My current groomer for my cat ended up leaving where I currently go so I needed to find a new groomer. Not many places locally groom cats but I found that Dog hair everywhere does. I saw they had a pretty good review rating so I decided to make her an appt. I received a text 30 min after I dropped her off that she was done. I went to pick her up. When I got home and let he out of the carrier she was covered in chunks of her hair that was shaved and she had this weird white dust all over her. I was really disappointed on how much hair was left on her and not taking a few extra seconds to clean/brush her off before she was put in her carrier. Being a first time customer this was not a good look.I will say that the shave that she got was good. I just wasn't happy with all the chunks of hair left on her and in her carrier.

I have been taking my dogs here for about a year and a half. The people who work here are so kind, and you can tell they love all the dogs. They have from what I can tell "assigned" the same person to work in particular with my little dog, which has made it so my dogs are comfortable with them. We had a financial struggle, and a flea issue, and they worked with us so much to help get the problem taken care of. These people are just so amazing and caring.

Everytime I have come in with my standard poodle Juniper they have done a fantastic job! They follow the pictures and blade lengths I give, and are patient with her when she tries to play with the clippers. Person at the front is also super polite, and is always great to have a good chat with. Pictures are two different grooms I've had done.

Great place to take ur pet.. saline and Corey are awesome they do a great job on my poodles. and they have alot of patients because my girl has a bark that never stops and they seem to be able to groom her and deal with her anxiety and I appreciate it very much cause it's not easy to deal with a young dog that barks and whines the entire time while there grooming other dogs

Terrible patchy haircut, our dog was left ugly, injured, and skittish.We were extremely disappointed in the services provided by this groomer. Our dog had some mats, and they called asking if they could cut her short because of this. We agreed, but we could have never expected the terrible haircut she received. She was uneven, patchy, and most upsetting, she seemed extremely distraught by the experience. When she got home one of her nails started bleeding uncontrollably, making me assume a nail was cut way too short. We were unhappy with the service, so we decided to take our business elsewhere. End of story, right? Not so fast.The groomer kept texting asking us to rebook. We had plenty going on with a new baby, so we didn’t respond. A few weeks later she called and I told her that we were unhappy with the services received and we wouldn’t be returning. Instead of asking for details, she hung up and sent an accusatory text message somehow blaming us for the terrible experience, even though she didn’t even know why we were unhappy. She had the gall to say that “honesty is important” and that we should have let her know sooner that we were unhappy. This is my attempt at being honest; do everything you can to avoid this groomer.If you don’t heed my advice and skip this groomer, please don’t make the same mistake I did and tip before you see your pet.

I’m always nervous taking my cat to a new groomer for a shave but I was really satisfied here! We took him in for a lion shave and a nail trim. It wasn’t his first cut but he can still be skittish at times. Groomers here were really quick to make an appointment and super friendly (also amazing that you can text to make an appointment!). The shave itself was really fast too, my last groomers usually took 1-2 hours for his shave but they were done in under an hour and the shave looked great! His nails were done really well too, I’ll definitely be coming back for his regular shave from now on!

Very Unprofessional. Grooming is inconsistent and choppy. Should not be charging full cost for cuts that are not quality. Constantly overbooking themselves. I come from a distance to get there and had messaged them that I would be a few minutes late, I was told I needed to reschedule because they were too busy. In the same stream of messages I was told it's ok to be a few minutes late, so they can't make up their minds. They also told me I needed to prepay for services due to canceling ONCE, which I have never cancelled. I have rescheduled a few times however due to them overbooking themselves.

Worst labradoodle hair cut ever. When I arrived to pick up my dog, the groomer had skinned my dog. The groomer did completely opposite of what I asked. I was very specific of what I wanted for the hair cut. So when I arrived they told me the dog's hair was matted...WRONG! My dog's hair was combed out, including his chin BEFORE I brought my dog in. So I know the groomer was lying, and the group trying to cover for their wrong cut. Made me so mad. They charged me 1/2 because I was pretty mad. Should have paid nothing for their major wrong. Then the person taking my money said....guess you are never coming back. You guessed right. Bottom line, worse grooming place ever.

I called to ask about getting my siblings dog cleaned up (as our mom has just been leaving him at the house alone for the past month barely checking on him). We used the self service for dog wash and he got his nails trimmed (the nails only cost $15! I thought that was very reasonable) and the self service wash was $20For self service you get access to an elevated wash tub with different shampoo options, ear cleaner, conditioner, 2 in 1 shampoo & conditioner, little scrubbing hair brushes & then a hair dryer that has heat options too! I thought that was nice :) the dryer is pretty powerful, you could see the water SPRAYING off of him lol. There’s also lots of clean towels to use for drying as well, combs/brushes, waterproof aprons to keep you drier while you wash your dog. Overall a really great experience and would recommendShe even was SUPER nice when the dog decided to have diarrhea on her floor as we were leaving she said not to worry about it and she’d clean it. I was amazed! And so grateful as my hands were already very full with dealing with family issues for the day. Thank you so much for your services we’ll be back!This is located by the Fred meyers area in auburn, it seems to be a new business that just opened up but I hope they stay open as they’re really nice to work with! :)

I took my pomeranian to get a haircut, they were able to get me in the following day( which is amazing because other groomers couldn’t get her in until after a month). The gal was very professional and kind. She did an amazing job getting my pups hair cut. It was a very nice and clean facility.

My Cameron loved going there. But this last grooming before moving to AZ was just awful. It look like they did a quick clean up on his feet barely brushed out his legs. They cleaned up his face a little bit. But he looked as dirty as he did when he went in. His mats were not removed. They were just brushed over. I think because they knew we were moving out of state there was nothing I could do about it.
