First time visiting Bellevue Pet Spa for a full grooming plus nail grinding & tooth brushing. My 14 years old Maltese has a huge problem with standing still more than 5 seconds due to his health issue; arthritis. This place made everything possible for us today. They were fantastically good at listening to his history and accepted him the way he was. The most amazing fact is that my dog was not that tried when he came home. From there places, he was already unhappy, too tired to play, or sleeping all day and night when he was brought back home. I appreciate everything they've done today for my dog to be comfortable and happy. He smells really good without overpowering cheap perfume all over him. I highly recommend to all my friends.

Michelle is the best! She has a deep love for animals and a strong and longtime understanding of the industry. The spa is clean and modern, and the dogs are not allowed to run amok in the salon, rather staying safely in their own kennels. She takes great care of the pups and is super talented in her craft, as well as uses her own time to help mentor and train up others in an industry that's in dire need of more groomers. My pup is a little bit apprehensive of things, and she gets a little bit screamy and whiny for her nail trimmings, but its nothing major and nothing Michelle couldn't handle, and I would trust her with my pup in a second!

Great place to get your furry one groomed. The work they do is fantastic and timely. Additionally, the communication on appointment time and availability is clear. I have 0 complaints in my many visits here.

Staff here is friendly and communicative. Booking is pretty easy as well. I think they give a really good haircut at a fair price. I’m a repeat customer.

We've been bringing our Golden here for a couple years now. She goes in looking like a dishrag and comes back absolutely gorgeous. I've tried a number of groomers in the city, and have either been disappointed by the poor facilities and/or the inability to trim golden retrievers properly. I will cross the 520 bridge to come here - and I won't cross it for much! Highly recommended.

I have two Yorkies that I’ve been bringing there fairly regularly. Last few times have been just awful. They pretty much zebra striped My dogs face not cutting either side just right down the center…but they charged me for three services that I did not get including 2 nail trims which I paid more for them to grind the nails..which they also did not do….My poor baby’s nails are so overgrown I have to pay the vet to do it… very disappointed.with pet spa will not be back

We love Bellevue Pet Spa. We were first time customers and they did such a great job cutting our dog Brandy! Definitely going back!! Owner is super nice, clean facilities and in a convenient location.

Came twice - Never cut my dogs nails fully and just give up half way. She's only 10lbs, don't bite, but is very whiny and pulls her paws away a lot. When it comes to clipping. Never had this issue with other dog groomers. Oh well, finding another place.

Raiya is the best! Our dog, a mixed Shih-tzu-Maltese-Papillon, has been going to her for 4 years and we only stopped because we moved cross-country. Raiya always squeezed us in if we needed an “emergency” session after particularly stinky vet visits and treated him with so much care. He’s not a fan of grooming and has anxiety, but seemed to be okay with spending his weekend being taken care of by her :)

If you’re looking to groom your small dogs, this is a great pet grooming salon. The staff is always friendly and professional. The store is clean and well organized. When you call the business number, there is always someone to answer. There are some restaurants nearby to WFC while you’re waiting.

We have been coming here for over a year and until now were happy with their services. This last time was horrible. I paid $100 for a groom and some add on extras - yet my dogs fur was hardly cut. It certainly was not like the other visits we’ve had. When I called to discuss my concerns they said to come in and they’d fix it. Took a week before we could come in and when we did - they wanted to charge me an additional $75! To fix their mistake. I was quite stunned by this and expressed why. We’ve been coming for over a year - same cut each time - no issues. Now we have an issue and we have to pay for their error - to the tune of $60 (they lowered the price by $15).This still doesn’t sit well with me. We were loyal customers and it was their mistake yet we just paid $160 for a groom of a small 10lb pup. That is just not right and I felt the need to let others know and be aware.

I asked them to just please be gentle with my dog because she had an injury 6 months before her scheduled appointment (fully healed more than 2 months prior and had a vets “okay” to get groomed again several months before). I just didn’t want her to be anxious since it had been a while since she’d been groomed. They called back saying they couldn’t do that and canceled the appointment. If your groomers being kind and gentle to animals is an issue, perhaps find new groomers.

