Friendly service tonight even tho it was almost closing time. One set of sliding entry doors was locked at 9pm, and I wanted to purchase an item right outside the locked doors. so an employee went and got it for me, so I didn't have to carry the heavy items outside all the way to the next set of doors late at night. Thank you! I was happy with my experience tonight. Great job to the folks working at checkout

Freddys has changed in the last few years. I've seen sell items not showing sale at checkout. Thought it was just someone's mistake but my last experience may stop me from shopping there again. Every item didn't show sell. Clerk was rude about it. The sell item tag was for another item but placed in front of wrong item. Seems like Freddys is trying to scam their customers. Now to top things off, security checks me at the door going out. Treating paying customers like criminals and letting the criminals walk out while the security beeper is going and not doing anything. I'm going to shop at another store and maybe try Freddys again someday.

Whoever works in the flower department, you did an absolute sloppy job at making my corsage for my girlfriend. I'm very upset and angry. I gave you just about a week to work on it. So I hope for the next person in line for a corsage, you do a better job for them and take it more seriously

This story was the only one of the five we went to that had fresh cauliflower heads. Although, I believe they could have had more than 3 cashier checkouts open . The lines were extending almost half way to the back of the store. I felt sorry for the cashiers trying to do their best. I assume the issue was due to poor scheduling or lack of cashiers.

Creepy.Been shopping here for years but it's gotten weird in the last few months.It's eerie. Security guards. Have to show your receipt like you're at CostCo. Now there's video surveillance at checkout. IT'S BATTLE GROUND. Why does it look like they need to call in SWAT any moment? Are they putting me on TikTok? What's happening?I had sirens pop off at self checkout when I opened my coat to get my wallet and had to watch video on the little screen of my bald head futz around with it on a loop until the sweet kid helping clicked a bunch of buttons.I'm not at the grocery store to reevaluate my comb over options and remember I have a beer gut. I'm there for combs and beer!Too much hassle. I can say goodbye to buying $8 Nila Wafers and a rake at the same place. Sad.

I stopped here to drop off a prescription for my sister and needed to buy some medical tape they only had 1 kind of tape and it wouldn't stick to the skin I was so frustrated.

Not the Freddy's I loved when my kids were little...the prices are way to high..sad the world has come to this and I used to go at night all the time...but I didn't feel safe ..guess it's not Freddy's fault but very sad

This store I can never do a return. The poor customer service associates are by themselves and there trying but it's busy. Mangers are walking through long line don't care. It's not fair to the person working the desk. Help them!

I've seen better Fred Meyer's but they are all at the top of my preference list for shopping needs. Fred Meyers are always clean and high quality stores. You'll never be disappointed.

My pharmacy in Vancouver was out of my medication but I was told Battle Ground had it. The pharmacy staff there was WONDERFUL! They had me in and out and I was back on my way after a short wait. I did some shopping while I waited and found helpful associates at every turn. Store was very clean and well lit. The restroom was very tidy as well. This location is a great place to shop!

It's a bit crowded and understandably so, since this seems to be the place where everyone in town and the surrounding remote towns like to shop. However, customer service has always been pretty great here. They can be pricey at times, though they have some good deals once in a while. They also have pretty much everything you may need in one stop. It's my go-to for groceries when I'm in Battle Ground. My only problem with it is that it's an easy place to see people from middle and high school that I don't want to see, and I'm not the only one with this issue, but it's not the fault of the store.

The produce at Fred Meyer is poor quality. The shelves often are not stocked. The expiration dates are off and are sometimes only one week from the current date. The merchandise is being held so long in the back that is does not get shelved for a long time. They have stopped selling several of my organic brands and are now using the Kroger brand. A few of the employees look scary. Multiple tattoos and piercings and one person looked like they were dressed up for Halloween and were going to participate in a horror house. That is not a good way to present the store and it is uncomfortable to shop in that atmosphere.

