4/19/24 3:30 pm register 2 cashier was a complete moron. charged me twice for q-tips and a candy bar. i had 9 items and did the math from the receipt, not sure how but they charged me $5 extra.as i was leaving the parking lot, a crackhead was standing behind my car so i honked at him to move because he was not listening when i asked the first time. he was wiping imaginary windows in the air.. he yelled at my boyfriend and i and called us racist because if he were “white” it’d be different he said… either way i dont care who it is, if your high off drugs and standing in the way of where i need to go i will remove you if you dont leave when i ask the first time.

I used to love coming to this Dollar tree I loved it I love that stuff I loved everything about this Dollar tree I don't know what is going on there's like a whole bunch of new faces and they look like they just don't want to be here they don't care there's no customer service the manager I don't even know her name cuz she never wears a name tag but whenever they say manager she comes out of the office and she helps them with total attitude the way she talks to customers myself included is extremely rude I don't know what her problem is but if she don't like her job she probably shouldn't work there ... my mom won't even go back into that store no more my mom has come to this store ever since it opened she don't mind driving that little extra drive to go to the one that just opened up over there on A street this location is losing a lot of customers due to the new staffing it's awful

Worst Dollar Tree I've ever seen. The owner doesn't want to pay overtime to have the shelves stocked. I've been going here for a year and a half. The shelves are ALWAYS half empty. Also if you come here expect to be waiting it line for sometime.I bought food under the assumption EVERYTHING IS $1.25. I don't eat Dollar Tree garbage. I care about my health. But it seemed like a great deal. THE PRICE WAS NOT MARKED. Unfortunately I can't return it. I'm mad as hell. I'll just go to Walmart for now on. I can return stuff there.

Beatriz on register 3 overcharged me for 8$ worth of merchandise still haven’t got my refund as well as I asked her a question and she was very rude I asked if she could grab a ballon out the back she said there wasn’t any even though I was just there to get balloons from the back then she is very racial profiling I asked her name she said she didn’t have to give it to me and didn’t give my reiceit cause she didn’t want me knowing her name very rude .

I normally go on the weekends in the afternoon, lots of people shopping. This store is busy most of the time, at least when I'm there. I choose to believe they are busy and understaffed instead of lazy. The store always looks like it's been picked over and needs to be stocked up. Can't say I've had bad visits but have left without making a purchase because of lack of product. Staff have never been rude or anything like that, just the stocking of shelves.

Long lines, cashiers looked and acted rode hard and used and abused. Had 40 people waiting to check out and only 2 registers open. When the manager came up and let one of the go on break.

When I was there it was chaotic. There were big carts blocking the merchandise and the isles. Service was great and staff was pleasant, it just looked like someone didn't show up for work or something.

Today I went just to take a look but I decided to buy some chlorine when it was time to pay I gave him the money when he was almost about to give me the receipt. I grabbed my merchandise. I got a resounding comment, leave it. I told him why he already received my payment. but I looked into his eyes. I realized this man hates Latinos. He told me I'm going to call the police and accuse you of stealing. I told him I know the laws. Call them to see who is right. I started recording for my protection. He saw my phone which was in recording mode. Be careful when you buy from dollar tree. There is discrimination and hatred. I just hope that the nextime does not threaten me

Came here to get party supplies and walked out with party supplies. I wish I could say my experience contained more excitement or spontaneity, but it did not.

It has a lot of really cheap stuff specially for school projects also house cleaning supplies candies balloons etc. Staff is friendly. They don't have public restrooms and to use shopping carts you have to pay 25 cents 😉

I can’t believe this store doesn’t do a return refund! They can only exchange items, let’s say you buy food items than you can ONLY EXCHANGE FOR FOOD ITEMS, you cannot exchange non food items unbelievable 😦👎🏽 , this store is a mess , and not clean . Empty shelves! . DONT RECOMMEND THIA STORE!.

Now it's 1.25 + 8 cents tax = 1.33. Took the fun right out of it. I rarely go anymore..25 cents really adds up considering I used to spend $60-$80 or more give out take once a week for months. Yeah I was a shopaholic. So I don't go anymore much. There are still good deals for 1.25, but now I think b4 I just start throwing things in my cart. Only spent $16-!! Yaayy!!!!

It's a Dollar Tree. People complaining about trivial things shouldn't shop here. While it is true that they are always short-staffed and the lines can get long, and it it true that the place looks a little trashed as the day grows late, they have a decent variety of products at decent prices. While it's also true that the cashiers run hot and cold, why wouldn't you just deal with it if it saves you money so you can take care of your family? I can deal with a few not-so-perfect situations if it helps keep my family healthy and happy. It's a Dollar Tree folks!