Miko just went there for hair cut and we found she keep licking her left feet, it turns out it was breeding from the nail. Not happy that you guys didn’t even tell me. Also she got so sick last time I told you guys to be careful. Will never come again! Bad!!!!

Ive been taking my dog here for almost a year now. They do OK job, not perfect. My dog is not so complicated so its ok i guess.Last time i had to cancel same day due to snowy weather didnt know about the fee, plus the guy who answered the phone told me they won't charge me since its my first time and its cuz of snow blah blah blah. And I rebooked for today. They charged my alot more than i usually pay, when i ask why, receptionist says for the last time cancellation fee!! I told het that ive been told they won't be any charge. She says she's just doing her job and she doesnt know, its there!!!!OKAY but whose job is it to tell me why the hell you charging me NOW after ive been told that there wont be any fees!!?This is not a haircut mistake that will grow out soon anyway, this is not acceptable at all.Decided to not take my dog there anymore.Don't be surprised if this happens to ya.

Cant say enough good things about this place. Took our big English cream golden retriever here and were super impressed with the results. Our dog has severe anxiety issues but Michelle greeted her with open arms and a treat and had her calm in no time. Marley came out looking cleaner and more beautiful than we have ever seen her. Michelle pays very close attention to detail. She had more pep in her step for a few days after too.Prices are super reasonable and the services are top notch.Would highly recommend!

I took my Havanese here once for a touch up when I first adopted her, not only was it super expensive but the hair on her head was still super choppy when I got her back. I took her back a month or two later for a full haircut and they said they couldn’t cut her hair because she wouldn’t let them ?? Which I thought was odd since they didn’t have any problems the time before. They still charged me too. I took her to petsmart instead and the groomer said she was wonderful and did great. Not sure what happened but honestly I think they were too lazy to try. Overpriced and lame.

We took our Australian Labradoodle puppyBaguette to Bellevue Pet Spa for a bath, blow dry, and pawdicure this week and are thrilled with our overall experience. Not only did she come out looking and smelling amazing, but more importantly she was happy, and we could tell she was loved on throughout her appointment (my husband said one of the employees even held her on his lap instead of putting her in a kennel after her groom was done!) The spa itself was very modern and clean and the pricing was extremely reasonable. We will absolutely be back for a full groom soon!

I was very disappointed with the service this time around. ( 1st time service was great. This was our second time here.) His nails were not trimmed properly and his ears were also not properly cleaned. Also we were charged $5 extra for the same service. When I asked if the price was same as before during the checkout I was told the price was same. But after coming back home I checked my credit card record and found that I was charged more this time. Last session was just a month ago. When I called again, I was told that the groomer sometimes charges more if the dog was "wiggly" and " nervous". He was exactly the same way last time too. Also, during check out when I asked how he did, I was told he was ok just like last time. But, because I called to question their charges I was now being told that my dog was "squiggly". Firstly, my dog was the same last time as confirmed by your receptionist. Second, you must always apprise the customer when they are being charged differently. I don't appreciate being charged differently and lied to afterwards.

Today was my dog's 4th visit and was always happy with their work but today my dog came home with a short bleed nail.I understand we are all human and can make mistakes but the reason why I'm writing this review is because when I was there to check out, I asked front-desk lady how my dog did and she said he did fine.Did not mention anything about the nail. I know for fact, my dog's going to scream when they cut his nail too short and are you really gonna say he did fine?If I didn't notice his nail, were you guys just going to let it slide?I called as soon as I found out, lady apologize and told me to put some flour or starch on his nail that would help stop the bleed lol.Also, one of his nails were only cut halfway and just hanging.Only if they were honest about it, I totally would've given them another chance but too bad.

We took our miniature poodle mix for a bath and nail clips and couldn't have been more happy. Not only is he looking cleaner than me, he was happy and relaxed and not anxious at all. Highly recommend and we will surely be back.
