We've been anticipating the opening of the store! We have gone in twice so far and the employees are super attentive and friendly! We also love that there is a self serve dog wash that we can go to wheneverwe need. They have multiple shampoo options and they even gave my dog a cookie while we bathed him. The store has a ton of options for dog treats too and we'll definitely be repeat customers!

I see other people complaining about the self wash station. Yes, if you have a planned schedule, do not come here! The wash station itself is great. But you will never know when is your turn. If the station is used in a first come first serve base, let people line up. Or please open a reservation system. I waited 40-50 minutes and I was the only one physically waiting in line. In compensation, I was given free wash but hey, I am not here to take advantage. I do not want free wash until this waitlist issue is optimized. The wash here is cheap, but several dollars ruined my weekend time.

I had a great experience at this large, well stocked store! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and even gave us tips on how to put together our crate. The Groomer was also excellent. Our dog looks so much better now. We'll definitely be coming here again!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this store when we went in to get a small animal first pet for my daughter. The shift lead Rabih was incredibly helpful, patient, and informative. He helped guide us towards the most appropriate pet option and made wonderful product suggestions to ensure we went home with everything our new critters would need. Before this we were dedicated clients of the grooming services and after this experience I can’t imagine us going to any other pet store.

Staff has no idea what they’re doing. I was put on a waitlist for the dog wash station, and at least three other parties repeatedly were pushed in front of me. After waiting over 1 hour I was told to wait for another 30 minutes since they had already assigned the stations to someone else. How hard can it be to maintain a queue of customers lined up for a service ?

Overall experience went well for the self-service dog washing. Equipment worked as expected, but I would have appreciated some explanation on what I was working with (first time there) such as equipment and types of shampoo. Thankfully, we were able to follow someone next to us and ask them also.Staff was friendly and helped us find the item that we were looking for.

Super excited to be a regular here! My Maltese had his first groom here and everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. I was worried because he has some anxiety but the staff did a great job of making him feel more comfortable. Shakira was the grooming specialist, she’s super sweet, communicative, and knowledgeable! Also had a chance to meet the owner, such a great guy, very welcoming and attentive. All around 5 stars for a great experience:) Thank you guys!

Got some good stuff for Mel (my dog) today from Pet Supplies Plus in Factoria.It's right next to Amazon Fresh.Today was there first day of business. I had a tour from Bob. They have so many things for any type of pet. What I love the best? A Self-Dog Wash with a blow dryer!I've been looking for one of these close by.This place beats Petco and Petsmart especially on pricing (it's pretty reasonable). It's a pet supply superstore with raw, fresh, frozen... you name it.If you're into it, they also have snakes and ferrets...Loved my visit, just wanted to share!

I HIGHLY recommend this store for grooming, supplies, or any pet-related product. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They really go the extra mile to make sure you and your pet are taken care of. I won't go anywhere else!

Their self dog wash station is great, I have a punchcard. However, I took my dog here for a grooming a few months back. Came to pick him up and heard him screaming hysterically in the back of the store. I’ve taken him to other groomers and have not had this experience before. My dog seemed traumatized. My sibling had the same experience just recently, his dog got a nail clipping and he had never seen him so scared and shaky afterwards. It was the same lady doing the service both times, middle aged large white woman. I will continue to come here for the dog wash station. The front employees are nice for the most part but I will not utilize their grooming services.

Surprisingly reasonable prices/deals on treats for dogs (and probably cats too!) - Definitely would stop here for what my pets need before going to Petco. I went in looking for collagen treats for my pup that I've purchased at Petco previously. The treats I went in for were a great deal in cost and amount of treats - much less than Petco sold them for and with more varieties of collagen treats to choose from. And there were other great deals/prices on other, less specialty dog treats as well.Associate Trinity was also super helpful, took time to talk to me about what I was looking for and suggested other treats or supplements that might help with joint support for my pup without pushing them too hard. Really appreciated being assisted by them.

Took my dog to get groomed and after spending the whole day there, when we picked him up, we noticed his haircut was uneven and when we asked about it the person that groomed him told us he was moving too much. Once we got home we realized that there were bald spots where they shaved him. I waited until his hair grew back and I took him to his regular vet and groomer to get a second opinion on his behavior while getting groomed. Our regular groomer praised his good boy behavior and left him with a great and evenly cut. We won’t be taking our dog there again to get groomed. After the pet supplies grooming our dog became nervous even when I would bathe him, which hadn’t happened before.

The employees and their service at this store will forever hold a special place in my heart. I became a dog mom to a puppy about 30minutes before I walked in, and about 30 minutes later, I had everything I needed for my furbaby. We walked out as soon as the store manager walked in and he was so friendly and informative! We love Pet Supplies Plus in Factoria! Thank you so much!

Self wash is cheap and convenient, especially if you have a double-coated dog. Valery kindly helped us figure out the self-wash area, very polite staff overall. Definitely coming back again soon!! 10/10

Store is nice, selection is pretty good too. However, prices are a no go for me. Everything is overpriced compared to competitors. Sure, they offer price matching, but price matching on 10+ items is a tedious hassle to both the customer and employee. Advertise better prices instead of your constant so-called "deals" and maybe you'll get more business.Staff has always been pretty nice and understanding whenever small problems come up. So this is by no means a reflection on the staff, but more of the business as a whole (Don't get me started on the super SLOW website either).

Got a cool frog here but almost 75% of my crickets died the next day. They came home, stayed in their cup next to the tank. Next morning almost all were dead.

Friendly staff. They have decent sales. Their regular prices are higher than all of their competitors for the exact same items. They will price match though. I'd like to see a much larger selection of frozen-raw for cats like Vital Essentials, Pet Pantry, Steve's Quest. Well-kept store.

I can't recommend Pet Supplies Plus enough! My dog absolutely loves this store and we always find everything we need at a great price. The store is clean and spacious, with a wide variety of food, treats, and toys to choose from. I was pleased to see popular products frequently restocked. It's also great to have the convenience of on-site wash services. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, offering local deals and discounts to customers. I highly recommend this store to any pet owner!

The self-service dog wash was exceptional - the equipment was in great condition and the price was very affordable. My puppy loved the wash here, and it was a breeze to use.The store boast a wide collection of high-quality pet food brands, including harder-to-find options like Ziwi and Primal. As someone who feeds my dog these brands, I was thrilled to find most of the flavors of the brand I choose are available in-store, and even more pleased to see that they were offered at cheaper prices thanks to the great deals they offer.

I was super excited for the store to open. I was a consistent customer and bought both the store products and used the grooming services. The store is clean and has a wide variety of food and supplies for pets. Very impressive ! However, the girl that provides the grooming services (Nicole) has poor customer service skills, I felt I was treated unfairly during a recent trip to attempt to have my dogs groomed. I was turned away due to system and scheduling confusion. Because of her behavior I will not be back.
