Rite Aid has been my preferred pharmacy for the past 15 years. The staff are courteous, helpful and prompt. They have always answered my questions regarding what the medication is for and how to take it.

this Rite-Aid is great. the employees are helpful, the company doesn't understaff so all the customers don't feel lost or a bother when meeting assistance. they will walk you to a isle to find your product. also they are just plain friendly

Surprisingly one of the best pharmacies. Everyone is always super nice and helpful. As someone who struggles with anxiety and ADHD it def makes a difference when ppl are nice to u and are considerate of ur time and u. Also they process prescriptions pretty quick only had a few issues requesting refills and I believe that was purely the websites fault. That's why I always to make them my preferred pharmacy I know I'm not gonna be lost in the faxes or completely forgotten about when it's been over week since my medication needs to be filled. And another they usually always call u back or answer the phone. That was a big issue with my doctors office's pharmacy it was very difficult to get ahold of them for anything. As well as only being open mon to fri and they close by 4 or 5. Which constantly made it difficult for me and not convenient during the my work days.

I''ve been a Rite Aid customer for 40+ years. They always seem to have what I need; personal items for the entire family for daily or seasonal use, and a nice selection of cards for any occasion. I count on their great customer service.

The only reason why they got one stars because I had to put something this has got to be the worst place I've ever been to seriously I'm a huge reviewer and I have to say this is the worst I have kidney disease pretty much in kidney failure I need a kidney you know so it makes me have to go pee alot I looked at the manager and asked her if there was a key to the bathroom she looked me up and down and said the toilet is broken I admit i look a little rough well I just did 8 hours of dialysis you would look rough tooi had tears in my eyes from the pain in my kidneys she was more concerned about going outside to smoke a cigarette rather than make sure her customer is ok. Where is the compassion for people where is the customer service what happened to taking care of your customers. It's so sad she looked at me like I was garbage I've never felt so humiliated in my life she had on no name tag but today is ,January 24th 2024 and it's 5pm I'm sure you can figure out who she is my mom my dad me and my kids well our entire family will be leaving rite aid and will begin using Walgreens you just lost about ,30 loyal customers shame on u

Wow! This is not the same store I left 4 years ago due to long lines and issues at the pharmacy... So due to an accidently sent electronic RX, I needed to go there to pick it up. So glad I did, I might switch back to the RiteAid pharmacy because of how nice it was. Fast, efficient, and friendly service, everything you want in a store.So if you left like I did because of riff-raff and panhandling in the lot, and an overworked, frazzled pharmacy staff - Welcome back, it's nice again, especially if you shop early before the bums wake up.

Came in to pharmacy at 10:30 am to pick up a script, which went flawlessly. The ladies that helped me really were helpful and nice about being so. I just really appreciated the service, as I've had it go otherwise before. Thanks ladies!

The employee of the universe is employed at this rite-aide. RUBY. Rarely will you find someone who will consistently go out of their way to make sure the customer is number one and getting the best deal possible. I started coming to this pharmacy 5 years ago. I have recently moved out of the Auburn area and tried several pharmacies in my new neighborhood. They have no RUBY. I now drive an hour and a half one way just to come back to this pharmacy. There is only one RUBY and she works here. The rest of the staff are wonderful as well. I have never had a bad experience at this rite aide. Highly recommended to anyone who appreciates shopping where the customer is always treated like they matter. There is one issue which needs to be addressed the pharmacy closes at 8:00 on weeknights not at 9:00 as listed on Google maps.

