I will not ever be shopping here again. The cashier was rude. I clipped a bunch of u coupons and none of them came off so I had to put half my stuff back and pay more then what I would of paid for all of it. I got my receipt and went to customer service who told me just because they are clipped doesn't mean they come off that I now have to have my phone with me and pull up a thing for the cashier to scan that's bull what's the point of going through the app and clipping the u coupons. My family is on hard time and every dime counts if I total everything that didn't come off safeway just stole 35 bucks from a family of 5 that really need everything they were buying now we get to go with out .never in my life have I ever been treated this way I'm deleting my account and will give my business to QFC cause they no how to treat there customers.

Yet another Safeway location whose inventory team is useless. Constantly sold out of common items, and often takes a week+ to get a restock. One day they will have qualified people in these positions, but until then a guy can dream.

The food prices have definitely increased. The deseil fuel is flowing slow and the automatic shutoff doesn't work. You need to be vigilant.

Safeway has always been a good supermarket. At least the meat department knows what is going on. QFC, I'm not so sure of that. I let you know in my next review of QFC. No toilet paper or hand sanitizer, but they had everything else I needed. Thank you.

Very friendly cashiers. Kids got the candy wanted. I got the meat I wanted and spouse got the prep food she needed for a long weekend away from home. Veggies and fruits were fresh and butcher loves his job and makes perfect cuts

This is your normal / standard Safeway. Staff were friendly and helpful. Do note, this store does not have any shopping baskets, only carts. This makes shopping while using a manual wheelchair challenging, unless you had the luck or forethought to bring a large shopping bag with you to hold all your items as you shop.

Usually a wonderful experience inside Safeway and QFC as these are my nearby stores. Had the rudest checkout lady today her name was Kaitlynn, we were the only ones in her line at the time with another check stand open, had put all my groceries on the belt and patiently waiting while attempting to make small talk with no communication back. My sister then asked after she was just about finished scanning the larger items ( soda, milk, etc ) if she would be able to scan the dog food we left in the cart ( 50LBS ) and replied with the most god awful tone I’ve heard “no bring it closer so I can scan it”. I then brush it off with a hope it’s just a bad day. After putting my groceries in my cart and my sister a little bummed she wasn’t able to use “the gun” the worker checking us out then was awfully rude when I told her I had to pay with 2 separate cards. I pulled out my first one the food EBT card and my debit card, and paid she handed me the receipt and continued not to say anything to me while we now have a line behind us. Super disappointing in this interaction and overall just rude, hoping for better interactions in the future.

They need to fix their contactless pay. This is how scammers steal your credit card information--they disable contactless payment on the gas pump then use the regular slot to steal your credit card details.

I usually stop here for gas & supplies on my way to camping trips. Good location and they always have ice. In either direction it's the last convenient gas station for a while along Hwy 3.

I had a really really great experience with the food/deli department. The person who helped me get my food is very pleasant and professional. Great customer service, her name is Alicia. She is what customer service should be about and I hope the owner read this comment and keep her. She is a treasure in your store.

The store seems well stocked and was clean on my visit here.The gas stairs on site is convenient, but leaving the gas station to get back out on the main road can take quite some time if you are attempting to turn left.The staff at this overall facility the store and the station are friendly.Parking can get a little tight when it's busy here, suggest trying to go before or after the rush hour traffic is done.

The men's room up front is lit we it dark blue lights. They are still doing their " buy x and get another for 1/2 off" scam-- they artificially jack up the price to cover the 50% off.

Special acknowledgement needed for Eric in the deli. Have been several times over 10 years ordering at least 4 times a week. Halloween evening was my 1st encounter with this amazing young man. He is amazing. Professional as well as friendly and enthusiastic. . I've been in customer service for 38 years and was blown away by him.

The store has a good layout, and it seems to be uniform throughout the franchise. I was able to buy the products I wanted and check out quickly through the self check out. I would recommend this place for those who need some thing in a hurry and don’t want to pay the high price is charged by a convenience store. There are less expensive alternatives out there but you may need to drive a little bit further.