I have been using the Battle Ground WA Fred Meyer ever since it opened. And it seems that nearly every time I do, I have to return to the store to get a refund for an over charge. I have gotten so frustrated with it that I even wrote Kroger (Fred Meyer) about the issue and was given "written" assurance that the problems would be corrected. That was in 2019 and since then the problems have continued to persist. For example, tonight, I went to Fred Meyer to buy some things. They had Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cook mix on sale for 10 for $10.00. I picked up three packages. They also had Fred Meyer Distilled bottled water on sale for $2.49 a case. The cases were placed "RIGHT ABOVE" the price tag. (See image). Discounts were applied but still did not reduce the price to advertised prices. The stores Customer Service counter was closed for the afternoon and evening. While this example of just today's shopping trip is only for about $2.00 or so, it is but an ongoing perpetually dishonest condition at Fred Meyers. Factor in the cost of fuel to return to the store to deal with the over charges and it gets expensive. Fred Meyer's is cheating its customers and that is a fact. If you shop at this location, DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING on your receipt. Chances are you too were over charged for something. Fred Meyer, you owe me a refund, again. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS OVER CHARGING OF CUSTOMERS!

I am not impressed with the Battle ground Fred Meyer. I have had to bring back a jar of their organic applesauce. I was in the middle of making bread and I opened to jar of apple sauce to see a big glob of mold. Half of their sweet potatoes were rotten. The chives had an expiration date for the day I would purchase them. They have replaced many of my favorite brand name organic items with their own Kroger brand. The shelves are not well stocked.I am just sorry there is not a New Season's closer to Battle ground.

Does this location have a break room? Sometimes the Starbucks area tables are filled with employees and customers have no place to sit. Please post a sign stating that it IS a break room so we know not to try and sit there.Thank youGuess the store doesn't have a break room, employees still using the seating for breaks

Tldr: don't go to self checkout with clothing.Self checkout assistant rude, slow in removal of a security tag (they walked off to assist others, leaving me standing there), then wouldn't return the item to my bagging area until I had finished checking out. Not something that happens in regular checkout, wasn't informed that was a policy to begin with, and they made a scene about it when I asked for it back.Wouldn't be complaining if they hadn't been so rude and dismissive. Just share what the special policy is for an item before walking away with it

Love this fredmeyer 🙂 its great and I have never felt safer walking in and shopping. Frankly if you don't feel safe walking in, do your shopping online & use curbside pick up. "Stay home stay safe" right? The store is well organized and the employees are very helpful. Will continue to do my shopping here and support great local businesses

I was just trying to do my shopping in peace when this older worker randomly started yelling at this young girl who was just trying to do her job. She was extremely rude to this girl yelling profane words. The whole Situation was extremely unpleasant. I will not be returning.

We got a 2 pack of ribeye steaks that are so tough a high end steak knife can barely cut through and its like a workout to chew it. Lowest quality bone-in ribeye my dad and I have ever experienced. It's meat, so once you grab it you can't return it but this deserves our money back and more.

I won’t be shopping here again. I would estimate that a good 15% of people were outright not wearing masks. Some more were doing the whole over the mouth but not the nose routine. I was honestly really surprised that Fred Myers was actually allowing this to just be. I usually shop in Vancouver, and sometimes Portland. We don’t experience this at the Freddie’s in those areas. It’s really disappointing to watch Fred Myers have such disregard for the safety of their customers by not enforcing the guidelines put in place. We wear masks to protect others, not so much ourselves. It was concerning to see people without masks stand closely in line.I walked up to customer service out of curiosity and asked staff if they require their customers to wear masks. The employee explained that they are frustrated as well, and that managers are the only ones able to enforce mask wearing. That is obviously not happening. Very disappointed in Freddie’s overall. A large corporation should be able take responsibility of safety measures. My guess is they would rather not lose the business of the individuals walking around making their “it’s my American right to not wear a mask and put your life at risk’ statement.
