The store was clean and tidy. There was a wide selection of everything I was looking for.Leashed pets are welcome so my dog enjoyed the trip to the store.Checkout was quick and the cashier was friendly.The fish section is clean and I didn’t see any dead fish. The tanks seem a little cramped but not smaller than average for a pet store.

its a pet smart, the fish are not well cared for. other then the usual issues with chain pet stores its not that bad. the staff are friendly but do not use their grooming services. i doubt the groomers get any training. my dog was injured by the groomers and we were not told about it at all.

Very bad experience. We took our dog for grooming in the morning, and around noon we get a call saying he is not cooperating, he has behavioral issues. So we won’t be able to groom him much, just a bath and brush. Just for a bath and brush they took 5 hrs.Now for the main part of the story. My pet vomitted a PIECE OF CLOTH last night. We don’t have that kind of cloth at home. We got him back at 4 in the evening. After which we didn’t take him anywhere other than a walk in the neighborhood.He was in DISTRESS and they blamed him saying he has behavioral issues. He is a very sweet dog. It was so hard for us to believe he would behave that way.DISAPPOINTED. Not going back.

Grooming place is completely UNPROFESSIONAL and DANGEROUS.1 month ago when I left my dog for the grooming there, they called me in 30 mins cause they left a drawer with tools open and somehow my dog cut himself, so they didn't do any brushing, grooming or bath. Today, when I left him they called me in 35 mins cause they cannot clean nuts or SHAVE him near his genitals and I have to go to vet to SHAVE him! He is Siberian husky with wooly coat, not a doodle or smth!. When I got him home, I realized they completely DISFIGURED my dog shaving random parts and pieces of his legs, belly, and TAIL! He is double coat dog with a lot of fur, you are not supposed to shave him at all, he is loosing undercoat soon and it all would come out easily by itself in a month!

Very friendly staff...they always remember me and my four legged princess... Sales always going on. Good prices normally. I love taking my dog to the toy isle and having her pick out her own toy so I never guess wrong. They always pet her and usually give her a treat at the counter... Staff is very knowledgeable about the products and they have all the answers to my questions and can make recommendations on products. The staff is what makes this place so special.

I recently boarded my dog at the Petsmart Petshotel in Overlake, Bellevue, and I'm sad to say the experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the cost of the stay was much higher than what I was initially quoted, which came as an unpleasant surprise.Additionally, my specific requests were blatantly ignored. I had asked for an exit bath for my dog, which was completely disregarded. This oversight not only shows a lack of attention to customer requests but also a disregard for pet care standards.What compounded the issue was the attitude of the staff. Instead of being understanding or apologetic about their mistakes, they spoke in a condescending manner. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Petsmart Petshotel in Overlake. Their treatment of both pets and clients leaves much to be desired. To fellow pet owners looking for boarding options, I would advise looking elsewhere.

The staff are all really nice. However, the last time my dog was groomed here she came home with a cut on her neck and ringworm a few days later.

I've never needed this pet smart until recently. It has not made a good impression. The checkout staff appear unknowledgeable about the products in their store and disinterested in helping me.Additionally the vets at the back are unable to be reached by telephone and online scheduling appears to state that there are no appointments 60 or more days out. I find the combination of the two events confusing.The store itself is stocked to the brim with everything you might need for your pets though and on paper the other services sound great if I could actually find and use them.Like most things there are just tiny items preventing this place from shining.

AVOID this place. Horrible experience with their grooming services - the groomer injured my dog’s under eye without saying anything! We found out a day later that the skin under his eye is swollen because it was covered by fur. Not to mention that the groomer trimmed my shitzu’s long and beautiful eyelashes, what kind of groomer is that? And wait there is more! My dog also got infected with flea at this place. Try to stay away as far as you can if you care about your dog.

I was able to find one of the best sunshine peacock for $11. The employee who helped me didn't seem like she was trained to pack fish though as bag had almost 90% water and 10% air. Whoever takes care of aquarium seems alright though as fish were in good conditions.

I love this location!!! They take wonderful care of my dog and treat her like she is their own. Management is also wonderful and is great at fixing anything that is wrong (not like there is much at this location).

100% recommend. For new pet people (like myself) and others. I am a new fish owner and am hunting for a new tank, I am very lost on the equipment and tricks of the trade. Scott was about the friendliest and most knowledgeable person I’ve met who helped me (even though it meant no purchase) find all the information, equipment, and even some cleaning sponges. Thanks for being awesome Scott, I will be sharing my final progress of my new fish tank build. Tank is mostly finished (need to add more water and a background) ✅ thank you again for all your advice and recommendations!

The people in grooming seem very disorganized and unfortunately this ended up with me nearly losing my beloved husky. Today we figured out why he has been acting strangely and ignoring us. No he hadn't suddenly gone deaf he had big lumps of cotton wool very deep in both of his ear canals that were not removed by the grooming person. The groomer rang me.and said to collect my dog in 15 minutes but after arriving and waiting he was nowhere to be seen. After 20 minutes he appears with the groomer.I had to spend a lot of time chasing after him at Marymoor, the next day, as he was totally deaf because of the cotton balls. It was scary when he ran off and he couldn't hear me so he kept going in the wrong direction. In the end I found him after running after him down lots of trails. I had to put him on a leash to get him safely out of Marymoor with me. He normally comes when called and is very obedient. I won't be returning needless to say.

