Nice, cozy place with fairly good coffee. Unfortunately, I waited so long for coffee that I almost missed the boat back to Seattle. Otherwise, good offer, enough seating, nice service. I definitely recommend stopping by when you're passing by and have enough time for waiting. Sweet was super sweet but fine.

I can’t say enough about this young lady who was taking orders and making the orders at the same time. She ran the entire place herself and did an amazing job. She deserves a raise. Think about it, she’s doing the job that’s two people in the Pegasus coffee shop can’t do in their own. Whoever owns this place, I hope you appreciate the excellent employee you have and if you don’t believe me, walk down and wait half hour for nothing like I did at Pegasus before walking up to Cups and experiencing what a good barista you have.

Convenience is key and that is what this place depends on. Located in downtown Bainbridge, it is super easy to find yourself just lounging around here, but that is it. The food, the coffee, prices, and the service is less than average. Unless you are looking for a place to lounge around and drink bland coffee and canned breakfast food I would skip and go to another nearby coffee shop in Bainbridge

So it was raining. And cold. Staff were friendly, personable, muffin was great, hot chocolate made my wife happy and for the win, was the mocha latte. I can’t eat sugar and a lot of places don’t carry sugar free options (not hip enough) and when they do, they dump so much flavor in that it ends up being sweeter than a bee’s butt in a magnolia flower. I suspect it’s because they never taste the product.This almond latte was perfect. I got to have a sweet treat without going into diabetic shock and we had a moment of peace to finish a busy day.Many thanks! It might take awhile, but we’ll be back.

We went this past Sunday and they had electrical difficulties, telling patrons that there would be no hot food served. We were OK with that and ordered cold items (i.e., vege sandwichs). When one of us ordered a lox bagel, they proceeded to give us an entire cut of fish in the middle of the bagel. When we asked why it was served like this, the server said, "it's kind of a build your own dish." The dish was inedible. While we ended up getting a refund but their staff were rude, unprofessional, and poorly trained. If you're looking for something similar, please visit Coquette Bake Shop just up the road, we went there afterwards for food and drinks and it was markedly better!

Super nice people working, however, it felt a bit disheveled (like they just opened for business and weren’t totally set up). There were boxes stacked up around the restaurant, I tried to look for a bathroom but there was storage in front of what I assumed was the door. A quick unpacking of boxes and organizing the space could go a long way. The ice cream was sub par at best. I’m sure it was just the time of day since we were there right before closing time.

Stopped in today for 2 lattes and an iced coffee. Both lattes were luke warm at best. My wife didn’t want to send them back, but I couldn’t drink a luke warm latte, so I asked if she could please make it hotter. She made it clear she didn’t want to be there, or didn’t like what I was asking for. She actually walked over to the counter and put my latte in the microwave for 30 seconds. She handed it back to me and said, here you go, it’s warmer. I was stunned and walked out. Coffee is average at best too…lots of coffee options in town, won’t go back here.Update after owner response: I contacted the owners as requested in their response, but crickets, no reply.

Great spot for a quick bite or cup o' whatever you need. They have a little of everything: sandwiches, wraps, coffee, juice, wine... Easy corner spot, great service. Close to ferry.I had the Turkey BLT with chips and a glass of the house red. Bang on! Good stuff. Will come again.

The turkey blt was good! The bacon was crispy, which we loved. However…… if you could focus beyond the loud party music and flies, you’ll see the restaurant is extremely messy and borderline unclean. The bathroom was overrun with trash (think: trash all over the floor, overflowing from the can,) as well. The icing on the cake for us was my smoked salmon bagel… the bagel was good! And fresh! However, I’ve never once received salmon in this form. I truly had no idea how to prepare the dish. I’m not sure I’d return.

sooo the coffee was awesome, but the atmosphere and service is mid at BEST. the staff seems very huffy about correcting their mistakes and giving directions. not the best experience. don’t come here expecting good food with large portions, it took a long time and portions were small.also there were tons of flies and they keep the bathroom key where you pick up your food. :/

I normally love to bring people to Cups because of how good the drinks and atmosphere is. However, yesterday I had possibly the worst service experience ever. The woman taking our order greeted us with a grimace and a sigh. While I understand that we had a rather large group of people in our party, 9 total, it was pretty disappointing to be “greeted” with such attitude. I know it’s not easy to deal with larger groups, but we felt very unwelcome and rushed while ordering. At one point, she even snapped at one of the members in my group for not picking up their drink from the counter fast enough. I understand wanting to expedite the process, but she had only called her drink less than 20 seconds ago. To be clear, we came during a down period in the afternoon and we were the one of the only groups there. There was no reason to rush us or be rude. Despite the service, the drinks were delicious! I understand that everyone has bad days and I’m willing to give a benefit of the doubt. However, our experience made me slightly wary about coming again.

So good! Lattes were lovely, and my breakfast burrito was tasty. My girlfriend really enjoyed her turkey BLT, especially the seedy multigrain bread. Morning glory muffin was indeed glorious and the staff was very nice.

This was the worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to, and it could have been better if not for the weirdly grumpy, hostile attitude of the employee with the nose ring. They were extremely unfriendly, just horrible service. My “green tea latte” was a mint-colored milk, and it tasted like mint-dyed milk, literally. It was so nasty that I had to throw it away right on the spot. Combined that with the terrible attitude of their worker, it was not worth it.

I ordered an overpriced decaf americano. They used preground beans that tasted like they had been sitting for a long time and had gone rancid. I mentioned that their container likely needed to be cleaned as it tasted bad, and I requested a little extra cream for my drink. The worker acted like I was bothering him by being there. There are lots of coffee shops nearby that have better quality beans and better service. I definitely wouldn't recommend this one, especially if you are looking for decaf.They do have a couple of vegan and/or gluten free pasty options if you get there early.

Consistently good service and great coffee. It's noisier and less boho than some of the places on Bainbridge, but a great hangout for the laptop crowd and moms who lunch. They serve ice cream too.

Cups is an awesome local place to grab some coffee or tea, heck they even have a menu with sandwiches or bagels. It's a little pricey but most things are these days. I ordered a 20oz vanilla soy Chi Tea and it cost me over $7.00. Very tasty and hot. The wifi is fast and free, if you can grab a seat on the sofa it's cozy. You'll need to pick up your own dishes but otherwise it's a great spot for coffee.