Took time off work to get my prescription it said open at 8am. They don't open the pharmacy till 9am! Fix your website!! Super annoying and unconvinced to have to wait for an hr!! I asked the employee why it was closed. She said well that's what the door says. Thank you for your help and customer service!! (That last one was sarcasm!) Had to write that out because I don't feel like any employee would have been smart enough to get it!! 🙃

Me and my mother have been coming here for our prescription for the last 20 to 30 years and they’ve never done us wrong. I recently lost my cool thinking there was a mistake but really it was my mistake and they handled it amazing. There’s a woman that works in the pharmacy with long gray hair and a pretty cool facemask and she is just a rockstar. She dealt with my meltdown and then reassured me that I wasn’t a bad person for it. Thank you for your patience, dedication, and endless years of service

Cashier gal was nice but didn’t seem she knew what to do. I just went there to get an updated COVID shot and she kept asking if this is the booster, 3rd shot or 4th shot although I already presented my vaccination card which clearly shows that I’ve already received 4 shots… I thought it was pretty simple when I went there and told her i was here to get an updated COVID shot… she was nice so I give 2 stars but it was frustrating that such simple thing couldn’t go any smoother smh

I've been a customer of this Rite Aid for over 20 years and never had a problem until the last handful of months.They never have my prescription in stock even though I'm prescribed to never miss a day. Due to them never having it in stock, I have horrible symptoms and incredible amounts of pain. My prescription is very important to my health obviously.I used to love the service here so much that I didnt switch my pharmacy when I moved to Federal Way.Now I had to drive all the way here the past 3 days in excruciating pain for no prescription until now.I'm never returning.

I do not feel safe shopping at this location. Property owner is negligent to not address the trash in the parking lot, transient hangout (sometimes with couch!) in alcove, and active IV drug use around Rite Aid and Goodwill.

If I could give a lower review I would. Called ahead to see if they had what I needed in stock and they said they did and that they would set it aside. When I got there the cashier said they were out and none were set aside. I wouldn't be reviewing so low if she hadn't talked to me so nastily. Her attitude was like I was incoviencing her. I don't think I will be coming back here.

This RiteAid isn’t in the best area but I still go here over all others. You have this wonderful women working in your pharmacy, I believe her name is Ruby. She is the highlight of my trip to RiteAid whenever I go! She has the best energy and she cares so much about each person she interacts with. I’m sadly moving out of Auburn so I won’t be going to this RiteAid anymore, and I actually stopped in just to say goodbye to her because I just love her to pieces! I will miss her, and it’s strange to say as she was just my pharmacist! But to be able to say that, just means you have an amazing pharmacist in your company and you should be very proud of her for the above and beyond care and compassion she gleams off every time she’s with a customer! This woman deserves employee of the year and a raise! She will be very missed by my fiancé and I ❤️

The worst customer service imaginable. The rude cashier that I went to (long pointed fake finger nails, finger less gloves, and a smirk on her face) when I told her that the item that I was buying was on sale,she told me that it was only with a rite aid card or phone number on record. I know that I have a card,but my phone number didn"t work. She could have given me an application, but she didn't. I don't have to get an application,because I am never going to that rite aid again. She needs to be fired. She should never be in a job where she meets the public

Store itself is fine, but the parking lot has been a nightmare of garbage and homeless for years. Extremely dangerous and unwelcoming, especially at night. Rite Aid obviously doesn't care, or else they would have done something about this mess.

Love RiteAids... but this location the staff is quite rude most of the time... and they have people that literally follow customers down every single isle watching. But Not to help provide Any Sort of Customer Service... just making sure You see that they see you. It's pretty Ridiculous!

Every time I get my prescriptions refills they say that it will be ready at a certain time and I show up an hour past the time and it's still not ready constant hassle every visit

I bought a 2 pack of masks they were kinda cool so I bought themGot home didn't fit so I returned them the clerk said my receipt didn't match the masks and rejected my return (only thing I had bought from any rite aid in the Las 5 yrs) so I read the receipt better and under the description it had the same as the box so I went back and explained to the clerk and the manager what I had found and they told me to bring the right receipt for the product even though I insisted that that was the right receipt in the end I was escorted out by security

The rx is a bunch of a**holes. They were arguing with each other while I was at the counter and magically couldn't find my insurance, that's on file. Then when I went to go find my card in my car, they returned my prescription to the shelf and I had to do the whole process of getting my prescription filled again. People up front are chill though.

Horrible!!! I asked Three times if they ran my medical because it was so exspensive for my pills and they said three times yes they did well i called My medical and no they didn’t!!
