Store needs help. Remember when this location first opened in the early 2000s.A business reflects the neighborhood it is in and corporate Walgreens is failing this neighborhood and community by not taking care of their employees or store.Simply sad, you would think that with the Rite Aid closing nearby that corporate or the owners of this location would be more involved.Short staffed, empty inventory, trash filled parking lot… the staff that have remained seem overworked but definitely deserve praise! They are the reason I will continue to visit this location.Edit: 4/10/24Providing a screenshot that was provided by another neighbor on the public City of Auburn “See, Click, Fix App”.Residents see, and are annoyed this store is not cleaned properly on a regular occurrence.

The Pharmacy here is a joke. Bunch of women with really bad attitudes took them three hours to fill three bottles. After I had a bonegraft And two teeth pulled with a ton of stitches in my mouth. It took these pansies 3 hours to fill 3 bottles. Three hours for a simple prescription

I had a prescription called in 3 days ago by my doctor. I went to pick it up only to be told they didn’t carry the medications at any Walgreens and I would need a new pharmacy and a new prescription from the doctor as you could not transfer it. 3 days they had my prescription and never contacted me to say they would not be filling it. 3 days….

No pharmacist on duty for months and then they finally reopen the pharmacy and there's no driveway access AND they have stopped carrying my prescription at this location only... ridiculous...not to mention their charge stations don't work until an hour after their store opens at 7am...why do the chargers not work until an hour after they open and why the hell do the machines stop working in the first place...? Some of the staff don't know the layout of the building or where their products are located...

I've been using this pharmacy for 8 years. Everyone is human and occasionally there have been snafus in the past but nothing consistent or major. In the last 2 years, there are increasing problems. I'm not sure if it's this particular Walgreens or if the issues are more to do with Walgreens as a company suffering financially and trying to cut costs. I have 2 prescriptions that I get literally every month. Despite that, they don't keep them in stock! I have to wait many days to get the meds filled because they first have to message my doctor to request a refill and in the meanwhile they don't check their stock of my medication. They wait until AFTER my doctor approves the refill to check stock, then inform me that they're out of stock, and then I have to wait a few days until they get a new shipment of the medication. You know you have a patient that gets that med EVERY month. Why are you not keeping it stocked?? And then I get started on a new medication a few months ago and Walgreens as a company is partnering with a distributor who is ALWAYS out of it.You are a pharmacy first and foremost. I know Walgreens is financially hurting and closing hundreds of stores. This sounds like a mismanagement of funds to me. Your job is to carry people's medications, period. If you're cutting costs to such a degree that you can't even do that well, that's a serious problem.This is the closest pharmacy to my house, like 3 minutes away, so it is extremely convenient. Given my health problems, I appreciate the drive thru here because there are times during flares when standing upright in a line in a store is almost unbearable. The next closest pharmacy, the one that has had to take over 2 of my meds that Walgreens does not keep stocked, doesn't have a drive thru. Most of the time I'm fine to walk in, but when I'm in a flare, it makes me miss just being able to wait in my car in the drive thru. So I hesitate to consolidate all of my meds there. In order to access a different pharmacy altogether that also has a drive thru, I'd have to travel to the next city over from where I live, which adds significant extra commute time. And who knows if that one would have the same problems as Walgreens? I can't know that in advance of considering switching all of my meds there. I'm angry Walgreens is causing this upheaval for me.

Cashier was doing nothing but gripping about the customers and the Walgreen company. I tried to ask about photo print specials, and were told there were none! Very rude tonight!

Please understand the requirements for taking passport photos.Know it is ok to to have a natural smile with teeth showing. I was told no teeth could show. This is incorrect information.After telling the lady I wanted teeth to show, she took a photo as we were discussing and I now have to get it retake. Waste if time!

DO NOT! The pharmacy is horrendous!! The whole staff is rude and seem to have no clue how to do their job. The lead pharmacist is the worst out of all of them. He changed a policy that prevents me from getting one of my controlled medications 2 days early, now I only have 24 hours to get that medication before I need it. They often run out of my meds so I have been told that I need to call prior to filling my prescriptions to make sure they have it in stock, they don't do orders on the weekend so if you need your prescription in stock you must talk to them about making an order for your prescription before the weekend to make sure that they have it for your refill... I didn't realize it was my job to tell the pharmacist to order my prescription prior to refilling it... Just ridiculous. To my knowledge pharmacies are supposed to help your mental health but they have done nothing but make mine worse. Please don't waste your time here!

