I was almost overwhelmed with the selection that they had just for the cats. Most pet stores and retail stores don’t have a big section for felines. It’s mostly for dogs, so that was awesome and I wanna give a shout out to the two ladies that were working today. They were very helpful very informative and overall friendly with me and my girls. Will definitely be coming back and browsing more of the selection.Enjoy this photo of my boy and the catnip I got from here. He’s going nuts over it :)

I've been shopping at this Pet Pros location for a little over a year, and love it. The staff is helpful, and they treat me like I'm a valued customer every time! I'm always greeted when I enter the doors, and I feel like they go out of their way to help me the products my pet needs.I recently tried the new dog washing station, and was amazed. There are different sizes to accommodate for smaller vs larger dogs, with shelves to raise the height for even very small dogs. The water temperature is adjustable, and as well as the spray nozzle. They provide shampoo and conditioner according to what your dog needs, and a high velocity blower to dry afterwards.After seeing the amount of dog hair in the special drain cover, I will never bathe my dog at home again. My home plumbing is not designed to handle the amount of hair that can come out of my dog, and the drains/plumbing for the pet salon are.Photo is my dog 'helping' our plumber.

Took our puppy in for his first grooming appointment today. Staff especially Brittany were super friendly and she did such a great job. Totally recommend and will be going back.

I went to your store needing food for my very sick kitty!!!I was looking at the cat food and a very kind Lady named Sharon came to help me !!! What a ****blessing***I ttold her my story and had picked out some food.. and she said might I recommend a couple other items ?I said sure and she recommended goats milk.. the other one was chicken and pumpkin pate.. two items I would’ve never looked at so I came home and this is a kitty that had not eaten for three days I put the goat smoke on a spoon and his little head came up and he started licking it so I put a little Punkin pate on there and he ate that too tonight. My kitty is I would say 90% better he’s been eating all day. I even went back to the store and bought more. I will shop at that store anytime I need cat food from now on as long as that lady name Sharon is working there!!! at the lake Tapps Wa. StoreThank you so very much!!!!!

Very friendly people. I like the selection of product. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but they have specials, a seniors day, and so forth.One odd thing they don't accept cash $100 bills. They said it was because of bad money. But then they showed the tools they have including a black light and training; I learned a lot.But if they have the ability to screen the bills, why don't they accept them?

Pet Pros dog bathing area was dirty with a lot of dog hair. The hair dryer was just blowing cold air. We just left and finished the job at home.

Absolutely amazing service and the cost was $20 instead of the $200 groomer we were using!! I think our granddaughter, Aubrie, should get paid for all the help!

I ended up here a few weeks ago by accident and found out they had a grooming service inside the one by my house doesn’t. I made an appt because the cashier told me they had the best groomer who was really good with new anxious dogs. My dog is a rescue and super sweet and playful the other 2x’s she’s been groomed those places up charged me and didn’t do barley any work for it! Also I asked both places not to cut her top knot as I wanna give her a pony but they kept cutting it down! Brittany was amazing, she understood the exactly the idea I wanted for my dog listened and gave me positive feed back when I picked my dog up! It is so out of my way to go to this groomer but I don’t care! I will continue to use Brittany as she made me and my pup feel welcomed instead of an inconvenience. Thank you for the wonderful treatment!

Needed sweet potatoes wrapped in duck. They had it. Nicely air conditioned, looked and smelled clean. 2 beautiful dogs were inside with other owners. Employees helpful and happy. Perfect visit.

Just recently had our dog groomed by Brittany for the first time, and she did a great job! She was so nice and helpful, and listened to what I wanted done. All the employees at this Lakeland Hills store are always very friendly and helpful.

I like that at other pet stores the people are super nice and excited to see my dog. Usually they give him treats or at least say hi. The people here seem so bored and dry. Plus the selection isn’t the greatest. I will probably go somewhere else next time. Sorry, Pet Pros. But do better!

Our 12 month old Siberian Husky rescue had possibly her 1st groom experience and what an awesome one it was!Groomer Britney immediately engaged with our fluffy hot mess and earned my trust just as easily- since being home hasn’t shed at all- its a miracle! Generally an easy visit to the Bonney Lake location for raw dog food when my normal pet supply store doesn't have it in stock. I'd love it if you guys carried the raw dog food bars! So much easier for big dogs than the little nuggets ☺️

I have been coming to pet pros for probably eight or so years. I love the place and have never had a complaint in all my years. We purchase toys, food, dogs beds, CBD treats and oils, you name it for our 3 dogs here. I have been purchasing a three or six pack of frozen marrow bones for my dogs on a weekly to bi-weekly basis for about 5 years. These bones have always been $8.99. But now overnight they went to $18.99!! This is absolutely ridiculous. I understand the inflation issue and it’s vendor pricing but that’s over a 100% mark up on an item. The store is great and I’ve always loved it, but I will no longer do any further business with a company that advocates for that kind of price gauging.

Always come here to use the self wash and it’s always clean and they always have mostly everything if you forget anything! Nice thing is you don’t even need to bring anything if you don’t want to either they can provide it!
