Initially wrote a 1 star review because they make it very difficult to cancel your VIP membership. I had to ask the representative to cancel my subscription FOUR times because they kept refusing to acknowledge my request.Increasing to a 3 star review because their sweatpants are really comfy and fit really well. I'm 6'4" and it's really rare for me to find a pair of cheap sweats that fit. Ideally these would be an inch longer, but for what I paid I really can't complain.

This company took the worst of two worlds:Chinese drop shipping style of qualityGym membership style predatory memberships and fake pricingGoogle levels of data miningTerrible website. Their only goal is to get you into an account with every notification on (mobile, email, etc.,) and piece of personal information they can get. You cant even view a product 90% of the time without making an account, which is a process by itself.I swear this is a data farming company that spent premium money up upfront on high quality material. Then they did a bait and switch to chinese knock of manufacturing and pushing their data farm hard to sucker in everyone they can to the new terrible quality garbage.

Staff was okay and not very high energy vibes. Love there men’s joggers and highly recommend them for tall men over 6 feet in height that need a good athletic pant for activities or working out.

Paid for expedited shipping. 3 days later the items are still sitting there not shipped. Called Customer Service and I would have had better service from a four year old. They obviously are helping 10 people at once. After waiting 30 minutes one rep said it didn't ship expedited and one said it did. Which is it people? In reviewing the site it hasn't shipped at all. Was told I can't get a credit yet on shipping because they might magically have a shipping fairy in the neighborhood that will deliver it on time as ordered. Now I get to call back on Monday to request a credit for my expedited shipping. I should bill them for my time! Maybe they should hire Amazon to take care of their shipping because they are awful at it! Avoid the hassle and spend your money somewhere other then at Fabletics.

The picture of what I ordered didn’t match what I received. Customer service told me that I could exchange but there was no guarantee what I would get (placement of logo). I will be returning and cancelling my membership - don’t send customers items that do not match the pictures on your site and then dismiss them when they are dissatisfied. Do not recommend this company at all.

This company relies on deceptive business practices to make money! They purposely make it difficult to cancel your VIP membership. I skipped a few months after signing up and was still charged for some of those months. I got my money back but it can be easy to miss. When I finally canceled my membership, I had to tell the customer rep 7 TIMES that I wanted it canceled. He kept offering $10 credits and blah blah but it seemed like he wouldn’t take no for an answer.The sizes are also weird. I find that they mostly run small, but there’s no consistency between pant and shirt sizes. However, the items that did fit are comfortable and I do like them, that’s the only reason they get 2 stars. Altogether, shady company and it’s best to avoid the headache.

This company is a complete fraud!! They trick everyone by signing them up for a “rewards membership” but fail to mention it costs $59.95 a month and they automatically charge their unknowing customers without consent!! Their business model is unethical to say the least!! I will NEVER do business with this company again. This is absolutely disgusting!! I had to cancel my credit card to resolve this issue AND I never received my entire order in the 1st place!! I’d give zero stars if I could!!

The product is decent enough with the discount, but the membership model is sketchy. I set a reminder on my phone to skip the monthly payment unless I need to purchase clothing. I skipped the payment for January, but was still charged.I canceled my membership, and hope it will go through. After canceling, I tried to edit my payment information to prevent any more unwanted charges, but was unable to. Make sure you watch your accounts and keep a paper trail if you sign up.It's truly not worth the hassle.Edited to add:I forgot to mention this. It's minor, but on top of everything else it just is icing on the cake. Be aware that there is now a "Tariff Tax" charged on top of regular Sales Tax. Their statement about the "Tariff Tax" is that they don't want to raise their prices. Well, they managed to raise costs for the customer while hiding it until checkout. It feels manipulative. Bottom line is this: go into this with your eyes open to the risks and with knowledge that maintaining a subscription here will take a ridiculous amount of work.Edit 2:In order to remove one of my payment options, I had to chat with a customer rep, and the customer rep was unable to delete the payment option. I had to request complete deletion of my Fabletics account. I was told that deleting the account would take 45 days. Buyer beware here.

Leggings are good, company is NOT. They cheat. Period. Did you know that member credits expire after 12 months? This wouldn’t be a big problem except that it’s illegal (clearly they’ve found a loophole), and their stuff is literally ALWAYS SOLD OUT!! Even if you manage to place an order using credits, they’ll turn around and cancel it due to items being sold out after the fact?? They oversell their items on purpose. I placed an order containing 12 items, and they cancelled the whole thing…but they didn’t because two things arrived. Then they sent an email saying it was being processed…I had to call them to find out what was up; then I had to demand that they make it right (which they mostly did in the end) because they weren’t going to do it otherwise. Very shady. I would not recommend anything but the leggings—good luck finding your size in stock.AVOID THE VIP MEMBERSHIP.

I love these leggings but I'm very disappointed with the company overall. When you sign up for their VIP account you get a credit every month that you can use to get any item for free just pay for shipping well I had 5 saved up when I lost my job and had to put it on suspension and then I went back to use those when I got some money and the credits were gone because they had expired! Like wth.. this was never said in anything I read and when I tried to reach out to them they said yeah they expire and there is nothing they can do and that was it.. so $150 down the drain and I will NEVER buy from them again until I get those back and I used to buy quite a bit from them.. oh well I know I won't hurt their business but I don't think it's right.

the workers signed me up for what she said was a rewards program but actually signed me up for a $60 a month membership. I called after i noticed three months of charges and they hung up on me after i gave them my name and email . i had to cancel my card and get a new one so i wouldnt be charged idk this store and those girls are sketchy

I ordered a new set of leggings. This new set is considerably thinner than my first set a couple years ago. I will not be purchasing another pair. I really talked proudly about your leggings before. Now they just sit in the back of my drawer as a back up pair when I haven't done laundry. Disappointed.

