Amazing bakery!!!! Fun kitchen gadget section as well. The flower selection is top notch and smells so good. We walked here several times during our stay at a downtown hotel. Great location!

Impossible to get ahold of someone when you get home and check that your pickup order is missing something that you were charged for. Spending 15 minutes on the phone is ridiculous and still no help.

This is the loudest QFC. The guy at the self checkout station is always shouting. The attendant at the customer service desk is also loud.

This is a great store with super prices. It’s actually a Kroger which is fine by me. These prices are much better than my stores back East. Some of the layout is a little confusing. Like why is cream cheese down a lane but a the other dairy is on the back end of the store.

I have been shopping here since 1989 when I bought a home nearby. QFC was founded in Seattle but purchased by Kroger 1997-1999, and has lost some of its local charm.

One of The SAS staff members smelled like they hadn't bathed in quite sometime, (caught the same SAS employee) an African American staff member leering at females and inappropriately touching & grabbing himself? Most likely due to poor hygiene and manners...

They used to have better charcuteries and produce. Maybe because it's more busy, you can hardly find green/fresh/organic greens. But their check out process is the best.

This store is terrible!! Employees are rude and Kroger tries to push everything in your basket to their cheap brand. Plus they towed my car when I went for a walk after buying groceries!! And the lot was quite empty. Last time I’ll shop there!! Bartells next door is also awful.

The ladies in the floral department are amazing. I needed a last minute boutonniere for my son's homecoming dance they said absolutely give me 15 minutes. I had gone to a different store and was told well you needed to order a week in advance we are not doing anymore. The ladies at this QFC helped make my sons first homecoming dance special after such a rough year with the shutdown thank you so so much

This chain used to be the top end go to grocery store before Kroger acquired them. Now they have settled into the pack, it's unfortunate. I here this location will be demolished soon to make room for more Bellevue high rises.FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world 🌎

I have been shopping here since 2005. Great staff, you can count on. Good selection of groceries. The checkers are efficient, making the check-out process a breeze. They have the grocery shopping experience down to a science while still affording customers with readily available assistance when you need any.

Although they didn't have staff for the hot bar, they had ready to heat and eat meals like fettuccini Alfredo. It actually was able to be heated in its container in any microwave built after 1980! Amazing. Loved it.

My experience in this store was terrible.. the label and item was not matched that was confusing and inconvenient. Employees are not helpful at all (cashier was just standing there and watching me bagging - not that I mind- but talking with next customer with an impatient tone ). I don’t even expect them being friendly but if give me a little extra patience I’d really appreciate that. Store is pretty empty (out of stock of lots of products). I’d say don’t waste your time in this store.. It’s the worst QFC around Bellevue.

The store is typically great but they have been leaving a mess in the rear of the building lately that is an eyesore. The commotion going on a night at the loading dock has been also very loud lately.

Huge selection of everything! Love the deli. They have a large selection of fresh deli items. They also have a garden with fresh herbs. Wonderful giant fresh baked cookies. Starbucks inside too. Huge kitchen and gift area too.
