Brie at Factoria Petco is the top, sme level Groomer I have ever met. She gets down on the floor to greet my Little Darren, and she hugs him and says how happy she is to see him. 🤩😘❤️. When she takes him into the salon to trim his nails with the buffer, even if Darren moves a bit, she sets the buffer down and reassures him, and hugs him to calm him dpwn during the trim. I've taken Darren to multiple vets and puppy stores and no-one can even compare to Darren's new Girlfriend, Brie! 😁😘

I started taking my puppy, now dog, here in November of 2020. I have been impressed each time with the service I received. He’s always incredibly well groomed and clean. He gets his ears cleaned, nails trimmed AND buffed, teeth brushed, and paws hydrated with paw balm. Also, since he is a cocker spaniel and prone to ear infections, they make sure to put cotton in his ears when he gets his bath to make sure he doesn’t get access water in there! 10/10 love this Petco and would highly recommend.

Kasi does an amazing job. Doodle cuts can be tricky but my dogs always look amazing when she is done. She remembers our preferences every time. And she always gives us an accurate estimate on how long it will take. My dog was happy and looked so pretty when we picked her up.

We've gone there lots of times. Easy and quick. One of our two beagles really dislikes having his nails clipped and they are so good at handling him with love but getting the job done. Always a quick trip, too. Thanks!

Nicole was friendly to us and most importantly to our dog. She texted us when she was almost done so we could quickly come pick her up. She always does a nice job with the grooming.

Kasi always does such a great job! She's an expert and true professional in her craft. She's friendly, communicative, and fast. I've followed Kasi to two different Petcos because my pup and I love her! I now drive 35 minutes out of the way to ensure we can still see Kasi. I've recommended her to countless friends and in doodle Facebook groups as she's very familiar and experienced with doodle grooming styles. Big fan!

No issues with the store but huge issue with the training. Paid over 200$ for (4) 1 hour sessions. First session was about 40 minutes with about 5 minutes walking my puppy outside and 5 minutes starting late cause he was on phone. Second session about 30 minutes with 5 minutes walking outside. Then transferred to different store for third session and called me to go in later because he made appointment with someone else for my time. Just stopped going m wasn't happy with him.

We have taken our dog Kona, to the groomer here multiple times. They are always so gentle and sweet with her, and she leaves smelling and looking great. She even got a cute bow in her hair this time!