I’ve been trying to get my dogs ears cleaned for the last two days. Couldn’t do it yesterday because they have a 48 hr wait policy after any shots/vaccinations. That’s fine. I made an appointment for today at 4. I tried calling first thing this morning to reschedule but they’re busy. So a groomer takes down my info and says they’ll call me back. As you can guess, that didn’t happen. Now here we are 4:05 I tried calling back and someone picked up the phone, and then promptly hung up! What kind of customer service is this? Needless to say they won’t have to worry about me coming here.

The employees here are typically rude though there are a few that aren't. I've had them hang up on me when on the phone. Also very frustrating place to get prescription food from. If you haven't already established the prescription with them, don't bother, especially for online orders - they'll take just as long as Chewy and are more of a hassle.

Visited couple times for doggie day camp. It was an easy process if you already have a profile there with medical records of the doggie. I don’t know every detail happened in there, but my dog seemed to be happy when we picked him up.Staff are friendly and provided useful information. We were just chatting that my dog would be neutered soon, the staff overheard it and told us to avoid boarding the doggie or doggie day camp within 10 days of neutering to allow recovery. Although I was aware of it, it’s very nice of her to provide this information.

I set up an appointment for my dog to have a basic bath done. Everything went great until I stepped outside so the groomer can take my dog. I watch from the side window and after about less then 1 minute she calls for assistance. I walk back again ask if everything is fine and responded with no. Explained how my dog growled and did not feel comfortable. Disappointed with the situation I took my dog and told the groomer as to how disappointed I am. Now the reason behind the 1 star is simply my time being wasted. We set up an appointment and then this happens. Don't recommend this groom salon.

Your grooming staff informed me that one of my dogs , Larry, that came in for a bath yesterday scratched himself, and started bleeding. He has skin allergy and is under veterinary care with a medicated shampoo. Which is why I brought him in for a medicated bath, using medicated shampoo, that the vet had prescribed. My second dog, Lily, was also given this medicated shampoo by the same vet.When I arrived to pick them up I was told they had brought Larry to the Banfield vet on the premises, WITH OUT MY PERMISSION. I am looking into it, but I think that was illegal. I understand their concern, but the grooming staff didn't even bother to call me about this vet visit until I arrived to pick my dogs up.When I picked them up I was told that tthe grooming manager of this PetSmart would never have my dogs back because of their age. Both dogs are around 12 and in good shape. Both had baths at another PetSmart grooming 3-4 weeks prior at the other Bellevue PetSmart and they gave no indication that the dogs were too old to come back.To say that I'm extremely disatisfied with the customer at this location is putting it mildly.I plan on adding a Yelp and Google review with this experience unless someone at PetSmart can address my concern and complaints.

Took my puppy there who I have groomed through most of this pandemic. I wanted him a to have a good haircut since I’m certainly no professional. After scheduling the appointment they called me to let me know they were very busy and if I could change my appointment for that day. I told them no because it was last minute. After dropping my puppy on his scheduled appointment I got a phone call letting me know they had cut him accidentally and that he was bleeding. They would not be able finish his hair cut. They said it needed to turn into a scap. I told her I would show up soon to pick up my puppy. As I was driving they called me again to let me know they had taken him to the vet which was inside of PetSmart because they were worried about the wound. I show up to find out he need antibiotics and need to wear a cone for 7 days. Oh and also his haircut was not finished.Now he looks even worse because he has half a haircut. The 2 girls Heather and Mara want to know if I want to reschedule—— NO I DON’T WANT TO RESCHEDULE. I won’t be taking my dog back there ever again. I have the feeling they were so busy because the place was a mess and they had already told me before about being double booked that they tried to cut his hair fast and that’s when they cut him. I understand accidents happened so I wasn’t planning on writing a review but after talking to someone and letting them know what happened they told me the same thing happened to their dog about a year ago and they too never went back there. Super disappointed-the store itself has great service the times I’ve been in there though.

I drop off my dog, three hours later I went to pick him up because I suppose to get a call to let me know he was done with his grooming, but it didn't happen. They forgot to call me and the trimming of the tail and feet was not done. other than that whole experience was average.

Charley, the manager here, was so great to us. He was super knowledgeable and honest about all the info he shared and helped us find quite a few good deals. He was nice, and gave us a lot of good suggestions about our two new puppies and we will definitely be coming back often to get our puppy supplies!

The staff at this location is amazing! I especially loved the staff at Banfield. They are so professional, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. They offered quick solutions to my dog’s concerns. Olivia went above and beyond to ensure my dog was in perfect shape! Highly recommend this location!!

We have had good experiences boarding our dogs at the Pets Hotel in the past but their most recent stay made me question how the staff treats the dogs or how skilled they are at handling dogs. The person who took our dogs back at drop-off seemed new. He was very nice, but was barely holding onto the leash of our dog who we mentioned pulls and darts a lot, especially in an exciting/stressful environment. We were worried she was going to get loose and run off before being taken to her kennel.They also mentioned that our dog snapped at/bit a staff member. She is a barky/reactive dog but has never bitten anyone in our presence or in the care of anyone else. That makes me question how they were treating her. She has done well with other dog sitters and dog walkers, did really well at the groomers, and always does well at the vet even being poked and prodded. What was going on that caused her to react that way?Meanwhile the progress report that they give us when we picked up indicated that everything was great, with no mention of the incident. The care seems disjointed at best. I don't know if it's a bunch of new people that are ill-equipped or a team that isn't communicating, but overall I do not feel confident about this last visit, unfortunately.
