Our favorite new groomer. I was a little worried bringing my dogs to the groomer after having bad experiences at other places. I have nothing but good things to say about Ruff n Fluff and I trust them with my dogs! I can tell they are dog people and know how to handle them. Gouda and Olive will be coming here from now on. My girls Roxie and Bella LOVE going to Ruff N Fluff Pet Grooming every other week. When I tell them it’s time for spa day and pull out their leashes they get SO excited. When we get out of the car they eagerly pull to get inside as soon as they can. To me, this is a sign that they love going, which gives me confidence they are being taken very good care of while they are there. They come home so soft and shiny and always have some kind of cute bandana tied around their little necks. As long as we live in the area, my girls will be clients at Ruff N Fluff. 🐾🐾❤️

I have two dogs. The old one is grumpy like Walter from jeff Dunham. The 1 year old instigate trouble without even trying.Ruff and Fluff had no issues with either of them. This is amazing since they are NOT drama free for me.It is nice to have a dog looking and smelling good during the 5 minute drive home. Then they are back to digging to ChinaFriendly staff that knows what they are doing!

Recently moved to the area; after bad experiences with Petco I decided to support a small business instead, and absolutely love everything about them the customer service, the BREEZE in getting appointments scheduled to how my pups turn out.I really like that they have their cages right up front rather than hidden in a room. Really appreciate that. So when i pick up my pup his ready and at sight when i walk in.The staff is so helpful and really listens to what I’m hoping for 10/10 .Also there was no hesitation in working with my Doberman and that made me feel really comfortable with them.Definitely recommend this place!

We've been going to this groomer since we got our pup. He's a small goldendoodle so regular grooming is a must. The staff is nice and friendly and they've provided great service for us in all of our appointments so far.Since there's the mystery canine illness going around, they're currently doing what they call "straight-through" appointments where the groomer will service only your dog for the entirety of the appointment. They'll do everything on the self wash side of the shop to keep your dog away/isolated from other dogs. For us, they gave us a call about 15 mins before our pup was done so this gave us ample time to pick him up as soon as he was done, reducing risk of being exposed to other dogs. They currently charge an additional fee of $30 for this, which for me is worth it.We've been working with Simon for our pup's last 3 appointments and we've been very happy with how our pup comes out.Highly recommend this place.

I would have given 5 stars if the would of done her toe nails. For $100 all other places do the nails. If it was more I would have paid it. I told them when I went in that I wanted a full groom with everything. The girl was very nice and did a good cut and was knowledgeable for the best part though. I will return for that for sure.

My Chihuahua mix little girl is so afraid of loud noises that makes it impossible to use clippers on her long coat that nobody could cut her hair properly. Plus she gets angry and could bite you if you mess with her too much. The first place I took her to couldn’t really do much with her. I decided to give it another try at Ruff N Fluff and it was the best experience for us. Symon really did an awesome job with her, I could hardly believe my eyes when he brought her out. She was completely bathed and hair cut perfect. So I guarantee you if you have a hard to handle little job Symon at Ruff N Fluff is and should be your go to person and place. 5 stars from me.

So pleased with the service here. They were so accommodating with my dog. My dog has bad separation anxiety and last weekend I tried to take him in but he was not having it. I had to pick him up. But what I appreciated was that they 1) did not want to push him farther than he wanted to go (so no trauma) and 2) were willing to work to come to a solution to be able to see him and get the job done. So I brought him back this weekend and they were able to pamper my pup. So overall just great customer service!

