Andonian does fabulous work! I have a handmade Tibetan rug that I had taken to another business previously but they were not able to remove stains. However, when I unrolled the rug after getting it back from Andonian, those stains were gone and the rug appears new. Thanks Andonian!

After looking at other rug stores we were pleasantly surprised by the service here. They educated us on things like hand vs. machine made rugs. The staff made us feel welcomed and they were willing to accommodate shipping the rug and pad to us. This saved us a second trip over the mountains. The communication after the sale and during the wait period and shipping was excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent experience and very knowledgeable staff. Sarah was extremely helpful and patient with us as we sorted through their very broad selection. They even allowed us to borrow several rugs for a week to test how they fit in our house. We ended up purchasing 2 antique rugs that we love and would definitely buy from Andonian again.

The rug was pale cream, hand woven wool, and only a year old. Our dog had thrown up all over it, leaving many unremovable dark reddish brown stains, and a ruined rug. Sent it to Andrew at Andonian Rug Cleaning and it came back to me a week later—perfectly clean, no stain, no perfume or chemical smell. The service was friendly, fast and very reasonable cost. They are AMAZING. Highly recommended.

A great choice to get your carpets cleaned. These are professional folks - they know their carpets and how to care for them. We have had them clean runners, room rugs, and small rugs, antique and modern, and we're very happy with the results. Most of the cleaning is routine, but they'll also handle those pet "accidents". They clean rugs on-site, so you know who you're working with - they don't send away to some stranger.

Worst experience ever. Andonian has been flaky to work with, will not return calls and cancelled our install at the last minute. For a company that prides itself on service, they have been terrible. If we had not waited 6 weeks to get the carpet, we would cancel.
