From the moment my husband and I walked into the store, I felt at ease. I had talked on the phone with Kaiden at the Bellevue store prior to coming in and appreciated the time spent with me discussing the needs of Oreo, our sweet rescue dog. Oreo needed a safe spray to help with his hot spots, a winter jacket, and a couple of new toys. Not only did Kaiden help us find a spray that looks promising, but found the perfect jacket for Oreo after having taken the time to measure him and put it on him. As for the toys, Oreo was allowed to pick for himself a cute green Christmas dinosaur and a darling white lambie. He even got a couple of free treats that took into account his possible allergies. Last but not least, Kaiden asked if we had any further questions and encouraged us to call any time if we needed more assistance. I can't thank Kaiden and All the Best enough for their excellent service!

Such a wonderful pet store! I always loved their service and and the quality of all the products that they carry. Today i especially enjoyed my visit since a cashier named Moe took their time to find some really cool samples when checking me out. And if you have a highly allergic dog and a picky cat, you know how hard it may be to find treats to sample that would be safe for them as well as enjoyable! Thanks to Moe and to everyone who works in the store!!

I love this local pet shop! My kitty had a bad outcome to a teeth cleaning last year that has left her with a stricture in which she will have a severe disability for the rest of her life. Finding food that she is physically able to eat is difficult enough but she is picky about what wet food she will eat. The staff at this store has been so helpful in teaching me about urinary crystal formation and recommending food with that in mind. They've given samples for me to offer her, ensured I was most economical in purchase quantity to get their buy 12 get a discount, and offer an annual birthday bag of toys and treats. I am particularly thankful for McKenzie during my most recent trip to the shop. Thank you to all the staff who show so much care for our animal companions!

These are the best employees ever. They ALWAYS help me with everything I need. I visit this store at least once every two weeks . They are so friendly and helpful. I hope the manager knows how lucky they are to have such an amazing staff. I have been shopping here for over a year now and every employee has been helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. This is for the Bellevue location just across from the hospital.

All of my locations I’ve been to on the eastside are so clean and well organized. But I want to point out the team here is so caring and kind! I stopped by to pick up training treats (great selection) and I mentioned that I have a long day and forgot dinner for my dog (she was with me). Immediately Jessica asked what her usual food is and came back with half a can of food sprinkled with kibble clusters in a clean, white bowl for my Sophie!! Sophie gobbled it up in seconds and was a happy dog. It was so sweet for Jessica to put together a nice meal for Sophie.When I was ready to check out, I mentioned that I wanted to pay for the dinner and Kaiden said not to worry about it! Such a caring team who truly loves dogs and puts customers first. Thank you thank you thank you! Sophie and her tummy are eternally grateful!

Stopped here on the way to Mercer Island. It must have been a slow time, but the staff was super helpful and attentive nonetheless. Tons of great treat options and good advice on some healthier sustainable treats. Will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful experience when I passed by to exchange kibble I’d previously purchased for my pup on 4/30/23. Caden promptly greeted me & helped me with my return. As they rung up my order, we started chatting about some GI issues my pup’s been having with the previous food, and Caden had some great recommendations to support my pup’s GI health. Caden was super knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. They were eager to offer me a “Magic in the Bowl” sample kit and explained the health benefits of each item. Happy to know that I can always expect great friendly service from this location and can rely on Caden’s expertise if I have questions when I pop in!

Kaiden was amazing!! She took a lot of time to ask us a lot of questions about my two cats. We were looking for some weight control dry food for one of our cats but really wanted to focus on a higher quality food. She gave us sample and took a lot of her time to explain various things beyond the food, such as the benefits of CBD for our anxious kitty. I couldn’t recommend this store more and praise Kaiden for her dedication and knowledge.

When my dog runs out of food and I’m out running errands, I usually drive to whichever pet store is nearest me.I was talking to Caden, an amazing employee there, about how Ziwi Peek’s 8.8 lbs bags don’t have their measuring cups included inside (all their other sizes do though). And without hesitating, they started checking behind the counter, then left to go to the back room, saying how they couldn’t find an extra measuring cup to give me. Then, they checked one more place, and found an extra Ziwi Peek cup! They were so happy for me haha. I was already so taken back by how kind they were to even check for an extra cup.. but they kept looking to really find me one.I’ve been to All the Best before, every time met with an amazing experience. However, it was this particular experience provided by Caden that will have me coming back and choosing All the Best every time now- even if it’s out of the way.Thank you Caden for going above and beyond and making my experience here a great one!