This was my second time going to Ruff n Fluff. The first time I took a friend’s dog in, a King Charles Cavalier. They shaved his ears completely. I felt horrible when my friend came back to find their spaniel without ear hair. It took a year to grow back in.This time I needed someone last minute for my own dogs and decided to give them another chance. I thought they looked kind of ugly when I picked them up, they are bearded dogs and for some reason their beards and cheeks were shaved into a weird point so their cheeks are wider than the beard. Whatever, I didn’t even bother to say anything. The real problem is that after I got them home I realized that they both have cuts all over them. One of them has a pretty bad cut on her leg that is almost a half inch long and seems to really bother her. The other dog has one on her lip that looks like it bled a good bit. More cuts on each of them. And the worst part is that one, Lulu, has a horrible rash on her stomach. She can’t stop licking it and I am going to have to take her in.EDIT:The groomer called me after my review, at 9pm December 23rd when I was with family. I answered to hear her out, but she just kept repeating "I was so gentle. I was so careful. I was so gentle." in a defensive tone. I finally told her that I wasn't going to change my review because she called me at 9pm to tell me she was gentle. She then said "Well I can give them a soothing bath." Which I would have appreciated if she had started the phone call with "I'm sorry this happened, I would like to offer you a soothing bath that might help." But there was no apology and the offer only came after I told her I was not changing my review over her call.After the holiday, I returned home to realize that one of the nicks Lulu received during her groom turned into an abscess. It was the one on her neck that I noted directly after the groom and felt like it looked like it had bled.It was absolutely swollen with puss, and I had to defer to a friend who is a vet and bought all the supplies to fix it and the rash myself. Both are on the mend, but requires daily care and I had to drain the abscess myself which was both disgusting for me and painful for her. I messaged the groomer over Facebook, then waited a few days because of the holiday. I finally called her on the second and asked for a refund for just Lulu's groom. She responded again being defensive saying "I was gentle." and trying to hang up on me. I finally told her that if she can call me at 9pm the day before christmas eve, she should be able to take my call on a tuesday at 4:50pm and she stopped trying to hang up. I said that I had to talk to a vet and get care for her abscess and rash both. I just wanted my money back for the one groom. She told me multiple times "I didn't nick her. I was careful. She had NO nicks on her when I gave her to you" As if they just randomly appeared on her at my home. Then she told me "Well she was matted on her neck, which is why there is a nick." Which is a completely different story than she told in the first place, and she had also told me when I picked her up that the dog didn't have any mats on her (which was a topic of conversation because my other dog DID have some mats) and I said, "Yeah, she has never had mats. Her fur isn't the texture for it like my other dog."So now we have multiple back and forth stories. First that she doesn't have mats. Then that she didn't nick her. Then that she nicked her because she has mats.She kept demanding to talk to my vet, so I finally told her to call Sumner, because I trust them and figured if she spoke to a vet there that they could tell her that any bad cut like that could abscess and all the ways a rash can form because of hot tools, unclean tools, etc. I was not willing to give her the number of the private vet that I saw, nor did I think it should be necessary.I finally called the bank and contested the charge. I am horrified by the way the owner of ruff n fluff conducts business. All this over $126.50. Do yourself a favor and find a different groomer.

Asland has never had a razor rash since he started coming here. They are so good with a hyper, allergic to everything dog. He is so lucky we found them. Give them a try, you will be pleasantly surprised.

We’ve been to several groomers, but no one compares to Naomi and her team. We’ve been going to Naomi for a year now and it’s been consistent overall. They’re very attentive, gentle, and the cuts are amazing! Miso doesn’t seem to be overwhelmed either and appreciate how it is a smaller shop.

These ladies are absolutely fabulous!!!!My sweet little 10lb Shih tzu/Yorkie mix that I rescued last year, is such a sweet little man. I seriously don't think he knows how to be mean or even fight back... He is now @4&1/2yrs old and he's been through a lot. I'm his 3rd owner. He's silent because his first owner had his "bark" removed. Who does that to a dog?? 🤬Anyway, I needed to mention all that because the first groomers I took him to ended up clipping a chunk of skin off of his shoulder and the owner wouldn't even apologize or want to see his wound.... 🤔 She just said that I should find another groomer!... Ummm.... NO PROBLEM!!! He couldn't even whine, whimper or bark, to say THAT HURT!! 🤕😭 I'm pretty sure they never even remember that, even though it was written down. 🙄😤 THATS JUST MESSED UP!!!SO.... It was scary, but I had to try and trust someone again. That's where Ruff N Fluff came in to the picture and they absolutely saved the day!!! I'm so sorry that they had to bathe him "3 times" to get the him clean and I had been paying this other place $15 just for his baths!! His fur looks and feels so much nicer now!! They cared enough to do that for us!!We won't go anywhere else now! They love what they do and it's so obvious!! They're so personal and after just 2 appointments my little guy looked like he owned the place, when I picked him up! 😆 I absolutely loved that so much!! Thank you Ruff N Fluff!!! You guys are THE BEST!!! ❤️❤️❤️

They are my saviors. I have had issues twice now, where I drive 45mins to Federal way for my two Yorkies to see the groomer who has been grooming them for a good 10 years & the groomer ( owner ) no showed on me on multiple accounts. She will literally text while I’m in her parking lot (after waiting for over 30mins ) to tell me she needs to cancel. I sedate one of my dogs due to anxiety and a collapsing trachea for this appointment, so it’s very inconsiderate of her to keep cancelling like that. I have officially decided to continue with Ruff N Fluff. They do a good job, twice I have been able to call Ruff N Fluff last minute and they have been so caring and sympathetic of my groomer no showing on me with a sedated dog and they get my dogs in for grooming right then. Today was that day where they saved me again, I arrived at 9:30am and my dogs were done by 12:30pm.They are amazing.

Amanda is our groomer (we followed her from another establishment because we love her). Our dog Phoebe isn’t always so sure about people up in her personal space, but Amanda knows her well and knows how to patiently help her handle grooming without an issue. Phoebe trusts her, and so do we! She does an amazing job, we are always happy with how great Phoebe looks!

We are first time customers, but such an excellent job was done with my dog Rusty. This is my new grooming store. When my son went to pick up the dog, he saw the cutest puppy there. He couldn't figure out why this dog seemed so happy, until he realized it was my dog I couldn't be happier. His natural body lines were followed giving him a natural yet graceful look. His coat is soft and beautiful. This is the place to go in Auburn!
