If I could give them 0 stars i would. I bought a loft bed for my daughter and wasn’t able to put it together right away. A month later ( today) I got it out and tried to put it together. Most of the bed was missing! The four posts of the bed and the a few other pieces were missing! I couldn’t believe they sold me part of a bed! I called them up to tell them and they told me that everything was sold as is! So since I bought it like that ( it was packaged so I couldn’t tell) that they couldn’t do anything for me ! What am I going to do with half a bed? My daughter now has no bed and I am out the money I spent on it! They don’t care that they cheated me out of half a bed. They don’t care that my daughter has no where to sleep! It’s my fault because I bought it like that ! What was I supposed to do, put it together in the store? So angry

I will definitely have something in mind next time I come here, because it is tough to soak in all the different items that are available. There are some really special gems here! The most shiny of all, is the customer service gem. Everyone I talk to acknowledged me and was extremely nice and helpful, even offering suggestions and solutions without me even having to prompt it.

They've reset the interior displays since we were there last. The merchandise is well displayed, and the staff are helpful

Decent store. I wish they had more of a selection of buyable products but they have a decent amount of good stuff priced fairly well.

As far as non profit donation centric revenue earners habitat is my favorite and that is due entirely to the fact that I like to fix things. One thing you can be sure of in today's throw away culture is that there is no shortage of things that work just like almost new. Ok so they don't work at all, but really when it was brand new it was just ever so close to being broken already that it hasn't changed much, and if you fix the piece that did break you'll likely get a longer life out of it than the original owner. That being said, I find a lot of "almost new" commodities that (many times within factory warranty period) need very simple repairs and though it may not come in a shiney cardboard box that I would be obligated to recycle, may already have the inevitable first scratch, ding, dent squeal or squeak so you won't get to relish in the moment of disbelief when your pressure washer suddenly matches up with your car door; with a little ingenuity, some electrical tape, a pocket knife and a slotted screwdriver, Habitat can provide all your power tool, home care, lawn and garden tools and much more. Today was $4.50 1650 PSI electric pressure washer, so yes they are cheap online, but for $4.50, remove 2 screws, put 2 screws back in I have a near new lightweight portable pressure washer which did come with pressure gun, nozzle, and hose!

I couldn't wrap my head around. How much stuff was in there. So many household and useful items it was unimaginable

I go here to find nails, screws, etc when I don't want or need to pay for a big box at a regular hardware store. Also, I have scored great used tools here as well. Plus it has a charitable mission so it is great to support their cause.

Great store! It's recycling and shopping in one! We went to drop off an old, but working microwave. Brandy, store manager, told us that they take broken appliances. Good to know. While we were there, we popped in to look around. What a treat! Eclectic and must have items throughout the warehouse-like store. Brandy runs a tight ship. A high turn over of the merchandise at dirt cheap merchandise, keeps the shopping experience fresh. Always worth popping into.

Way overpriced donated free items. Mostly junk that people should have thrown away.

I'll be back. Crazy deals on some furniture but super small store. No visible restroom whatsoever, which seems to be mostly the case up here.Staff wasn't attentive, but I'll be back probably because they did have some great stuff at really good prices.

There are folks who can never be satisfied so I don't take much light to their reviews. I had a wonderful experience at this store. Over priced? Not even. I scored on some very nice pieces of SOLID wood furniture that I felt were in great shape. The young gal and young man that worked that afternoon were busy running the store. Taking in donations and helping customers. Friendly and helpful...even loaded my truck. I couldn't be happier . I will definitely return, mostly because I ran out of room in my truck!

This place is great. It's one of my favorite places to shop. They keep the prices low on most everything, so you always feel like you have found a bargain. I found the best computer chair here.

Habitat in Belfair:. I have heard so many others give wonderful, outstanding reviews of the Belfair store in the past five years & longer. Please don't change too much. For so many locals, "It's our favorite place to shop". I've heard that statement personally many times. With all the new building in the Gig Harbor & surrounding areas, homeowners have said for a long while that they wish there were a Habitat store in Gig Harbor so they could more easily donate their unused building materials etc. from their house building adventures. Maybe talk to local hardware stores & designate one day per week or more often an area for leaving donations, maybe give their customer's store discount, coupon, or additional percentage off cost at register for using their stores spot to donate to the Habitat mission & goal of developing quality housing for our citizens.

Cluttered but has a ton of variety if you're willing to take the time and look for what you need. Prices are about steep for a few things but in general pricing is what you would expect from a habitat store. I have noticed the employees seem not as helpful as they were a year ago but it won't stop me from returning.

A good selection of quality pre-owned items including hard to find things for your home repair or remodel.

The prices in this store are outrageous! I know your trying to help people get a house but for a coffee table and 2 end tables that aren't in the best of shape 150.00 is way too much. And your staff need a lesson in customer service. When I ask for a manager I dont need snide remarks from a clerk.

Normally a great spot to drop in, but staffed by volunteers and occaisionally they have some real winners. I guess it's just a lottery, can't always find what you want but I buy something everytime I just can't live without. Some times it's priced too high. And other times it's free and easy. Just like the employees.

No nonsense - found great stuff. Unique Light bulbs, to carpet tack, and rare tools. Free stuff is always put out to keep shoppers looking. Would like to see more flooring materials.

I went here for the first time today (9/22/21). As one would expect there was stuff everywhere. My only issue was after wandering around and entering an employee only zone. I found a planer on the floor and upon inquiring about it. I was quickly shot down with extreme unwillingness to help me possibly purchase it. I guess I will go elsewhere with my money and future business. Sad for a place that in one sentence complained about over stock and then a refusal of purchase.

I completely admire Habitat's mission. However their pricing is ridiculous, at least at all of our local stores. It used to be a place to find good deals and contribute to a good cause. Now so much, if not most, is actually often priced above retail. Apparently now they expect all of their customers to be wealthy and willing to pay too much for something all in the spirit helping the Habitat community. This simply means for me I can find nothing worth buying now.

Nice, well stocked aisles for the DIY folks, looking to save some of the hard earned cash, verses heading to the more expensive box chain stores. A great option for saving money, and finding that "must have, so I can fix that" items for your home or office!

Horrible place. We watched someone bring in a new refrigerator to donate. When it was sitting there we asked if they would take 200 for it. Their response was they wanted 400 or would lose money. That is so dishonest. They didn't have a dime in it except for wages for 10 minutes! We donated a bunch of tools (power) and needed one back the next day (just for the day) and they refused. We watched them refuse to come down on prices over and over for folks who could really use the help.We will no love ne'er donate to habitat for humanity. To many decent groups who actually HELP

Sold a couch to me at 530pm, we call to arrange pickup at 1130am and it has been sold to someone else who took off with our cushions! Horrible communication and no responsibility to do what is right in their processes. Prices are way too high and everyone is just rude. 0 stars

I bought some flooring from them that was way too thin for my floor. They told me no returns or anyway to get my money back. $355 dollars down the drain. I won't be going back to them ever again.

People are sometimes rude, prices are outrageous, I usually leave in disgust. I honestly have gone there then gone to ace hardware and got the item cheaper then the one I saw there. I did get a good deal on a weedeater once.
