Cute little small dessert shop. There’s a lot of items on the menu. We ordered the jumbo pomelo and mango sago with taro balls. There were mango chunks were good and the sago had good texture. The dessert was not overly sweet and was very refreshing.

The Redmond location has more seating and parking.Wish they had a self ordering tablet cause the worker didn't say a single word to me besides the total. This location is a little walk away from the mall so not super busy. I got my drink relatively fast. The menu is pretty much the same as the other location.

Asian dessert chain from Hong Kong serving fruit snacks, milkshakes, drinks and desserts. There are quite a lot of options to choose from. Had mango coconut with sago which was refreshing but not extraordinary. Probably not worth the price. Indoor seating is limited as it's a small shop. Friendly staff.

Their desserts are very refreshing and not too sweet. We had shaved ice with mango fruit. They look a lot but are very light. I recommend this place, especially for heavy oily food. This shop is very tiny. A few tables and counters. There is wood floored open space in front of the shop so that we could sit outside in the summertime. There is a parking garage in this building and I believe the 2 hours is complimentary.

If you like mangos, you'll love this place! I tried the mango pomelo sago and my dad tried the mango chewy ball, both were good and the mangos tasted fresh and delicious! One star dinged for the curry fish balls as well as the dragonfruit drink we ordered. The curry fish balls didn't taste like curry at all and it didn't feel worth the price. The dragonfruit drink had a very thick jelly at the bottom making it hard to drink, and I ended up not finishing. If you come here, just get the mango items, they're delicious!

My first bad review in my life! I only give good ratings but not this one.The first two pics are what I got from them and the last one was the photo they provided.Ordered from Chowbus. There were two Mango & Pomelo with Sago from their menu, one is a $6.95 drink, the other is a $7.5 dissert. I paid $6.95 therefore it is supposed to be a drink, neglecting the fact that the pic on CHOWBUS clearly shows that I am ordering the DISSERT version. The employee used the excuse that Chowbus used the wrong pic. FINE!! Only $0.55 difference, I suddenly do not deserve fresh mango chucks but only mango jello with a taste of additives??Also, did Chowbus also ask you to make such disgustingly tasting drink too? A big chunk of unblended ice in the bottom. No fresh flavor of mango or coconut milk. That's also Chowbus' problem?I have never had such bad Mango & Pomelo with Sago before in my life. Neither did Hui Lau Shan himself. If Hui Lau Shan himself has tasted this drink, he would probably jump on the flight to Seattle and ask you to shut down the store. It is such a distain to his reputation.Chowbus gave me full refund. I have no problem with them.

My friend and I had Mango Romance and Coconut Mango Jelly. The deserts were not too sweet and good except the rice balls. They were bland and did not go well with the desserts at all.

I’ve been to the Hui Lau Shan in hongkong and loved it, so I had high expectations for this place. BUT what the heck is with all the plastic containers and utensils, I ordered dine in!!! The curry fish balls tasted like hot pot sauce, nothing close to curry at all. Other than the name itself, this place doesn’t deserve to be Hui Lau Shan.

The first time we came here, we got the Mango Coconut Noodle, which wasn't super impressive. The texture of the coconut noodle wasn't what I expected, and when all the toppings were finished, the remaining mango flavored ice was too homogeneous to make it interesting. It also came in a small little plastic container as opposed to a nice glass bowl as illustrated on the menu or the replicas displayed by the window. The second time around, we got the Pomelo & Mango with Sago (the other item I was deciding between during my last visit) and the Black Sesame Chewy Ball. The latter did not compare to my favorite black sesame paste with chewy ball back home, but the Pomelo & Mango with Sago was perfect with the right combination of flavors and texture! That is the one I would recommend if you want something a little more complex!

Surprisingly good! Imagine if Bubble Tea was actually good and didn't have a plethora of slimy tapioca balls assaulting your throat. Now add some fresh mango and other fruits. Presto! You have Hui Lan Shen. Give it a try - can't wait to go back!

