I often shop at this store, it is one of my favorite cannabis stores because they do everything with class and style, they carry a large selection of cannabis products and some of them are actually good. The staff is always helpful and polite. The establishment is clean and well organized with product display appropriately prioritized. Paper and Leaf is one of the top Western Washington cannabis stores for overall experience in the industry and I confidently recommend.

Great attentive and competent customer service beats fast rushed service, every single time.I was encouraged to look around and to please ask, if I had any questions. The gentleman who first greeted me gave me direct eye contact, stated his first name, and he didn't miss a beat as other customers came in, as he greeted each also with direct eye contact, letting them know the same, and he stayed present and attentive, with a keen ability to read the customer and anticipate what they were looking for. He was very professional and very knowledge of the Product. It always makes the shopping experience easy when there's someone available to ask for help in finding that right product. He's very good at what he does.The store is well organized and clean, with beautiful custom natural wood display cabinets.The store layout is comfortable and relaxed, with a similar feel to strolling through the aisles of any retail store, comparing similar products to price, but with an elegance of meandering through a museum viewing masterpieces protected behind a glass case just as beautiful as the art it's protecting. It's really nice, and it really helps the customer to compare different manufacturer's products, of which are all clearly priced, nicely labelled, and displayed in well lit display cases.Great layout, great people, great service, and great products, great experience!And what I truly appreciate about the whole experience was not just how organized this place is, but unlike a lot of other retail stores where there's one long line, with just one budtender, and all the product hidden from view, I felt more involved in making an informed decision after being able to see what was actually available.Great job Paper & Leaf!

Staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. Their selection is great, and they have a round-the-clock sanitized ATM inside for those worried about forgetting their cash during COVID. Their online order system works great with a valid phone number, and you can specify curbside pickup if you wish. Great local shop!

I've only been to a few similar establishments, but they all seem to provide top notch service and selection. I was greeted warmly upon my arrival and given a brief tour of all of the types of goodies. And let me tell you, there are a lot of types of goodies. Prices were reasonable (though I'm an out-of-towner and don't really know the market). Staff was knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Plus, they had an excellent business decision in opening up a sister store for paraphernalia and accessories, so as not to subject buyers to the higher tax rate. Overall, next time I'm in the area, I will definitely return.

I went several times and every time the staff were friendly and helpful. I am a medical patient and I noticed that I got a bigger discount at another shop compared to what I had been getting at the P&L. It is supposed to be 10%.I was there a couple of days ago and I was given 1% and the clerk watched me very carefully when the total was announced. I did not understand why until I got home and read the receipt.I know that buyer beware but I am not willing to hold their hand to the flame for this discount. Once I confirmed this pattern I had to write this shop off.Being nice and helpful while ripping me off does not earn my trust or my business.

A little on the pricey side (although they do often have deals, like 12$ grams of dabs, ect.) , but it's worth it, because you can rest assured that anything you buy is pesticide free! The customer service is awesome. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. So if you, yourself, arent very knowledgeable, there is no need to worry! The staff will help you, and even educate you, in a way that is positive and anything but condescending!You can get edibles here, RSO, and all that jazz, too.They also have a little "head shop" sort of set up next door, where you can buy glass, high tech dab equipment, vaporizers, the whole 9! They even have a barista, who will make you a coffee or Cafe drink of your choice (no thc). There is a viking -esque looking guy in there, with a Long beard... seek him out! He is even knowledgeable on the pot laws and regulations in our state. Very impressive! And, I've never been disappointed by his recommendations! I am a seasoned smoker, who needs things that are potent and hit a certain way... and whenever he tells me something hits, oh baby, does it ever HIT! I find alot of bud tenders, at other palces, will just reccomend/ sell you what they need to get rid of, for inventory type purposes. In these cases, I'm left with a mediocre product that, more times than not, was overpriced. This is never the case at paper and leaf! They will tell you what is truly the most bang , for your buck. A++++++ shop! And don't forget to leave something in the Karma Jar <3 and shout out to the manager man...when my boyfriend and I were living in our van, he did a solid for us, that I won't explicitly describe, but it was so kind that i still cant beleive it! my boyfriend and I still recall it to this day, and it warms our hearts when we do! Top notch customer service!!! And top shelf bud! You can't go wrong at paper and leaf!

Every time I come to this store they seem to either give me way wrong information thinking that they know the best when they really don't know what they're talking about or they help the person behind me and totally ignore the fact that I'm there until I decide to walk out of the door then they want to help maybe the person behind me was their friend or a regular but to me that's not how you should conduct business

The owner is a classic example of an old white man exerting his power and pull to oppress a young local brown laborer.Sometime ago I attempted to return some valves I purchased for my volcano. It turns out that they were only bags and valves, they had no reservoir included. So, they were essentially useless to me.The owner, who spends most of his time manning the headshop portion of paper and leaf, at first told me that the box containing six individually packaged valves was unsellable. The box was undamaged from the previous day, when I purchased it after work, save for a sticker I slit in order to open the tab on the box. I did not even touch any of the individually packaged valves for I saw no reservoir in the box.So, after much debate he decided he would take the valves off of my hands for a fee. This fee was approximately 30% of the total cost of the item which I had no choice but to take. I commented that I work hard for my money by building and remodeling houses and that this small mistake, I had made the day prior, was costing me a whole hour of work.Today, I entered the bud tending section of paper and leaf as I have done countless times...You see, I was hit by a car when I was young. And I have regularly used marijuana, along with acupuncture, massage and chiro in order to combat the pain I have from my fused neck.I had perused the selection of ounce sized flower and decided on one that was in my price range. I walked over to the ATM to withdraw the money to pay for it and one of the clerks, who I am familiar with, informed me that the owner told them never to sell anything to me.I explained my innocuous story of frustration to them about me and the owner and the valves. Then I exited the establishment.This is certainly not the first time that I have had old white men take advantage of me but it will most definitely be the last time I take it lying down.

Hey to the owner, please hire better Barista's. The only one who makes good drinks is Ty. Everyone else makes the worst drinks on the island. My iced mocha had a drop of chocolate… thanks for my cold milk!