I love the product! Customer service awful!I took advantage of the promotional offer of 2 for $25. I had the option to cancel with no penalties.They only sent one pair of leggings and the supervisor named Kaye refused to make it right. She had me on the phone for an hour. I was cut off once and had to start the whole process over.I did cancel VIP because I don't need monthly shipments. I will order as needed. I am still entitled to the one time promotional offer. Only half the order was sent. Seems like as easy fix! Send me my black size medium powerhold leggings! Shame on you Kaye!

First off they don't give you a full disclosure about VIP membership while you're availing their first time purchase offer and only once you place the order you realize that you're part of the VIP membership where they deduct $50 from your account every month! They do have an option of skip this month but it's hardly visible and mostly likely you will forget to click on it and forced to shop with them.Secondly, it takes forever for the order to be delivered. It almost a month for me to arrive and even for a friend who had ordered from them at the same time as me.Lastly, their customer service is painful! There's no option on website to click & cancel. You have to chat/call them to cancel. And 90% of times they just give you standard replies.Having people enrolled into VIP membership without giving much information and then deducting $50 every month and not delivering their orders for a month without any communication of delay or what's happening with my order and then going through the painful customer service to get the whole thing cancelled. This doesn't feel like a VIP plan at all! It feels more like stealing.

I bought clothes two years ago in the fabletics store. I signed up for the membership and they failed to tell me I would be charged $60 a month. I have been charged $60 the last two years and did not know this. I am very upset.

Had an excellent experience with Taylor’s help. She helped me find the perfect pairs (2 pairs) of leggings. She was very thorough when explaining the membership program which SAVED me $102.68. I got such a great deal for a high quality product. I look forward to shopping with my membership savings each month.

I have no idea what's up with all these one star reviews. Recently joined Fabletics VIP membership program and love the discounts so far. Imo, we ,as a customer nowadays, definitely need to expect these "gotcha"s when signing up such membership, i.e. any kind of fees. If you read from their website or flyers, it's been said very clearly in the "Member Credits 101" about this monthly membership credit. If you want to keep it without any surprise, simply skip the fee before 6th each month; otherwise, just cancel it. It's really just this straightforward.So far I'm pretty happy with the quality of everything I bought and decided to transfer completely from Lululemon.

Their VIP membership is a scam. When you put your first order in they give you the "2 for $24" deal but then end up back charging you for the real cost of the leggings at the end of the month. The products are nice but not worth $50+ dollars for one pair of leggings.

Worst shopping experience I have had in a very long time. They cancelled my first order for no reason/glitch.When I had to re-order items were already sold out. I went through the hassle of placing a new order just to wait two weeks for them to say the package was lost. They tried to have me solve that with the carrier and then when that didn't work they refused to make it right with an expedited re-shipment. Not to mention the items were sold out AGAIN so it would have required shopping for the 3rd time. No thanks!

SCAM!!! They charged me every month for redeemable VIP membership $49.95 ... They take it from my account without me buying or receiving anything in return. Costumer service is absolutely horrible and incompetent. You buy once thinking it is a good deal, but they keep changing your account monthly without you knowing. RUN!! The 2 for $24 costed me $500.

It makes me sad that a company has to trick people into using their service in order to make money. I thought I was just buying two pairs of leggings for a one time purchase. The leggings were fine and they came in the mail after about a month from the purchase. I thought that was it until my husband noticed a random $50 charge to our credit card a month after the order. I was confused so I went online and realized that I had unwittingly been enrolled in their VIP program. AHH! I was going to get charged $50 indefinitely and already had one credit on my account for $50. I thought I could use this credit for another nice pair of leggings and cancel the subscription, but no. The credit is only good for their outfit section. This section was comprised of about 5-10 outfits (all shorts), none of which were cute really, several were over $50 so I would have had to pay extra for them and several were sold out. I chose the only one that wasn't too hideous and not over $50 and checked out. I still had to pay $5 for sales tax on top of everything. My husband is working on cancelling it so we don't get charged again next month but I've been reading online that it is a bear to cancel and that they often still charge you after telling you its been cancelled. I'm so frustrated. When will consumer laws catch up to these sheisty people?? Just sell decent quality leggings to people, no need to trick them into weird memberships. Now I'll never come back but I might've if they didn't do this to me.

Scam. Sketchy. They would charge you $49.95 every month if you forget to skip a month. When the first time I tried to cancel my membership, the customer service lady convinced me not to cancel; got my refund back and store credit. Couple months later a new credit card was issued to me and the old one was deactivated. They were able to find my new credit card information and charged it. I tried cancelling my membership and getting a refund back, but couldn’t get a refund back and didn’t even know if my membership is actually cancelled. I can still log into my account and now I see my other credit card information in my account. I will NOT shop here ever again. I’d rather shop at lululemon or athleta.

Please be careful purchasing anything from this company. I'm always pretty aware of what I'm clicking on when purchasing from an online retailer- However somehow youll end up with monthly charges being taken directly from your account for their "VIP membership". Not once was I notified that this is what I was signing up for, as all I made was a simple guest account looking for one pair of new leggings. I've never had anything like that happen before except with fabletics and was extremely angry. The quality wasn't anything special with the one or two items I bought as well. After dealing with customer service and their attitude that I read their website wrong, I won't be purchasing anything from them again. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I managed to somehow get one refund out of the three chunks of money they swindled out of my account. Go to winners instead :)

I was looking at "The Only Pant" for months and finally bought two pairs for Christmas. The buttons are plastic and one if them immediately broke. There's no warranty despite the extreme price and promises of the pants. That being said, they still get two stars because they are incredibly water proof, comfortable, and even resist pet hair. But the instant breaking of the button and lack of any sort of warranty ruined this for me.
