I've ordered several items from Double U. Customer service is excellent. Most of my orders are for used items and I've never had an issue with anything. Their dog collars and name tags are great. Shipping is extremely fast I live in Florida and usually have my items in three days. Great company to do business with.

I ordered the Garmin Alpha 100/TT 15 mini bundle. Good price on sale with $100 off. A couple days after I ordered I got a phone call saying the item had gone on backorder. They were very courteous, assuring me that the sale price was locked in, checking to makes sure I wanted to keep the order with them, and explaining some other options to potentially get the item as soon as possible. I ended up getting an email a few days later that the item had shipped and it arrived two days later. Order included three free stickers! I’ll definitely order from Double U Hunting Supply again.

My husband and I love this store/company!!! They are great company!!! they help you with any equipment you buy it, if any questions you can call and they will talk you through how to work it or if you have never used it or to fixing it, if you happen to step on it or your puppy wants to Chew on it they will help you fix it Their clothing is cute ( coming from a girl that is) the quality of there clothing is amazing they have cute shirts, sweatpants and hoodies ... they sell a little of everything from t-shirts to sweatshirts sweat pants thermal apperal for men women and kids they have hates also and then everything you can think of for any type of hunting/chasing bear to mountain lion!! They really are a great company and the employees are amaing friendly people who really do treat you like your part of their family!! I have ordered twice now from Double U, and both times have been great. Everything came quick despite being on the other side of the countryand packaging was secure and neatly organized as no not damage anything. I was having an issue with getting my new Garmin to calibrate so I called and they offered suggestions that Garmin's osupport didn't offer. Extremely friendly and helpful. Bonus points for having Chris Knight as their phone hold music.

I called twice and both times customer service was great. Free shipping by priority mail was very fast from Washington to Vermont. I originally ordered from them because they supported an online forum I was using. Very happy with everything, I highly recommend Double U Hunting Supply.

Traded in a PT 10 collar (transmitter was stolen) for a Dogtra Edge system. Wrong product was sent from Double U’s supplier, called Double U, a replacement was supposed to be sent, but was not sent for 1.5 days.The people at Double U have been apologetic and nice to talk to. But, I still don’t have a system, or satisfaction. I’ll not be using Double U supply in the future. There are other companies that provide better service and satisfaction.
