Tina and Curtis really make our takeoffs a breeze.I was extremely impressed at the level of detail that went into what I get for my lumber packages. We do a ton of additions and with lumber pricing the way it is, takeoffs being accurate is mandatory.If your looking for attention to detail and good communication, look no further.

I’ve been working with this company for years. It’s time I give them a shout out. I visit many lumberyards. These guys Held on to the original lumberyard virtue. They’re down to earth and work with the customers to help. And still maintain professionalism that is second to none.From Andy (the owner) too Angela (manager) even down to Ashley (counter staff.)They are in “A” rated company.Keep this legacy of quality and professionalism going. Off the beaten track but #2 tries harder. Excellent lumber, decent prices, and has definitely gone the extra mile for us to ensure repeat business. As of right now, I wouldn't use anyone else. The big chains sell the lowest quality at top dollar prices. You'll get the products from Mitchell you used to be used to seeing. Great friendly, helpful staff too.

I really wanted to like this place. I was excited to find a local store that would allow me to avoid the big box stores. Well, I made a large order and had it delivered, took time off work to complete the project. They sent the wrong part- not a big deal, everyone makes mistakes. I called to see what my options were (on hold, the recording talks about how customer service is important to them), and they said they could fix the problem (pick up wrong parts and deliver right parts) in 4 days. That doesn't work since I took time off work. I point out they could swap out fasteners that work with the wrong part, and I'd be okay with that. A lot of back and forth, and I have to end up paying a bunch of extra money to get fasteners that would work with the wrong part they sent me. They made a bunch of money on me with the original order, and they still would have come out ahead had they swapped out the fasteners no charge, but they insisted I pay extra. For a company that prides themselves on customer service, I was expecting better service than I am used to getting at the big box stores. Bummer it had to end this way, but back to the big box stores for me.

Staff is professional, kind and courteous! The store is clean and orderly. I shop hardwoods, of which they have a very nice selection. All the hardwoods are surface three sides. Love shopping there, beats Kitsap lumber hands down!

Great little ma &pa kind of store. Staff is always super helpful and usually on the road pretty quick. Not a big store so not a huge selection but a little bit of everything.

Their lumber is exceptionally better then the big box stores and you're going to find the tools and supplies that they don't carry either. Definitely aimed for the pros and perfectionist 👌
