Almost every time I visit this store the shelves are half or completely empty. There are entire sections of the store that are just barren shelves. There's only ever one cashier until the line becomes so overwhelming that a manager steps in to help. I understand that maintaining full staffing is difficult, but having a store with no stock and no workers makes customers not want to frequent a location. Things have declined rapidly in the last 6 months, it almost feels like the store is going out of business with how few products they have available.

I’ve come here 4 times over the last two weeks to drop off a Fuji film camera. Every time I’ve come in, the employees on duty say they don’t know how to process the request to get my photos printed (despite me having done this 3 times at this location previously) and to come in the next day for their manager who is supposed to be in and fulfill my request. Every day I come looking for him, he’s not here. Perhaps train your employees to be able to do all of the job duties + don’t lie to customers and say someone will be on shift to help them that either A.) isn’t coming into work 2.) is imaginary and no one here is trained to do this

Had a prescription called in from a doctor, Sunday. When I called to check when it would be ready, the automated message said after 7:30. I get there to find out the pharmacy isn't even open on Sunday. When I arrived Monday around 11, it still wasn't ready. Talk about customer service.

I come to this Walgreens all the time, but only out of necessity and its short distance from work. If there was another one closer than north Auburn I’d go there. Nearly every employee is rude, but especially the black lady with braids that works mornings. I’ve seen several instances of her bad attitude but today crossed the line. I came up to the register and waited while she took her sweet time getting to the counter, only to completely disregard me and have a full on conversation with the person in line behind me before scanning my one item. Wouldn’t even look at me, took her nearly 3 minutes to get the monitor turned on and scan my item. The entire transaction she was talking to the person behind me and I had to ask twice for a receipt. I get it, I sometimes hate my job too, and if I worked at Walgreens I’d hate it even more, and I also like to talk with my regular customers, but maybe the manager at this Walgreens should make sure their employees are at least acknowledging a customer when they come up to the register and not just chatting with their friends and ignoring the rest of us. That kind of disrespect towards customers doesn’t fly at the business I manage.

Such bad experience so many so many shop lifters!!! The side corner is dangerous. People drive way too fast in that blind spot! Sketchy parking lot at night, no security at all

They canceled my appointment for the updated covid vaccine the day of my appt, because they didn't get the shipment supposedly. Even though I called two days prior and verbally confirmed with the staff that they already had enough vaccine for my appointment, after a different Walgreens canceled on my friend the day of her visit. Shame on you, Walgreens, for overpromising and underdelivering. I'll never trust you for another vaccine.

This store is racist!!! They assumed everyone with corlor is stilling. I had bad experience with the trashy cashier in here. She need to own a mirror. I will never come back to this store, I rather spend my money some where who will appreciate it.

Oh, just came in to check price of Elizabeth Arden's Red Door and ended up buying some clear mascara. I had slight trouble finding it, but a your female employee politely pointed it out for me. Small thing, but I'd been looking for the mascara for few weeks.Thank you 😊

EDIT: DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE!!! This place has hit a new low. I Tried to transfer my medication to another Walgreens and this pharmacy is closed apparently due to understaffing without notice. I spoke with the store manager to find out when I’d be able to get my medication that’s being held hostage and was very rudely told “they’re closed,bye” and had her try to hang up on me. I told her to wait and tell me when I can get my medication and she said in four days, but didn’t seem confident. Honestly this is more than incompetence it’s actively dangerous.They forget to give me some of my medications. They say they have my medication in stock, then tell me they don’t. When attempting to get a “bridge prescription” when my doctor didn’t send them in on time, and of course they didn’t have them in stock, they had me calling other stores, which because I’ve never done a bridge, I did. Turns out it’s their job to call, and the other pharmacist was shocked they made me do it.They offered a partial refill on one medication they didn’t have a month supply of, so I could have my meds that were already late, and neglected to inform me I can’t pick up the rest until after a specific date. There’s always a line, and always other customers having issues as well. I’ve never had a pharmacy that’s been this unorganized, had my medication this badly managed, and caused as much aggravation. This will be my last fill here, and if I were you id find somewhere competent.

