The dog self wash is a scam. They massively overcharged me. They charge by time at the dog wash station and the lady at the register claimed I was in there for 45 minutes and charged me at least double what they should have. My car records when I start it, and I showed my car in my garage at 1:13 pm. It took me at least 10 minutes to drive there, park, and walk in plus a couple minutes waiting for service. My receipt checking out is at 1:44 pm. Even if I teleported there from my garage straight to the tub, my max would have been 30 minutes. It was probably closer to 15-20 minutes. Never going back there again. I called when I got home to complain and they didn’t apologize or offer to refund me my money.

Toni is amazing with our doodles. She genuinely loves the my dogs and it shows! They always look amazing after grooming and get so many compliments. My pups love her and have never looked better. Highly recommend.

I go to Pet Town at least 4 times a month. I wash both of our pups there, The groomer is super Kind and very nice. The rest of the staff are awesome also. They carry Kangaroo dog food, which I haven't been able to find at any of the pet stores, our pit bull, baby boy Tucker, has severe allergies and can't eat salmon, chicken, beef, and the other common dog foods, so that makes eat easier on us. I highly recommend it.

Lots of great pet supplies, treats, toys, etc. AND, my main reason for visiting was for grooming my long-haired dachshund. The groomer, Toni, did a fantastic job on Oscar. Very professional and helpful. I have booked another appointment. Best grooming he has had.

1st trip in, needed cat food and they had my brand. Saw they had fish and I had just set up a bigger tank so got a few to get that tank started. Bad move. They were infested with parasites. Dead within a couple weeks despite best efforts to treat. There was also a snail in the bag I noticed and quickly removed. Last thing I would want is a snail infestation too.

Love everyone that works there, great products, food and the self-wash stations are amazing and always well stocked on products. Being able to blow dry your dogs is a huuuuge difference from just giving them a bath at home. Big shout out to Pet town!

We love the service we receive from this store. Our cats got use to a food we discovered before the pandemic and the store where we use to buy it, stopped carrying it. On calling Pet Town, they were able to order exactly what we needed and for a very reasonable price. We will continue to buy our cat food there. Thanks, Pet Town.

My dog was groomed here many times prior to 2019. He was treated so well. I moved out of the area in 2019. Now I'm back in Belfair. So we called again to get my dog groomed. He got right in. Toni did a great job on him! Also, Pet Town has self dog grooming available. They have a great selection of all kinds of pet foods, treats, beds, etc

This used to be my go-to place for fish, especially. The guy that worked there really knew his stuff. But he has moved on now, and they don't seem to have anyone that really knows actual answers, at least about aquarium-type things. It really is a shame, because it's a well-stocked store in a location that is convenient for me. I still go there for live crickets and basics I need. And if I know what I'm looking for and they have it in their tanks, I'll buy it. But asking them about things is hit and miss. They can order things for you though.

Staff was very helpful with my big doggy. It was our first time at the dog carwash! He was timid and did not want to go into the bath, so one of the guys got in the tub and coaxed my pupper in. It was very nice that everyone was helping us on our first visit. The groomer was very friendly and gave helpful advice as she groomed another pup at the neighboring station. Really good pricing. I will gladly pay to use their facilities so I don't have to clean up the mess afterward. Dryer is available for use but we did not use it since my doggy is new to that world..Next time! They have a really nice selection of dog foods and treats and toys. I was even surprised to see cat litter purchasable by the pound. Good local pet store.

A very knowledgeable staff of top quality pet food. Any and all questions answered. They really care about your fur/feathered babies as well as other pets. They also have a great groomer that my Scottie or Pomeranian aren't afraid to go to her. I went to several groomers and my dogs would hesitate to go in the shop. They would also experience anxiety, pee on the spot which they never do or also would shake like crazy. 👍

The folks there are usually nice. On Sunday December 11 at 10 am the guy working there was the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I usually go there regularly but will start ordering from Amazon. I refuse to pay for such rude behavior.

I used the self service wash, I thought the price was fair! It’s based on how long it takes you to bath your dog. I also love that it’s walk in, because my dog got into the canal so I was able to just go in and bath him!

The organization here is bad. Price tags aren't even for what's on the shelf and even if you did find the right thing in the right place the price is wrong. I bought flea medicine and the kid asked how many cats I had then proceeded to remove two tubes of the medicine that "I wouldn't need" which would make sense if he adjusted the price but that didn't happen. Over all this place just feels like an attempt to overcharge people.

Stopped in the other day with our pup to check it out. Good little shop has supplies mostly for dogs and cats but also has some selection for birds, fish and rodents. They sell some fish and mice as I spotted. Employees are friendly and casual. Toy, collar and harness selection for dogs is nice! When my pup grows out of her current collar and harness set I plan to buy her next at this shop.

Every time I have been in here with my pup everyone is super helpful and so sweet. They go above and beyond. They are all pet lovers themselves. First time going in there was to get my pups nails cut, my 4 year old started freaking out because the lady was taking his puppy away.. the lady assured him that she was going to bring her back and that he could watch while she cut her nails. We also scheduled a full groom for my pup that day. We came back for a full groom about a week later. My pup is very nervous and scared about her paws being touched the groomer assured me that she would be ok. I was then told it would take about 2 hours or so.. I got a call about an hour and a half later saying that my puppy was freaking out and that she wanted to reschedule. Which is totally fine. When I got back she was holding her giving her lots and lots of loves. She gave me a calming pill for her next visit. Which she scheduled 4 days later because my girl was in season and she was thinking that most of her attitude was coming from that. Also the groomer is so nice. My 4 year old started to cry when we were leaving our pup there and she let him pick out her bows. And assured him that she would give her back all pretty. ❤️ Thank you for being so kind to my kiddo and my fur baby!!! And all your patience with my fur baby.

would like to give more stars, but went there for a specific fish, the fish guy was not there.I was there at approximately 12:10 pm. was told he started at 1pm.. however the did try.. They have very few fish. one whole tank was closed. Loads of.. high priced dog and cat foods, pet clothing, kind staff, feeder rats.

I like this store for non cricket items. Usually friendly staff.But my primary reason for shopping here is for crickets. The crickets are fairly priced. But there’s one problem, after three days about a third of them die before I can use them. They are contained properly so I don’t get it. Doesn’t matter what I do they die fast.I go to pet smart and their crickets are lively and jumping around and only 6 died by the time I used them all.This has happened several times.. so now idk how much I’ll shop there With the given response

I scheduled a grooming appointment for 9am over two weeks ago. I received text message two days ago to confirm the appointment, and I confirmed it. When I showed up for my appointment, I saw a sign on the door saying that opening hours have been changed to 9:30. So I waited, only to be told at 9:30 that the groomer hasn't shown up all week. But, because she's an "independent groomer", Pet Town won't do anything about it. If I had her number, I could call and tell her I was disappointed, the employee told me, but otherwise there was nothing they could, or would, do. I had really hoped to support a local small business, but it looks like I won't be returning here again.

Brought the fam pup in for the first time for a nail clipping. The groomer was gentle and kind since my girl was pretty squirrly. Both ladies were REALLY knowledgable concerning dog breeds, flea prevention, and products. They gave me options on how to keep those jumping buggers down and even applied the flea med for me. True, the place is small and sometimes products aren't available, but it seems like all the locals rely on them. I'm new to the area, so it's great to know there's some place local to go where the staff are pet lovers themselves and are ready to help.
