I love Z Bones. The best part of some weekends is booking a 2pm self dog-wash and at 1pm head to the mud bowl we call Strawberry Hill Dog Park. The Self-Wash comes with use of a dog bath, shampoo, conditioner, brushes and scrubbers, towels a rubber aprons (so just the dog gets a bath) and a commercial drier which my dog tolerates but frankly hates. I love my weekly visits to Z Bones for many reasons. Katia truly cares about her customers (both the animals and the owners!). She goes above and beyond to accommodate the variety of needs our pets have and no matter what is going on when I walk in the door I am acknowledged and treated like a friend. She is hard working, efficient, dedicated to her customers and always has a smile. My day is always brighter after a visit to her store. Z Bones has become a hub for animals who look forward to a treat and attention from the other shoppers. It is a fun experience each trip into her store-always meeting new dogs and their owners. We are visiting Bainbridge Island with our dogs and stopped in Z Bones. What a great shop with specialty food, toys, accessories, bones, treats, you name it. Excellent customer service, sweet to my dogs, gave them some frozen treats to sample. We will come again!

Huge shout out to Megan! Thank you SO much for recommending the Sea-Dent supplement for stinky breath and tartar build up. Within 3 weeks, Snickers breath has improved SIGNIFICANTLY and he has no more visible, dark build up on his teeth. He also really, really loves the Steve’s freeze dried food that he gets with his dinner and says thank you for recommending it ❤️

After visiting Z Bones today my life is now worth living. I thought I would have to put my beautiful sweet Sheltie down. A few days ago he was diagnosed with Cushing disease. I went online and researched what I should give him. There was so much human food & vitamins suggested I thought it would take me hours & many stores to find it all. Not so! I took my list in and the wonderful, knowledgeable owner came up with everything I needed. I am so thankful to her & the incredible store. Jeri

ZBones is wonderful place. The staff has already been helpful and patient. It's a favorite of the local dogs too. If we are anywhere near there, our pup drags us over for a visit. Their local delivery has been very much appreciated during Covid.
