Although, i love the location which is super convenient and close to my home, I had a disappointment with the staff, to be more precisely the lady working yesterday, i had enough of her pretending to contact the manager and horsing around. I am a registered customer and purchase every month for my 2 dogs food, which brand is ZIWI, also, I buy items from them constantly at the same location. Yesterday, I wanted to access to a discount and she completely did everything in her power to not make it happen arguing that is only one bag per customer that can only had the discount, so i asked her to register the purchase under my husband's name, which technically is our dogs and she strongly refused.I am pretty sure if the manager was contacted they would had addressed the situation completely different.

Scarlet was an absolute joy to work with! I really want what’s best for my dog and when I was worried about some of the ingredients in the current dog food I was using, Scarlet spent so much time explaining everything to me and giving me the knowledge to make an educated decision on what is best for my pet.Paisley (my dog) is usually a picky eater, but she loved the food we picked out! Couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much! :)

It's convenient to my house and primarily purchase treats there 4-6 time per month. It's pretty transactional. I prefer the staff interaction and experience at Mud Bay, they are just not as convenient.

My 1st time here. Great store. I got lots of goodies for my 15 Persian cats , I hope the new shampoo will work out for long hair cats.The girl there was nice but not very interactive.

Always love going to this store! Today I was greeted by this girl with a smile and a cheery voice. She was helpful and friendly. I should have asked for her name but totally forgot. I will be coming back to this store for sure!

Mr Butch was having tummy trouble so I stopped in the store to find something to calm it down. I found a remedy , simply giving him some pumpkin. Plan is to try it and go back to provide the results. The team there is caring and have lots of experience. Love that they listen and help!

Staff very knowledgeable. Friendly associates. Also helpful. I had a one day old puppy in distress and wouldn't eat. The associate gave great advice. Now the puppy is healthy and survived.

Love coming here for our pup's food and treats. The employees are always helpful and they have a great policy. We've been trying different types of raw food and our pup hated the lamb one so they let us take it back and exchange it even after opening it.

Wonderful selection of healthy top of the line food brands. Even though the footprint is small, they manage to carry great things. Prices are same as in other pet stores, but customer service is superb.

Very helpful staff. I was a first time puppy owner and was clueless on what kind of chewed or toy I should get for my puppy. They helped me with the selection. They work out the returns without any hassle if the product does not suit the dog in any way given that the product is in good condition.