What a lovely surprise! Mango heaven! Mango slushies, ice creams, sago, mango pudding and even mango mochi desserts! And we just happened to chance upon Hui Lau Shan while heading to a dumpling joint next door (Xiao Chi Jie)! We thought it would be fun to get a mango drink while we were waiting for the dumplings to steam next door - and that was an absolutely wonderful idea. One sip of the “Mango Pomelo with Sago, pudding & ice cream hand made beverage” was enough to tell me that I’m going to be back here again. Move over Mango-Mango desserts; this place is real Mango heaven! So the drink vanished in no time (with three of us sharing it), and then we got dumplings next door and came back here for another one of these drinks! This time in the largest size they had! Great work Hui Lau Shan!

Easily one of the best Asian dessert place. Better than meet fresh for sure. Everything here tastes incredibly fresh and you can immediately tell that they use fresh fruits. Their specialty is mango items, so I highly recommend those. The dragon fruit drink I got was great, but not amazing.

Pictured: mango romance. Delicious deserts here! The fresh mango itself is not at its peak, and the rice balls were a bit undercooked for my taste, but otherwise everything was delicious and it was a fun novelty to have so many types of mango dessert in one item.

Already wrote a review for the Redmond one, but the Bellevue Hui Lau Shan is also great. Wonderful mango desserts as always, and the fake food display is pretty.

Compared to Hui Lau Shan Redmond store, the Bellevue store is rather limited in space. The street parking is also less convenient, sometimes you have to park one block away and walk to the store. That being said, the interior design and decoration is warm and cozy, the service staff is very friendly.

The way it looks in their web, it's not actually that tasty. It's better to get fruits instead. It's expensive and not worth it.

Great desserts 🍨Love the mango and durian pancake / Banji. Just wish they can be put in real glass dessert bowls. 😀

My mind is blown by the mango crisp 芒果冻饼 which is like mango cheesecake ice cream cubes. Not too sweet, just refreshing, tasty and creamy.

I used to visit the Hui Lau Shan in Redmond every other week until they open the Bellevue location. Their food was always good. I have visited them multiple times during COVID to support them as well.I am very disappointed this time as the Mango Chewy Ball I got is raw and hard. They have never served raw chewy ball before and I'm quite shocked about it. The mango was good but definitely not the saw chewy ball.I am definitely not coming back to this location unless they look into how their employee is serving food.

Pleasantly surprised to find this new place in the neighborhood! I tried a warm dessert made of coconuts and papaya as today is snowing and super cold. The dish was good. They seemed to have a wide variety of offerings and it would be interesting to come back and give them a try. Recommend giving this place a shot!

I used to be a regular but they are half as good as they used to be. Their drinks now taste more frozen and seems like they don't put coconut milk like they used to in the mango pomelo sago. Doesn't cost much for a drink thats $8++. And no more cheese foam additions either even for an upcharge😑Also message to owner:Honor the punch cards. I didn't get the free drink as stated in the card coz apparently it's 11th drink now. (Manually changed to 11 by pen)Cutting corners I see.Old: Amazing drinks..I always get the mango pomelo sago and dragonfruit with cheesy foam😋 adding cheese foam to mango pomelo sago makes a heavenly combo..atleast for me😊

Hui Lau Shan is a refreshing take on desserts. When I think of boba or asian desserts, I usually think of an overly sweet boba drink. Coming to Hui Lau Shan was a nice change of pace. Firstly, their branding is on point. Secondly, you know they are using the highest quality of fruit. You’ll know immediately that they are about the mango (unless you are dense like me). What’s great about their mangoes is you really know that they are the sweetest mangoes. The mangoes they use have the deepest shades of orange. We ordered the red dragon fruit  with aloe jelly and a cheese top. It was reminiscent of a fruit boba, but the twist was so refreshing. The red dragon fruit was such a deep pink-red that it looked like it would stain my shirt. The aloe jelly satisfied my boba craving, but it was innovative enough to feel new. What’s great about the cheese top is that the drink changes taste and texture from beginning to end. You start with the chewy aloe, move through the rejuvenating seedy dragon fruit, and end with a creamy cheese top. So satisfying! We also ate the mango pancake. It’s pretty much a mango crepe  filled with cream and mango. It was light, fluffy, and satisfying. I definitely need to come here again to order their mango and durian series.

Excellently fresh and satisfying mango desserts are found here! Their drinks are so good and any of the mango desserts are highly recommended. This location is significantly smaller than the Redmond store and has limited street parking. It looks like parking garage spots may be available as well.

Best mango drink I’ve had ever! Drinks are well made, taste fresh, have a variety of ingredients, and that mango pudding! WHAT!
