cute bookstore with a decent selection of books and merch. the staff are not particularly nice but not rude, mostly just indifferent. prices are reasonable. i do like that their books have staff descriptions/recommendations.

Such a wonderful selection of books, gifts, and stationary. Couldn't resist some of their gorgeous cards and notebooks. High quality items you can't get anywhere else. And if you're lucky, you may get the pleasure of saying hello to Sergio, their friendly bookstore mascot. 😜

Charming book store with a curated selection from standard genres (fiction, business, spirituality etc.). It's a very nice space with wood floors and neatly organized shelves. My favorite part was the "Staff Picks" section, which featured some lesser known titles, that was helpful for someone looking to diversify their reading list. Overall, check this store out.

05/06/23: I had a great experience exploring and reading books in this beautiful, small, and cozy bookstore. I cannot imagine the feelings when visiting a small bookstore in an island. The staff is super friendly and they have tons of sofas around the corners for reading. I highly suggest this hidden gem to anyone

I’ve been coming here for 25 years, ever since I was a kid. I remember lining up outside at midnight for the Harry Potter book releases. The staff has always been kind, knowledgeable, and full of great recommendations. This is a shining example of what an independent bookstore can do for a community.

Great selection of books and gifts with lots of helpful suggestions tables for books by genre, including local authors. I didn’t see any used books but they did have a nice selection of discounted books.

This is the bookstore of my youth, where knowledgeable book sellers will help you with everything from your next read to just the right gift for a friend or family member. I send all my visiting friends here. It's charming and jam packed with books you'd have trouble finding anywhere else. Plus lovely people.

This is one of the best local bookstores I’ve ever seen. They have an impressive local interest section, a great kids section, and a diverse reading selection in general. I don’t think I’ve seen anything other than a Barnes and Noble that carries more genres.

My favorite place to go and lose a couple hours. Find a book and a chair in the corner while your friends or family shops, and make sure you buy the book afterwards! Great atmosphere and selection

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciate their focus on local authors—particularly the impressive Indigenous section. The only reason I am dinging a star is that the Business section left a lot to be desired. I counted 18 books in the Finance section. Not 18 titles, but 18 total books, including ones where they had multiple copies of the same title.

Hands down my favorite bookstore ever!! They have an incredibly large selection of books available along with jewelry, stationary, soaps, candles, bags, stickers, and so many other trinkets and treasures. Staff is so welcoming and wonderful. They do gift wrappings too and always have the cutest wrapping paper! I also love how the books are categorized. There is a shelf near the front counter sometimes with local authors and staff recommendations. Super fun place to shop.

This bookstore is quant, cute, and packed with wonderful employees and an amazing book selection. I loved that the front of the store was filled with tables and tables of local authors. I think my favorite part was the huge bookshelf by the register of all the staff recommendations! I see these in bookstores often, but it's either sprinkled throughout the store or just a small section. This one was robust with tons of options and I loved reading everyone's take on different books. I picked up a couple of books based on those recommendations that I wouldn't have normally. I'm almost finished with one of them and it's easily in my top 10 favorite books. It is a joy to have visited the store, please make it a part of you trip!

Amazing experience. I needed a a map to purchase. My phone screen went black and would not come a very very kind gentleman in the store hand drew me a map. Then by some miracle he was able to get my brightness bar back. He didn't give me his name but I am very very thankful for

This is a small, but lovely independent bookstore. We really enjoyed our visits here while we lived on the island.