My 3 year old got a COVID vaccine here. The pharmacist was kind, fast and my kid barely cried. They carry Moderna for 3-5 year olds and I am very pleased with our experience here. They even gave my kid a Tootsie Roll Pop! I can't thank Walgreens enough for stocking this vaccine and offering Pfiezer and Moderna (at different locations).

Called the photo department to verify my photos were done and ask how late they were open and make sure it was the right location. Didn't even get that far. The man on the other side of the phone interrupted me every time I tried to speak asking me if I got an email saying they were done. If he had let me finish speaking he would know that I know they are done because I ordered them yesterday!After I verified it was the right store I said thank you (even though I was not thankful for the interaction) and said have a nice day!He hung up without saying any departing words.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My wife came in with a Rx for antibiotics for a very bad tooth infection,dentist was unable to remove the tooth until the infection subsides.The pharmacist at this location let her know they don't accept state insurance so she asked to pay in cash.Tge pharmacist told her that he would not fill the prescription because someone on state insurance should not be able to afford to pay cash.

My husband and I have been going to this pharmacy a few times a month for years, never had any issues. Until last night, my insurance wouldn't cover my prescriptions and when my husband went to get them, they told him. So, I called Walgreens to talk to them. When the woman answered the phone, she was rude. Like I was wasting her time, and I had barely even got out my name. Then she holds the phone away from her and you could hear her say 'it's Sara, do you want to talk to her?' the other person says 'no'. Really?! I get it, they were going to close in 10 minutes, but that's not ok. You deal with people's meds and health issues. Get it together.

This Walgreens is bar none the best pharmacy in town. The pharmacists here are all very knowledgeable and they always are very happy. I can't say enough great things, thanks for being there.

Highly do not recommended filling your prescription here! They are always out of stock of the medication and will only order more on the date of scheduled fill so you will always have to wait days after you are supposed to get your medication because the pharmacy staff are not proactive

I have been patronizing Walgreens (And I mean ReLiGiOuSlY spending around a hundred dollars a trip at Least once a week) for over 15 YeArS! It is one of my Favorite stores (one of my hubbys worstnightmares te-he) and I have never had an issue with this location up until recently when I tried to return 3 items. One item that I purchased about a week before that had never been opened which I had my ORIGINAL RECEIPT for, (the other 2 items I thought I had my receipt but I had confused it with another.) After the apparent manager Finally decided to make his way to the counter, after being called by intercom 3 times, and about 15 minutes later. He looks me up and down and then rolls his eyes and says, "You got a receipt for any of this?" I handed him the receipt for the first and then explained my mistake about the second one, so the first item he looks at my receipt sees it was purchased with my food card, then proceeds to announce to the cashier about 20 feet away "Um, this was bought with a Welfare Card you shoulda told her we don't return to those. We would lose our license and 'they' would come and shut this store down if we returned the funds to her card. Had it been a actual legitimate like credit card or whatever we would do it no problem but we don't do no returns to ebt cards. The government would come and Shut Us Down." He ThEn picks up one of the other items and says, 'NoW, as for These Um I can tell you for a fact we have not sold this item in our store within the last month probably even 6 months." (I bought both items at that store probably the week before.... at most 10 days before.) Then he picks up the next item again... does not even scan it or anything and he says, "and This I don't even think we carry but HoNeStLy if we do they 'LoOk LiKe' they were stolen." (Again, Loud Enough to be heard by a 10-15 ft vicinity.) "So we will not be returning Any Of These tonight." I asked for his name and he said, "I'm one of the managers here if you have a problem you can call the store and tell them they will know I'm the only manager working tonight and they will be happy to tell you the same thing I just told you. Maybe if you had A receipt or used a 'real card' but nobody's gonna help you. Have a nice night!" I was so embarrassed and upset I cldnt do anything but walk out! If I would have been thinking I would have realized the reason I shop there is because of the fact you are able to exchange or return cosmetics so easily. Not to mention the receipt even states their no problem 30 day return policy.

The pharmacy doesn't communicate any information (even if it significantly delays your prescription). The pharmacists (other than the lead one) cannot give any logical information, and seem to be incapable of basic thought.

The people who work at the pharmacy are rude & disrespectful, if you can change to another location do so. BTW I switched to BARTELL DRUGS and they are so friendly and helpful!! They go out their way to help ppl who need they're prescriptions, if I were you switch over(:

Nothing better than going in there and having the manager tell you that it's okay to have a customer hacking on all the customers walking in right at the register cuz she needs to sit down ask for a manager she told me she was asked for the district manager number to get ahold of them and was told no nice place to shop at come and get your covid-19

I love all the employees whom work at this store they are very kind and caring I go here all the time I just wish they opened earlier for my convenience my work schedule is harsh and I do shopping early if possible
