My corgi, Bambi has been been going here for almost a year now. Cheryl and Paloma are Bambi’s favorite groomers. They take real good care of her and always make her look extra cute with her little Bows. Definitely recommend this place!!

If I could give more stars I would!! This was my rescue dog's potentially first professional groom, so I was nervous how he would behave. Paloma was sooo friendly and kind, and she made me feel completely at ease about the whole process. The Pawbillion shop is nice and clean, the environment is friendly and air conditioned (so good during a heat wave!). When I went to pick up my dog, Paloma patiently gave me a detailed summary of how everything went and gave me tips on what I can do to further desensitise my dog at home. I immediately booked my next appointment with her because 1) Buster looks so clean and smells so good after the groom, but more importantly 2) I really trust Paloma. My only regret is I didn't tip enough :( Paloma, if you see this, can I get your Venmo? I'm serious!

Take your fur baby to Pawbillion! We have been taking our mini bernedoodle to Pawbillion for several years. Not only does our baby get excited to go but Min always does the best job on her fluff. Our pup comes home looking and smelling great!

We have been going to Pawbillion for the past year, probably 4-5 times now. Cheryl is always very gentle and patient with our Yorkie, who I know can be a difficult customer. They are reasonably priced for Bellevue and good with covid precautions too!

I have two anxious dogs, and Minn and her team are just wonderful with them. I tried a few other places and had some pretty bad experiences, so we're so lucky we found Minn. She's moved locations and we followed her and we would again if she had to move locations once more. She's flexible and really on top everything, but what I most appreciate about her is how good she is with our pets. You can tell she loves her job and enjoys working with animals. She's tried different things to make sure our dogs feel comfortable and is super communicative. I really cannot recommend Pawbillion enough.The one thing I do wish they had is online scheduling, since it would make things a lot easier. But their services are so good, that it doesn't really matter.

We've been taking our Shiba to Pawbillion since we moved to Seattle, and this place is the best grooming service we used. Our dog smells really good and look fluffy every time and I highly recommend this place.

I was wanting to find a groomer who cut in the style I like and read reviews that it was great and that Min was the best. Honestly, I probably should have requested Min but I did not think about this at the time. I had a bad feeling as soon as I dropped off my dog. The lady seem unsure of her skills and that definitely made me worry. 3 hours later I got my dog with a uneven choppy hair cut. She also didn't touch her ears. She said I tried to cut it in a circle. Honestly, I was in such shock. Processing everything, I didn't understand why it was so terrible especially when reviews were great. If you didn't think that you couldn't do it, then please express that and do not attempt it all. I would have rather have had it trimmed regularly than to fail miserably. Also two nails on her front paws were not trimmed.Very disappointed and I will definitely not be coming back.

We moved from Bellevue to South Seattle a year ago and still make the 30+ min drive to Pawbillion for all our dog Oreo's groomings. Minn and team are super caring and gentle with Oreo which we really appreciate because he struggles with separation anxiety, but always warms right up to the team here. Price is very fair too compared to other groomers we've been to, and great quality and attention to detail with respect to breed (Oreo is a papillion/dachshund mix so needs special treatment around his ears; Minn asks great questions about how to style it and balances the look well with the rest of his cut).They do tend to book out pretty far so I'd recommend booking at least a month in advance of when you think you'll need an appointment, but it is worth the wait! I'd confidently recommend this place to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, quality team to look after their fur babies.

I took our two dogs(Havanese and Toy poodle) to pawbillion yesterday for the first time. They did amazing job. My wife and my two kids are super happy and satisfied with the cut they did to our dogs. The staff are friendly and professional. We are definitely going back to pawbillion for the next grooming.

Our young pup had a less than ideal first grooming experience at a pet store chain near by our house. So we set out to find a more professional groomer and we found Pawbillion via friend's recommendation and it was night and day difference. The staff were very friendly and our happy pup looked like a whole new dog when they were done with him. It was money well spent.

Service is fine, just very expensive if you are going for a wash alone.Expect $100+ after tips for a simple wash and nail trim vs. PetSmart for $50.

My Havanese has been getting a great haircut and a bath and nail trim every time.Min has been a great friend to my dog since before she opened Pawbillion. She takes notes of what kind of a haircut we like and the dog gets the same haircut every time.My dog always comes out happy and playful and ready to go home.

Our groomer Cheryl is wonderful with our dog and he always looks great after she works her magic.The customer service sucks!They are rude and accusatory. Called me a liar and insisted on a deposit for future appointments.We showed up on our appointment date was told they did not show any appointments for our dog.When trying to make a new appointment I was told we did not show up so we had to pay a deposit.I explained we did show up and what happened to only be told “I don’t think you showed” then she continued to argue with me that we did not show.The woman on the phone was so focused on a deposit and calling me a liar she did not even offer to see who worked that day to verify if we did show up or work something out. She just insisted I did not show.We drive from the South side to Bellevue because we loved how good our dog looked after but NEVER again.

We have taken our Bernese mountain dog Charlie to pawbillion twice now and have continuously gotten great service! He came back today so fluffy and trimmed around the paws and legs as requested. Given that he is a double coated dog, we always fear that someone won't know how to properly groom him but pawbillion has never had an issue with completing all requests! He came back today so fluffy and clean we are so happy with his look!

I explicitly asked to not cut too short but the puppy became bold (no fur at all) and has been shaked so much at night or going outside due to naked skin. Horrible look and poor dog to suffer this.Reply to the owner:We did regular bush at home. Due to neutering, there were some matt on his fur. With that, I understand to cut short but didn't expect to totally remove all the fur on his body and be total naked which was not communicated upfront.

Been going to Pawbillion for 3 years. Went when I first moved to the eastside and haven’t needed to try another place since. Min and everyone do a wonderful job. Luna always looks perfect and is happy to get her hair cut.

My puppy went there for a shave down. Came back traumatised and with red spots. It has been more than a week and still our pup is visibly uncomfortable and irritable. Still not sure what went down there with my baby. Never coming back To Pawbillion again.

I kinda had a bad feeling as I left my dog here for a bath and haircut. I should have listened to that nagging sense. When I came back, my dog had a very uneven cut and looks totally different from him before! They shaved my dog whole body just because because they didn’t know how to cut the doodle style. They did a poor job and I was very disappointed.