Genuinely don’t know how this place got 3 star average. The shelves are never stocked, boxes are stacked so high that they are a hazard and block the aisles. Lines are consistently to the back of the store and move at a glacial speed. The store is just not taken care of and I don’t know how corporate lets it operate in its current state.

I personally enjoy this store. I grew up in Auburn & have been going here quite some time, from when my grandmother used to take me as a kid, to me now taking my own son and my younger siblings whenever i have the chance too! Staff are very respectful, although theres a few that can have sour faces EVERYTIME…. The others are very well mannered & strike up a good convo!. One even offered free boxes to carry our things out because they would have “just threw them away anyways”!! 😊😅 I can say, they do have a big issue with keeping things stocked up and organized though, but if your do-able for anything its not a big deal. Worth what your going for anyways ha!

New management very stuck up and rude to customers. Store never stocked...if you want a product you have to open boxes yourself to find.( staff will tell you its out of stock when its obvious in boxes in front of shelf. Staff is to busy gossiping about about customers they think might steal than to Help paying customers locate items. Store is filthy I picked up a store hand Basket the handle was sticky and bottom covered in black substance. I miss the old manager she was always so helpful and sweet . I drive extra distance to the $tree on top of hill now.

My teenage son went to Dollar Tree today to return several similar items for me that I wasn't going to use in a children's play I'm helping with. I assumed they would give me store credit. Instead of the manager just telling him calmly that they don't do returns, he was yelled at by this manager. I didn't even know the policy. How could he? He is a good kid so he did not react and just came home and told me. Management should always have more self-control than a teenager, and should never yell at someone's child. This is unacceptable and abusive!

Decent as far as Dollar Trees go, but more often than not this place is closed -- during business hours.We come here in the afternoon, pull up to a dark store with a white sign on the window containing a lame excuse like "We are understaffed." Numerous other excuses have been used for previous closures. It is rarely open.

Today... Stock as usual was scattered all over the floor on racks scattered throughout the store blocking aisles blocking product a line hellaciously long and very uncalled for.... If they would pay their people more than minimum wage and allow them to work more than 30 hours a week maybe the stores wouldn't look so bad

So, on the up side, this store location generally has a good selection but on the down side the stock is super low. To give you an example, I went there today to pick up some led light bulbs. They had them but if anybody else goes there for led light bulbs they are gonna be disappointed because I bought all four of them today. Also, I don't know what all else was sold out because literally a solid third of the selves were empty. I don't think it was due to no usual product it the empty locations because the empty portions of the shelves were located mid shelving and there were often times empty bins with product stickers present. So in short. If they have what your looking for, grab it, because if you go down the isle and come back for it there is a good chance that it won't be there.

Just as busy as any other dollar tree. Their stock goes quick and since its typically packed the store isn't very neat and clean. Other than what you can expect at all Dollar Trees, this one has no extra complaints. The staff does the best they can without having attitudes or being rude!

Need better security there . Was there yesterday & watched a lady go up & down the isles putting things n a purse and thought to my self she must have her own bag . A min later i turned & she was askin 1 of the employees about a particular item they were out of then went straight out the door . Not my job to do ur security for u lol

What a pig sty. Unorganized, filthy, empty shelves. The carpet was so stained in places, it looked like you were walking on a oil drilling rig after they struck oil.Find another store to shop!

The shelves are always empty. The store is always messy with boxes of stock everywhere except on the shelves. What litlle is on the shelves is haphazardly thrown there. I went there today and they didnt even have alyminum foil. When i asked an employee about it I was told there might be some buried in the back somewhere but they didnt know for sure. The lines are always very long. No matter how many people in lines there is only 1 cashier. I highly recomend going to the new store on top of Lee hill. Much much better.

Love the employees at this store! They struggle with a lot of issues but never fail to welcome me in every morning as I go to buy ice. Sometimes the stocking hasn't been done but it's hard to find graveyard help. Everybody is always so helpful and accommodating. They do a decent job of keeping it as clean as they can but always so busy.

It was ok same as most dollar tree stores however it was crowded with customers in line like 20 plus ppl and there was only 2 cashier's open, helping customers but 4 employees up front total and after about 5-6 min they switched the whole line to a different cashier. Which has been my experience several times at different dollar tree locations. Great prices is the trade off of course!
