What a great place. My Oz got his very first "spa" treatment, he loved it. The people were so friendly and helpful. The cost is very reasonable. Will definitely be back.

They have been my groomer for 2 years but they have really gone downhill. They cancelled an appointment I had because of someone calling in sick and then they refuse to answer their phone for over 3 weeks so I can reschedule. It's just as well though because they would be 2+ hours late on stated completion times regularly and I would also regularly be first in and last out. My dogs would be in crates for 8 hours with no walks. The dogs would be agitated every time I picked them up and so it's obviously a good time to move on to a groomer with a much more professional approach to customer service.

Have always taken good care of my dogs at the groomer both for nail and baths. Tend to know my dogs by name and treat well when they are in. Usually quick to answer the phone to setup availability or appointments.

I called two different times in 3 weeks to make an initial appointment for my dog to be groomed. No one has ever called me back. They also do not answer their phone during business hours. I had to leave messages both times that I called. Apparently, they do not need my business.

There could definitely be improvements. Their nail clippers are dull so they crack my dogs nails. My dog has gone multiple times to this groomer and one time he came back with pee on him. That could be partially my fault for not ensuring he peed before going in. But accidents happen and they could have at least washed it off him. They are very good at cutting a dogs hair, and I know my dog can be very difficult. But when it comes to anything other than simply cutting hair, in those cases improvements need to be made.

Made an appt. small terrier, I wanted her bathed, nails cut and hair trimmed. $40 and I would NOT take my dog there again. Nails very jagged. No hair trimmed on feet or face and her eyes were not cleaned.

They do a great job bathing my big Huskador, however the last few times I've called no one answered. Their voice message says to leave a name and number and someone will get back to you. I left a message and never received a call back. The Google info on their hours says they should be open, but I'm wondering if they're actually colsed.?.?.?

Never had an issue with calling in for an appointment, they always get me in the same week. My girls always come back smelling fresh and happy!

Place smells like wet dog (duh) and I think it Really could do with a face lift. But the employees are friendly, remember my dogs, and my dogs arent scared to go there so that's good. I have 2 border collies and they know well enough to not do anything but a slight trim and the other dogs I see coming out of there look pretty enough.

Staff are great. They know My dog's name and my dog is always excited when we arrive. They do an excellent job washing him and clipping nails.

Savannah is amazing she lost and groomed my Harry/ fluffy dog and cleanse him up very well super friendly and and my dog loves her hands down one of the best groomers in Mason County

Employees are mistreated and owner doesn't care if the employee bitten. She will not muzzle dangerous dogs and does not fix the facility, will NEVER recommend

Great services. The ladies are very welcoming and great customer service. Price is cheaper than the other services in area. I would give a 5 star but they are sometimes not on time opening up on the time posted.