This place never has PEPSI!! Always full stock of coke products every day an never Pepsi don’t matter what day I go there.. another complaint took 15 mins for someone to help me in the beauty section cause everything is LOCKED. I like going here but the stuff I need at last min stop is hardly ever there. But other than that I love going here for tax exempt but wished it was more stocked

Every time I am getting my prescription filled I have to fight with the pharmacy to get it on time. My insurance lets me get my medication filled two days early. They fill it early for my partner, but I am treated like a junkie when I try to. Maybe it’s because I’m Mexican or they truly are incompetent. They actually had the audacity to argue with me on the math which they were wrong on and just dismissed me when I broke it down for them. If this was a one time thing I could let it pass as a bad day, but this is every time I get it filled.

I was searching for any store that had alcohol still left in stock but was having no luck. Then I went too walgreens and just like most other drug stores their was no alcohol on the shelves, I asked an employee who murmured back too me "I don't know". He did not bother making eyes contact with me and simply went back to stocking the shelves. Once I was checking out at the front, I saw a bottle of alcohol! The cashier was kind and let me purchase that bottle with my shopping items. So overall, I guess it worked out.

took a hot wheel right off the shelf as a birthday present and when i went to check out, the sassy cashier said that she couldnt sell it to me because it wasnt ringing up? didnt give me anymore options or anything. horrible lazy manager. will be contacting her manager. does not deserve a job that involves helping customers.

The manager Andrea is extremely rude and far from customer service oriented. The person in front of me had asked her if it was possible to split the cost of their purchase between 2 cards. She rudly states only if its EBT. So they then ask her to re-ring the items and do two separate orders when she proceeds to grab my items. I stop her by covering my item that she was trying to grab telling so she stops ringing and sais she was refusing to provide service to me because she didn't like the tone that I spoke to her in. er subordinates are no. When I openly asked if anyone else could help me the cashier replied that she didn't want to get involved. She then refused to provide a phone number to file a customer complaints and refused to provide her supervisors name. When I took out my phone and started recording the intereaction she said she was going to call 9-11 because I didn't have the right to record her.This is by far one of he worst walgreens I've ever frequented. I'm not sure what is worse - the meth addicts hanging out in the parking lot or the poor customer service.Piece of advice Andrea - get a new job becuase you clearly hate the one you have and you're not very good at it.

Called twice!! 12/23/2020Shift lead supervisor Diana keeps hanging up for no good dam reason!! All I wanted is too buy some thing and too confirm if they had it on stock!! The lady at the pharmacy has no idea what she's talking about and tells people their prescriptions are ready when they aren't. We had asked her previously if it was ready, multiple times even and that we would be back to pick it up. When we showed up, she said we couldn't pick it up for 2 more days. Such a waste of gas and time, really disappointed in their lack of care.

I went to shop for something, and i was standing on one of the aisle's reading reviews on my phone about the product before i bought. Mgr kept snooping around like i was just there to shoplift. Stop stereotyping people.(just because the skin is not like yours) I shop here 2/3 times a wk.

Staff here is always super helpful and willing to answer any questions. The pharmacy staff is super friendly and makes sure your comfortable and know everything you need to about whatever it is that your picking up.

Aside from there being an obvious lack of employees because everything is not stocked to the room, it is still Walgreens it is still clean and very efficient :-)

Wouldn't let me use their restroom because it "closes at 9". It was 9:21. Their employee also looked at me like I was stupid. They are losing business because a customer can't stay to buy things if they need to leave to use the restroom. I will not be returning.

Not very helpful, waited a long time for service. Pharmacy hours not posted online so had to come in 3 separate times to fill prescription for injury. Spoke to asst. Manager who said no one can change it, which is very definitely not true.

Your average Walgreen's, but in an inconvenient location due to how the traffic routes. Inefficient City Planners caused the problem, but Walgreen's took the bait. They have a RedBox here, so you might be into that. Can't think of much else to get excited about - you know what Walgreen's is, so if you're reading this review this far, you're probably a Jabronie in some way.

The Pharmacy staff is so rude, I’ve tried to get prescriptions filled here multiple times but they always say to use the other Auburn one because it’s easier for them. Highly recommend going to the one on Harvey Rd instead.

People are helpful, the lady her name is Tianah, she was very helpful and nice, I had couple of questions about my items’s price if they were on sale and about my rewards and there was long line behind me but she helped me in a very nicely way in only few minutes.
