I absolutely love the coffee here. I get the maple cinnamon hemp milk latte and sometimes pair it with the rhubarb oat bar if I also need a snack. I love that they make their own baked goods and offer a few vegan / plant-based options such as the oat bar, mixed berry muffin, and chocolate bread. Their coffee is incredibly smooth and the latte I usually order is always top notch. It's also pretty cute that they always have a question of the day on this little board to the right of the register and I think if you're the first person to get the answer right they give you a free coffee. I've also bought whole coffee beans from here before and enjoyed them at home very much as well. This is now probably my favorite coffee spot since moving to the area.

I like their coffee better than Starbucks and has good fresh selection of pastries. Can be busy at times but they do good job getting drinks out. Service is always good and pleasant and more personalized in my opinion than Starbucks. I acknowledge I am not a fan of Starbucks but I still go to them because of how available their stores are. There are 3 in a one block radius of my work so end up going with co-workers but given the choice i would pick Ladro.

Love the lavender syrup in my dirty chai. Staff are always friendly, nice, and efficient. It's. A busy spot and I've never had any delays or errors with my order.

Your coffees and pastries are delicious. I only wish you would open at 6 rather than 7. For those of us that need to be at work at 7, the only option for coffee is Starbucks. I'd much rather come to Ladro!

You have a choice of Starbucks I get it. But it is worth the walk to this place if you're within a couple of blocks. The coffee is so much better and is a local roaster. It's in the main entryway for the Expedia building in Bellevue, and tends to stay a little busy. But the Baristas are friendly they get your order Done Quick and get you on your way. Plus there is good nibbles to munch on.

Some of the better coffee in the area. There's 2 Starbucks's and 1 Tullys within half a block of where I work, but I'd rather make the trip down here and get some coffee that doesn't taste burnt when I have the time and it's not pouring outside.Significantly better quality coffee than the other bigger chains and they have butterhorns - these pastries that are flaky and amazing, with a slight hint of cinnamon. Their macchiatos are closer to traditional Italian macchiatos, so be careful if you order that (not the same as Starbucks). Since this is in the Expedia building and Seattle-lites love coffee, it can get super busy but don't be scared if there's a long line... they move pretty efficiently.Out of all the Ladros, this is definitely the worst I've been to, I'm not saying it's bad but the others are significantly better.

I came in for a pretty simple drink at a time when there was maybe one other person in the store. After close to ten minute wait while the worker tried to figure out how to use the register he asked to run my card again and proceeded to double charge me. Which would have been a fine honest mistake however when I emailed cafe ladro to solve this they did not reply. After a second email they replied asking for some info. I responded almost immediately and a week and a half after the double transaction they still have yet to fix this or respond to my fourth email. Whatever, who cares about customer service anyways.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Bellevue to meet for business and to some work on my laptop. Good coffee, yummy breakfast sandwich and beautiful art from local artists on the wall. I love Cafe Ladro.

Good coffee and good service. I recommend trying the drip coffee, skipping the house standard Ladro and Queen Anne roasts, and instead trying their medium and light roasted single-origin coffees.

Caffe Ladro has been a frequent 'go to' when I didn't want to visit the typical chain stores for a cup of coffee. A little laid back, quiet atmosphere, and an easy place to enjoy a cup of joe.
