called in for a nail trim very close to the cut off time for the day & I got the answering machine. we had never been there before & so I left a message & they called me back within a very short time, giving me enough time to still make it there for the nail trim. they were awesome enough to give us an extra hour of grace "after" their cut off time so we could make it in for the nail trim. my dog is a sweetheart but gets pretty nervous when getting groomed or examined, which is odd bc my last dog couldn't wait to get into the chaos of grooming/examination & didnt look back once I handed her off. the groomer was GREAT & gave me the option of helping if it would help my dog to be less nervous.she left it totally up to me. I opted to not help & the groomer "nailed" it.. 😁my experience was AWESOME!! I highly recommend this place with its friendly, caring, thoughtful staff who put a smile on both mine & my dogs faces!! THANK YOU!!

Avoid. The receptionist was very kind. That is the only nice thing I can say. Groomer was rude, dismissive & did a horrible job. Refused to do anal glands, pretty much refused to do nails and when I got home, my dog has an abrasion on her tummy. My pup is a naked tummy dog, no reason for her to be injured there. Went straight from this shop to local vet to get glands done. Paid twice today due to total incompetence. Furious that she was hurt and it was never mentioned.Edited to respond to the below.I didn't set them up to fail. I told them point blank, you have muzzle her for her nails. Groomer told me at pick up "we don't like to do that so we didn't." They had the facts. Didn't listen to owner. Period.

Love this place and everyone who works here. The owners go out of their way to have things I need in stock and are always friendly and grateful. Their groomers are fabulous and can even cut my reactive dogs nails. Love using the self wash too. Highest score here!!!!

My little dog has always been a problem when it comes to touching her feet, today I took her and her sister and their nails were perfectly trimmed and their hair shinny and perfecf, I've been there twice, and I will continually to come, they have been extremely nice 💙 ❤

My husband called this morning to schedule and appointment to have our dog groomed. The woman who he spoke with told him that they don’t accept any new dogs and was very very rude. I’ll be spreading the word to people telling them not to go there. Two thumbs down! 😡

We have gone to Tiki Tails Salon exclusively for the past year since living in the area. We take our elderly bulldog for the self wash and to have his nails trimmed. It is affordable, warm and welcoming with amazing customer/animal service. We have always been pleased with the service and kindness from the owners and all employees. Highly highly recommend!

We really love Tiki Tails. We’ve been bringing our poodle, Chocolate, to them since 2016. We’ve never had an issue. The staff is kind, friendly, and very loving to our pets. Definitely recommend!

I wish I would have come here sooner! The staff is friendly and kind. My sweet elderly shih tzu, Pako, looks wonderful and the prices are amazing. The groomer listened to all my concerns on how I wanted Pako groomed, and when I picked him up he wasn’t anxious, so I know he had a good time there. We will definitely be returning, and I’ll be scheduling for my kitties to get their nails trimmed here. Thank you so much!!

They are the perfect place to come for doggy nail trims! They are friendly, quick, so kind to my nervous dog. Every trim had been excellent and the price is wonderful! The paw-dicure is also well priced and the clean up of paws is quick and efficient and well done. Update: this is all still true. I love taking my dog here for his trims.

Amazing customer service! They always listen to what we'd like and come through every time. Our Winston has had the express done a couple of times, at the owners suggestion, to get him used to the process. Today he had his first full groom and cut, and he did amazing! New grooming appointment, was real impressed with their level of care and the way the groomer handled him before taking him back. Also noticed that the woman at the front desk knew all the dogs names and greeted them as they came in. They also have a diy dog wash and make it easy for you to use.