I paid for my groceries and left no one said anything. I noticed I was being followed by a security person who proceeded to take photos NOT SAYING A WORD this can happen to you to out there by the way very creepy I then ran all the way back and approached this person and you can guess my anger yelling what in tarnation the security Gaurd started playing dumb ran away to a room pics of me and my car maybe more. Erase them because your team is wrong can I get confirmation that there erased? Paid for my groceries I hope this does not happen again truly an unsettling event. Take pics dont say a word you can create enemies like that!

Store is ok, out of everything all the time since covid..Prices keep going up on everything..Pharmacy is horrible!No matter when you go there is always a long line..Never seem to have enough staff to handle the customer they come in.. Had been this way for a very long time..Is it hard to hire one extra person? If you call, they put you on hold and then it goes to voicemail.. I can understand it getting busy sometimes and having to wait but it's every time and has been this way for years.

Safeways are Safeways... But the store was well kempt and the deli items were fresh and good. The prices were high compared with other "like" supermarkets but hey, you're a captive audience in a small town with limited choices. They don't need to charge higher prices because it costs product providers more to bring product, but they do because... They can. So plan on paying a buck or two more for your normal go-to items you buy in civilization. For god's sake, an egg salad sandwich on regular bread and nothing but a bunch of chopped egg with 'Maybe" a shake of seasoning, was $6.95. normally 3 or 4 bucks. I'll give them a 3 star. Not because I think they're a bad store, or unkempt store, but just because they take advantage of their customers. And you have to understand, the majority of those customers are no doubt, locals. What they're doing is wholely unethical, so a three is being generous.

The weather was getting bad where I live so I called to check on my pick up order. I was told it would be done by noon, 12, so I showed up there and called and they said they couldn't even look at it till 1 and that he would check if they could do it then because of the situation. I was then told I needed to move my truck by another individual, some rude guy with curly hair, and that my order would not be done till after 1. Was then told that I'd just have to come in and do my shopping myself. If I could have done that I wouldn't have done the online order in the first place! Again, some guy with curly black hair pushing around a cart of groceries is rude as hell! Pretty much everyone else in that store is great. The grocery pick up guys are rude and don't seem to actually know how to do their job. Do not recommend using the grocery pick up.

Safeway in Belfair has always been a pleasant, friendly, helpful, approachable place to shop in my experience the five years I've lived in the area. Grocery shopping isn't always easiest due to a bad heart for me. Today part way through my shopping I needed to call and have my honey come in and help me finish. Then we went and got in the line and I came into contact with Don. Who right from the start came across as grumpy and unapproachable. And then we discovered that I overspent on the funds I had with me. In my 50 years I have never even remotely came close to being treated as rudely and obnoxiously as Don treated me by a store employee. I still had a grocery cart full of groceries when I left. But he treated me like it was personally coming out of his paycheck for him to scan back 15 16 items off of the receipt and have someone else put them back. He treated me in a manner that makes it so I'm in no hurry to ever return to that store. Or ever recommend anybody shop there. Which is pretty bad considering everybody there has always been awesome!! But he was so horrible and I wasn't feeling good and he just made it even worse. It's embarrassing enough when you don't have enough funds with you and to have a clerk make it even more so is completely horrible bad business. What I have learned from this experience is to just plan accordingly and to take myself to Bremerton and to Winco from now on. If he's going to stay in that kind of business I suggest his superiors put him on Stocking the shelves at night when he comes with no contact with customers. And if anybody has any local plays where the Grinch became ill and cannot do the part go to Safeway and find Don. He sure knows how steal the Christmas joy out of your heart and to stomp on people's feelings.

I technically live in. Port orchard but this location is more convenient as it's just off trj highway. The lights are bright. The store is clean. The toy isle had 2.player nerf guns on sale for 5 bucks and awesome coolers 70% 12$! The produce was fresh and looking scrumptious. The bakery has THE BEST cookies. I can never decide between the snicker doodles or cowboy's. I can wax a whole box to myself in a day. Don't judge me till you try them. I forgot my wallet at home but was lucky enough to find 8 bucks and some change in the bottom of my purse. I only needed a couple things. Gave it a shot. I got a gallon of milk, carton of eggs and coffee creamer . All on sale! I had a whole dollar left! Score. I didn't want to make that late night trip, but it was necessary to not be a sad Panda this morning. And it was pleasant enough to make it all worth it.
