The bagels were a little more doughy than I would have liked and did not hold their form when cutting, which seems like the outside was not cooked thoroughly.The front of the store said Best Bagels West of NYC and World's Best Bagel, are definitely a stretch.The cream cheese was perfect though and the one with salmon was so good I wish I had more to enjoy while out there.The staff was nice and the environment screamed more coffee shop than delicious bagels and unique sandwiches.The day old bagels are better than fresh and the bacon on the sandwich was a perfect thickness and not overcooked.I still do not understand not accepting legal tender for payment as cash it's not accepted, and this was quite disappointing.

Everything was delicious. So many vegan bagels options and toppings (including cream cheese, cheddar cheese, butter) that it made my head spin. My only wish is that they had something sweet to stuff into the vegan French toast and snickerdoodle bagels! Like strawberries, vegan marshmallows, chocolate chips, etc.

Bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel was very good. Thick cuts of smokey bacon topped with a slice of cheddar cheese. I couldn't taste the egg. Everything bagel could have had a stronger flavor. The sandwich stayed together throughout the meal.Bagel and lox was tasty and gave a hearty mattress of lox. This was accompanied by a cream cheese blanket and everything bagel comforter.I would order both again.

Great place to get a quick bite and a quality bagel 👌 sort of in a weird spot but if you pulll into the Hmart lot it is easy to access it with plenty of parking.Bagels are fresh, sandwiches are good, about 15$ for coffee and a bagel sandwich. Cold brew is really strong so be aware. It's got a more potent flavor than others I've had and I'm not usually able to finish it.Breakfast sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwich was good.They have a wide variety of different kinds of bagel sandwiches to try that look really good. I had one before but forgot what it was called and doesn't appear to be listed anymore.Give it a shot if you want a cheaper and quicker breakfast!

I'm picky when it comes to bagels but absolutely loved this place! The taste and texture of the bagels and schmear were great. Their drip coffee was good as well. I'm positive we will return here whenever we visit the area again!

Bagels are really great! Their beverages are not. Went there a few times and every time I order something hot to drink, it was either cold or only warm or they used cow milk instead of oat milk, for which they take a surcharge!Their seating could be much more beautiful. Feels more like a fast food restaurant than a bagel and coffee place.Love that they offer veggie and vegan options!Would come back for the bagels, but not for the hot drinks.

Tldr, weird experience but will try again. When we went our order was punched in wrong, so we had to correct it after we were already charged. They were super nice and fast to get the correct thing going, and refunded me the difference which was great. However when I got my food it was still the wrong thing, and I just didn't have time/energy to correct them again. It's an honest mistake, just unfortunate it happened twice. Will go again to give them another fair shot.

Amazing place for bagels.Went there and got a nice sesame bagel with cream on it. Slightly toasted. Sensational. They have a bunch of other flavors too, from pizza to blueberry bagels to pumpernickel. Great stuff really!

Great gluten free bagel sandwiches! They had a vegan cream cheese as well! Would definitely stop here if you’re looking for a quick bite. They were good with modifications on their existing sandwich options or you can build your own! Limited outdoor seating only.

I had a random bagel craving one night and decided to go here with my friend for breakfast the next morning after seeing what an amazing menu they had.It was a really hard choice but I like to do a sweet breakfast so I went with the French Toast Bagel. My friend got the Snickerdoodle.We had them plain, no cream cheese needed.I tasted the Snickerdoodle first and it was really nice. The cinnamon sugar on top went perfectly well with the toasted bagel.Friend really liked it too.As for my French Toast Bagel... This was just pure bliss! The vehicle itself was yellow in color just like French toast and even had swirls of maple syrup in the bagel! And to take it to the another level It was topped with large sugar crystals and more maple syrup. I asked for it toasted and this was just the perfect breakfast! I really can't say enough about how good this bagel was.It was so so hard to resist getting another one! 100000 recommend.

This whole experience was awful.You walk in and are immediately at the register. You cant see the large wall menu very well from the register, you just have a tiny build-your-own bagel sandwich list taped above the register where you block everyone trying to order while you read it and try to make decisions. (Plus it didnt even have all the options on it). Handheld menus would be helpful. You have to yell to be heard through the plastic barrier between the customer and register. The young man behind the counter couldnt answer most of our questions and seemed annoyed the whole time.The same young man eventually called out our name and was so annoyed it took more than 2 seconds to get up and go over to collect our bag; not sure why he even had to wait with it if it had our name on it. All the other food was set down, name called, then the employee went back to what they were doing.All that aside, we were certain the food would make up for it. Nope. Americano and soy latte both were some of most bland awful coffee we have ever had. We didnt finish them. The vegan patty that we were told by the kitchen was a breakfast patty just tasted like really thick Field Roast slices (the tomato flavor) and the vegan cream cheese was boring. Lastly, the bagel was sooooo disappointing. What we wanted was a pumpernickel everyrthing bagel packed with flavor; what we got was bread that sorta tasted like pumpernickel. No chew or springy-ness in the texture whatsoever. The only thing that salvaged the sandwich at all was some salt.Our two coffees and sandwiches were $34. That is insane.When we left, there was a line out the door. I dont understand. Maybe Bellevue needs more breakfast options open on Sundays.

Great selection of bagels, awesome schmears, and a variety of bagel sandwiches to pick from. Their coffee’s also not bad - had their Americano and Cappucino.I came early morning on a weekday and there was no line. Staff were friendly and the orders came out quick. Prices also reasonable for the food we got.No seating was available at the time, chairs were all stored away. Not sure if it’s due to covid or maybe it was early in the day.Overall recommend!

This was on my list for the longest time to try out and finally I visited them today. The veggie bagel sandwich was delicious. I got the jalapeno bagel with it. Got a few bagels to go with jalapeno cream cheese. I will update the review once I have them.I have taken one star off because of the cashier. She was hurrying the customers when there was no one waiting. She didn't seem to have patience for people to look and pick from.

Was surprised at this place had such high ratings and was not expecting to find a great bagel spot in the Seattle area. Great service and a nice ambiance. It's a little full to hang out, but definitely come by and grab your bagels to go to start out your weekend right or on a weekday morning.Really appreciate how friendly and nice and service was. Our favorite was the onion bagel and can't wait to try the sandwiches next time.

We are NYers very particular about our bagels and we were all impressed: we drove around Bellevue looking for a breakfast under $50 per person and when we saw a bunch of college kids in line we just knew we scored. Awesome Zoe Zuckerberg everything w schmere and lox, great consistency just fresh and hot and chewy w tomatoes red onion and capers just like I dream about every time I leave NYC.

Absolutely delicious bagels with ample vegan options. I recommend a simple blueberry/chocolate chip with vegan cream cheese, or for more of a meal, the vegan breakfast sandwich on a sundried tomato bagel.Vegetarian options: Vegan cream cheese & vegan breakfast sandwich with field roast or impossible sausage.
